"My wife and I did not get food. There was no chicken left and we can’t eat pork so we didn’t get food. Crew member didn’t ask ask first but left the pork in our table and after I asked him what it was told that was only pork left I asked him to take back. The only thing we can’t eat is pork and that was the only option. I was shocked for a long flight not to have enough food. Crew member never came back to let us that there is no other food available. After we asked and other crew member he checked and confirmed there is no other food. He offered to share his own meal with my wife and I but we refused but we appreciated that. I hope I never have an other experience like that. It wasn’t a good experience. :("

"I am seeking a refund from Kayak as LOT refuses to acknowledge the booking when not done directly from their site. Worst experience with an airline ever."

I booked the flight and then they canceled it, i tried changing the dates but the website was giving me an error so i called them, after being on the phone for 2 hr some guy answered who seemed very tired and not thrilled working for LOT. Rood and not helpful, told me to try FB messenger and online changing again. Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my credit cart company."

Плюси: "The connecting flight from Milan was almost an hour late. But the ground staff were very helpful and professional and help me to board the flight, in a haste. The flight crew were friendly and professional. The food was delicious and sufficient. Overall very happy with my first flight in LOT."
Мінуси: "Knowing that the incoming was late ground crew could have been better prepared with a motorised transport in the airport (instead of me running out of my breadth). The onboard entertainment could have been better. WiFi in plane would be nice. But these are suggestions. I was overall very happy."

Мінуси: "We had a two and half hour delay on an evening flight on a Sunday from WAW to Paris. This was during the UNFCCC COP24 when there was extra heavy international traffic through Warsaw. It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay."

Мінуси: "The gate agents were forcing random people to check in their hand luggage, even before weighing that luggage. They also check the hand luggage to make sure it fits in the "template" and weigh it (a second time) at the gate. Once on-board, they then announced that they were waiting for other connecting passengers. Took about 45 minutes. It would be nice to know that before booking that they do this, and also before boarding, even if it makes more sense to start boarding before they arrive (but 45 minutes before?). The live map on the public screens in economy showed a dummy/overview map with "waiting for data" the entire flight, rather than the actual live map. Premium did have the data on their screens, and the individual screens also worked fine. Not sure what happened there..."

Мінуси: "At check in the website did not allow me to purchase checked baggage. I arrived at the airport and paid 80 Euros to check in my 12kilo bag. I bought I would be proactive and pay for the baggage for my return(only 20 euros). I received only a receipt for the 20 euros, but paid 63,250 drams. Something is shady and I feel duped. The flight was over an hour late with no explanation. There was a plane at the gate when we landed, which added to the tardiness of arrival. They were so non Chalant about so many people missing their connecting flights. It was like they already knew they were going to put us on Lufthansa 2 hours later... polish airlines Is awful- the airport personnel even worse. No one respects standing in line. Airport officials kept cutting into the security lines which literally cost me the 5 minutes that I could have made the flight. I am very diasspointed and kayak should not advertise this airline."

Мінуси: "This is about as budget as you can get. Entertainment systems didn’t work, drinks were warm. Food was mediocre. Bathroom doors didn’t work, and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up while using it! Yuck! Had to shuttle EVERYWHERE between flights, before and after. Crew was not attentive, and not so friendly either. Only good note was the young lady who checked our bags in Warsaw and helped get our seats together (after the airline messed the seat assignment up in the first place). Ugh. Worst airline I’ve been on."

Плюси: "Overall everything was good - I have travelled frequently with LOT in the past few months and this was perhaps the best experience so far. Boarding was easy enough - the flight was not fully booked so there wasn't the usual Central European pushing and anxiety during boarding. Flight crew are informative, cabin crew attentive and kind. Service and food were good."
Мінуси: "Comfort on these long haul flights is not expected in economy - the seat next to me was free which came in very useful as the person in front of me reclined almost immediately and kept throwing himself about in his seat in vain attempts to get comfortable - I was able to move over so I wasn't disturbed by his person. Why they have reclining seats is a mystery - it doesn't make it appreciably more comfortable for the person reclining and it reduces leg room for the person behind, makes it more difficult to watch the screen (despite the tilting feature) and means that the tray table is resting on your knees during meal times."

