Secondly, I think that if this airline became the best airline in 2017, staff should care about their passengers’ stuff more than they do, so backpacks or suitcases don't lose parts or get crushed during flights. When I got my backpack back, I thought that someone had used it to play football. My backpack had lost some parts, and some pieces of it were torn!"

All the employees with whom I dealt were excellent and customer-oriented. The planes between Doha and London were new, had more space than older planes and had an excellent selection of movies and TV shows. I ordered special meals on all the flights, and I was very satisfied. I have been a fan of Qatar Airways since I flew it to Australia in 2011. It continues to do a superb job, even in Economy."

It used to be there before. When asked the staff is very politely responds on what is going on but the rest of the passengers do not know what's going on. Wonder why the staff do not follow the seating process by zone as mentioned on the boarding pass."

Мінуси: "I have used Kayak many times but I am afraid I may not use it anymore. We booked tickets to India from Boston few months ago. We booked for Emirates. But we got the tickets issued through web jet. With the recent travel ban we wanted to reschedule our tickets. And then the whole problem unravelled. We called kayak to reschedule. Kayak team said its not their responsibility and forwarded me to Web jet. We called emirates directly but they said since we booked tickets via Web jet they will be able to help. So we called Web jet and they charged a hefty 250-300$ extra to what Emirates would have charged for difference in pay. They said its basically the processing fee. We were disappointed as the reason for postponing was not in our hands, and the fact that kayak passed the buck to Web jet in dealing with the issue. If we had bought our tickets directly from Emirates the process would have been very smooth."

Мінуси: "As many of you know, Frankfurt/San Diego is a new service offered by Lufthansa. It touts direct flights to and from Europe. It’s main advertising draw was connection to the east. Many of their connecting flights at Frankfurt are scheduled within an hour of arrival. This possess a high risk of missing your connecting flight. I experienced this personally as a major number of my fellow travelers missed their connecting flights. Though Frankfurt has good directions, transfers take a long time due to multiple security checks and due to the size of the Airport. LAYOVER OF AT LEAST TWO HOURS WOULD BE BEST. Anything less, you risk missing your flight. I was personally selected TWICE for ‘random check’ for the same flight! Not sure how that can happen! The flight itself is long and arduous. the economy seats are small, cramped and don’t recline much at all. The entertainment selection was very limited. The TV touch screen barely worked. The food was tasteless and service was not much better. I have a hard time sleeping on flights with such bad seats but we had air hostess who kept talking the whole flight and that did not help with resting my eyes. I highly suggest taking a different airline through LAX. I personally feel like driving to LA and taking a flight there would be the wise move."

The agent at the check in desk immediately put us on an alternate AIr France flight via CDG to LAX, which left an hour before our FRA flight. The service on the flight was excellent. But we are most thankful for the quick re-booking on a different alternative, ensuring no hiccup. We will only be flying Lufthansa from now on, and recommending Lufthansa to all friends and colleagues."

I always fly first row to be able to work with my laptop, however due to a last minute plane change the new A321 did not have a 1D or 1F, only 1A and 1C. I had booked 1D, but was moved back to 5D with absolutely no option to change back to the first row to finish my work. I had to sit sideways to be able to work, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."

They said that I had enough time and that's my fault - I even should be thankful that I don't pay for another flight that I am going to be flying in 7 hours. Bottom line: I got to Kiev at 9:20 PM and moreover, the flight landed 30 mins late. It never happened to me, despite I've been more than on 25 flights. I am shocked by employee's behavior and the situation in general. Would never recommend Lufthansa airline to anyone."

We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"
Мінуси: "Flight was delayed 3 times and when I was finally put on a flight that was leaving, they failed to check the connection in Paris (Left me 10 minutes to get from the aircraft to the other plane!) I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."

Best airline food I’ve had in a long time. The chocolate dessert was incredible. And a coffee to go with it. Made a three hour flight very pleasant."

In the end I was tucking to get checked in because they were insisting I use a kiosk but I was telling them that the kiosk said to see an attendee. It was not efficient and I felt like a burden asking for help when there was nothing else I could do on my own."

LOT needs to fix the hand luggage tagging system on connecting flights."

It's really bad. U give us 30 minutes to cotch other flight. I lost money & I lost my vocation because this application it's really bad I felt for the first time I'm Gypsy homeless."

Плюси: "I took an international flight so we were on the new Dreamliner planes and they were very nice. The windows were huge and had a way of dimming so that it was dark in the plane without having to shut them completely. The seat spaces were fairly small but overall it was a very updated plane. I am a very picky eater but 3 of my 4 meals were delicious!! They mostly serve pasta with some sort of meat but I noticed that myself and I were licking our plates clean!"
Мінуси: "It was VERY obvious that the people that work for this company REALLY hate their jobs. When I checked in they were rude and threatened to take my computer because they told me I couldn't bring it into the US. When I got back home to customs they laughed and told me that that isn't true at all. In the flights the stewards and stewardess' never smiled, they hardly made eye contact and just seemed to absolutely hate life. At one point I was so hungry so I asked to purchase some pringles because that was something that advertised on the loud speaker. When I asked the flight attendant she made the biggest deal about it, laughed in my face and basically told me no. To be honest I am not sure if this sort of a attitude is something that is part of a different culture but I feel that if people are in the service industry that they should at least smile and respond with, "you're welcome" when someone says, "thank you". I will 100% not take this airline again due to the very rude people one board and horrible customer service."
Плюси: "The plane was nice and new. I loved the dimmed windows! I was told by my family about not adequate legroom but it was not bad, even with the middle and window seat (economy). Leg rest attachment was helpful."
Мінуси: "Only issue, when the row in front of me reclined their seats (nice and comfortable angle), I had to recline mine as well in order to sit comfortably and watch the movies. I also had to ask them to fold it back if I wanted to step away, otherwise there was no way to get out from the middle and window seat. The plane was also delayed at the origin, but unfortunately that is very usual for this airline, not sure why."