Мінуси: "Boarding at WAW was a joke - very disorganized and cramped gate area. Simple remedy is to give passengers guidance on where to line up for their assigned zone prior to boarding. No individual air ventilation - got hot and uncomfortable at times. Cramped economy seats - and if passenger in front of you fully reclines - your TV screen is almost in your lap. Hot meal included very rubbery chicken - obviously either overcooked or nuked too much. Attendants seemed indifferent or annoyed if you asked for individual attention outside of their normal rounds of serving drinks/etc (all I wanted was a Coke). I was essentially told to go to the back of the cabin and get my own drink... Upon arrival - de-planing took an eternity. We had a large group of teen band members traveling - who had scattered their instruments in overheads all around the plane. So anyone that was behind them had to wait until they figured out where all their stuff was stowed. OK - not necessarily LOT's fault - but again - a little thought and some hand's on guidance by the crew would have made it easier for the other passengers to get off the plane quicker after a 9 1/2 hour flight..."

Плюси: "Flight was good. Warsaw is a well organized airport and easy for transit passengers to negotiate. Flight crew, staff were all helpful and approachable. The captain gave passengers relevant information and cabin crew did the same. Flight was problem free no turbulence no delays no just well run and well organized."
Мінуси: "Leg room - I know in economy you can't expect much but passengers are really cramped on the 787. 9 hours of sitting in a very restricted space with little opportunity to get up and about if you are hemmed in between two fellow passengers - and once the idiot in front of me had reclined his seat it became very uncomfortable. I don't frankly see why seats need to recline at all - it does not make it much more comfortable for those "reclining" and certainly makes it considerably worse for the person sitting behind. I also don't understand LOT's boarding process - it didn't make much difference but if you are assigned a ZONE 3 boarding number and it is never displayed and never called, what"s the point."

Плюси: "Overall very good - no complaints. LOT is comparable with Lufthansa and KLM (the airlines I have most experience with) in terms of service and space. Boarding in Warsaw was chaotic - no announcements it just sort of started, I was in Zone 3 but there were only lines for Zones 1 and 2. The usual Central European pushing into the line. Flight was nice, smooth and good service. Leg room is limited but that is to be expected on any airline and flight. Would fly LOT again happily. On time, Captain made regular announcements. I arrived safely, as did my luggage. Can't wait for the direct service between Chicago and Budapest."

Плюси: "Both flights I was on were somewhat empty, so I had an open seat next to me. Despite some delays taking off, the arrival was early. Good entertainment selection; personal TV screens and free headphones."

Плюси: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

Плюси: "I could say LOT did a lot of during last years to be better. BUT, EVERY TIME I FLY , FLIGHT IS DELAYED. I called my wife to tell I be later, she told - LOT delayed ? it is normal for them. DEAR BOSS OF LOT - WHY YOU NOT CARE MY TIME & SCHEDULE ? You like my $ but do not like me !"

Плюси: "I have been flying with them for the past 16 years(economy seats), and I have to say that their service,and comfort of overnight flights have improved tremendously! Partially due to the fact that they have 787 Dreamliners now, in which the seats are wider and are reclining more than before, the leg room is bigger, the air quality better. The crew members are very professional,not overly sweet,yet caring and understanding,especially when you are flying with small children.As to those complaining about overcharged luggage- read the rules people! If you go over the maximum limit of 50lb for a check in, let's say 2lb,they won't charge you,but don't expect them to close their eyes when your luggage weighs almost double that!"

Мінуси: "The flight was delayed an hour, which is fine, but no information was given to why and we started boarding at the updated takeoff time. The process of getting zones lined up and on the plane was a mess. They didn't communicate clearly about zones so every passenger got up and in line, lines weren't directed well, and people kept getting chastized for not knowing what was going on. Once we boarded the plane, we sat for an hour with no reasoning why we waited. When you already have a 9 hour flight, less time stuck in your seat is best. It was hard to understand the pilot when he spoke in English to know why we had delays and any updates while on the plane."

Мінуси: "LOT planes were late to both directions to the place and 2 weeks later from the place. When we flew with my little daughter - toddler to the destination the plane was late and as a result we were late to another plane, so they sent us to the same destination country but to the different place and then I had to find out were to go further while our luggage was lost (found in 3 days). When we flew back, the plane was late once again and I was told that we might will be left until next day morning, so lots of nervous and stress. The food provided was very poor as well - basically just small chocolate bar and water, tea or coffee, so if you are hungry it would not really help you."

Мінуси: "I purchased my ticket through Kayak on priceline.com In the description of the fair it was specifically stated that I'm allowed 1 checked in bag. The airline did not send me the standard check in and flight information email, so when out of concer for my flight, I logged in a few hours before to find out that all the good seats were already taken. When I then proceeded to online check in, I was dumbfounded to find out that I do not have any luggage allowance. When I called their English language help line I was connected to a prerecorded message and then promptly connected to a Polish speaking person. Lucky for me I speak some Polish, but if you do not you would have a problem. The person then proceeded to inform me that the flight from Poland to London that I was taking is considered by the Polish airlines as a local flight and for that reason I'm not allotted a free checked in bag. I fly a lot all over the world and this is the first time something like this has ever happened to me. I will now permanently stay away from Lot. They shouldnot be considered a major airline, but a cheap flight air. This way when booking a flight you would know to not expect much from them."

Плюси: "When we got to the airport on the way back home, they couldn't find our tickets. I had online tickets and confirmation, but we were still not on the flight list. We had to go to the ticket counter for them to clear it up and put us back on the flight. The flight itself was not bad. The flight attendants are a bit rude and condescending. The seats and entertainment was not bad."

Cancelled our outgoing flight hours before it was set to leave; notified us via email; barely got re-booked via different airlines and had to take 3 different flights to reach out destination; missed the 2nd flight because LOT put us on a flight that was departing 30 minutes before out 1st flight arrived. 2. When we got another 2nd flight, we arrived at our final destination without our bags. LOT assured us that our bags were on our flight before we boarded but calling and confirming that they were able to transfer our bags (only had 40 minutes between flights), but of course, it was a complete lie. We did not get our bag until the next day in the evening over 24 hours later. At that point I was happy they found them and gave them to us. 3. Turns out, they cancel flights pretty often and they also book people on transfer flights that are too close for people to make it. We traveled with a handful of other passengers that had the same experience and people were in tears about their horrible travel experience. 4. Warsaw Airport - they only have 5 passport control officers clearing travelers and because they don;t have lines or any type of organization of these travelers, the lines our out of control. People are pushing each other, crying because they are missing flights or not feeling well because of no air and all the pushing and shoving. I was pregnant standing in the line for over 40 minutes. They would not let pregnant passengers or passengers with kids with them pass in their disabled line. Only people in the wheelchairs were allowed to pass there. Horrible airport and even more horrible airline! PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF AND DO NOT RUIN YOUR VACATION."

Мінуси: "Chaotic flight that was delayed due to overbooking and the failure to deal with it in any competent way. An apparently overbooked flight led to a cascade of errors - there seemed to be a total breakdown in communication between the gate/services team and the ground crew, etc. as to where the extra passengers came from and what could be done with them. They even admitted to their being many misunderstandings among the LOT staff themselves as they struggled to rectify the situation. The worst outcome was that we got trapped in the bus, right outside the plane, for 30 minutes. They had sent us to board while back at the gate they were still arguing over who should actually be on the plane. During this time there was no sign of the cabin crew at all. After 10 minutes or so the driver left to go and have a chat with some of the ground ops team and we were left on our own as the windows steamed up and small children started to cry. The whole thing was an appalling exercise in miscommunication - both between staff themselves and between staff and passengers."

Плюси: "The food was good for an airline. on business class dreamliner from Toronto to Warsaw the seat is comfortable, if a little short for a 6'5" person. In the sos called "buisness class" to Israel the seats are as crampped as any cattle class of a low cost. I wish those idiots that invented "euro club" would understand that it is a first class ripp-off and that if they are only flying two people per side using real comfortable seats makes faar more sense. In short - euro club is BS of teh worst class."
Мінуси: "The atitude of teh staff on teh flight was OK. Other than that very sour including teh check-in and teh businss club. Going through the border control in Warsaw took 45 minutes. Luckily the flight was delayed. In short, the attitude is strictly old fashion eastern block. On the dreamliner business classs the TV's did not work, but in any case they are way too far (about 6 feet) from the passanger for comfort. Very impractical."

Мінуси: "Many people on this flight were bothered by the fact that their families were split up all over the airplane and no one could sit together. During boarding there were groups of people who had all been split up and were desperately trying to switch seats with others. I was traveling with a 15 year old, and even though she is not a small child it was very nerve wrecking to be seated 20 rows behind her, not being able to keep an eye on her (even more so because she gets car sick and has thrown up on airplanes before). I don't think I've ever flown where my group was not at least seated in pairs. This was very disappointing."

Плюси: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

Плюси: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."
Мінуси: "The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."

Мінуси: "Never announced for non-priority boarding, so many people were late to flight, causing delays. Much less than minimum leg room required for any normal human. Sat bolt upright with front seat digging into knees for 3 hours. Far from the cheapest ticket, but totally no frills, no food, no entertainment, limited baggage. Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."

Мінуси: "I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!"

Мінуси: "Like all budget airlines, Wizzair has low fares and anything else is a nickel and dime game. When did a cup of coffee cost anything? Is this the norm? I would not know. I travel with a musical instrument (guitar) in a soft case. Easily fits in overhead bin compartments. The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."

After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."

Further 30 minutes even after the delay to get bags. A lot of the delays are the airports fault and not the airline but could do more to communicate with passengers. Also seems like Ryanair are now purposefully splitting people if they don't pay for allocated seats. Always get seats together with easyJet but not Ryanair and you could tell by the splitting of other people there wasn't an attempt to seat together. On the way over I was sat next to the partner of the person my girlfriend was sat next to."

Мінуси: "The problems began around 2 am on 12-July at the Dubai airport. Our flight, originally scheduled for 4:20 am, was delayed until 6am. I attempted to inquire with the Pegasus staff about the flight delay, and what this would mean for my connection, but no staff were even available at the airport (all check-in activities etc were handled by airport staff). Even after the flight got delayed again until 7am, there were no Pegasus staff available to speak with. The Dubai airport staff assured me that someone was on their way to speak with the passengers, and that since our connecting flights were also on Pegasus, they would be sure to hold the flights for us. We were told that we would definitely make our connections. When we asked about the reason for the delay and to speak with a Pegasus staff member, we were told by airport staff that the Pegasus team had been called repeatedly and nobody was picking up the phone. There was a supervisor that was somewhere in the airport, and they had been told that she would be coming to the information desk to speak with passengers, but I waited for 2 hours for her and she never showed up. We were given no information on why the flight was delayed and what the plan was for our connections. Even at the gate there was not a single Pegasus staff member to assist us. We finally arrived in Istanbul and were directed to the transfer desk, where the Pegasus staff were rude, physically forceful (pushing and shoving), and could not communicate in English. The entire situation was extremely upsetting. Nobody was apologizing for the misinformation or lack of accountability. Nobody simply said, "I'm sorry." I was continuously shouted at in Turkish, I was pushed by Pegasus staff. I was simply trying to find out if my flight had left and if I could be rebooked on another flight. They were insistent that there was one flight a day and they could not book me on an alternative airline. For me, this meant that I missed an important meeting in Germany that afternoon, and that I had to forfeit money that I had put down for a hotel in Hamburg (Euros 124). They told everyone that the flights had left and that we should go upstairs to the hotel desk. However, even to do this, I was forced to purchase a visa (USD 30) to go through passport control. Pegagus has not reimbursed me for these expenses, despite emails, speaking to a supervisor at the Istanbul airport, and filing a complaint in the portal online. Again, at the hotel transfer desk, the staff was rude and unhelpful. We were treated like animals to be herded, and not like humans. Needless to say, I will never be flying with Pegasus again, and I will not be recommending it to anyone. The treatment of paying customers was horrible, and the service was terrible."
