Additionally, although we requested kosher meals well in advance, the delay/cancellation of our flights and rebooking effectively cancelled our kosher meals and there was nothing for us to eat. This was very frustrating."

Мінуси: "Boarding process was a nightmare. Treatment of handicapped passengers (my wife included) by the ground crew was disgraceful. Disorganized, curt, accusatory, and simply mean-spirited. Once on board, the flight crew had none of those same behaviors. However, a couple with a baby (sitting in the exit row just behind the cabin separator) wanted to set their baby in the attachable baby basket, which usually mount into the cabin separator. They were told the basket wasn’t on board, then that it was, then again that it wasn’t, and finally that it was a safety violation to have the baby there so they’d have to move seats (there was apparently no 5th oxygen mask for the baby in the center seats in case of emergency). They were forced to move to another row once in flight. The food was comparable to 1990’s food on American or Delta Airlines. Foil-wrapped mush, regardless of the contents. The state of the plane was pretty deplorable. A Boeing 767, it’s gotta be on its last legs. Beige tape held corners of the walls up. TVs at the front of the cabin played a recent film in far too grainy a format for a modern film. The sound was inconsistent and scratchy. All in all, it was panic-inducing, stressful, and poorly managed."

Мінуси: "My trip had just started and it is already ruined. I have a roundtrip ticket from NYC to Israel with a connection in Ukraine for both directions. I was traveling with one checked item in luggage - suitacse, and one personal item onboard - a guitar in a soft case. I'm a professional musician and I've been traveling with this exact instrument in the exact for over 5 years, domestically in the US and all over the world. I've never had any problems with it and I was always treated respectfully even with low cost airlines or on smaller airplanes. There were no problems on the first part of the flight from NYC to Kiev, and then, as I was boarding a the flight from Kiev to Israel, the counter employee at the gate counter (her first name is: Yejzina) - explained to me that if I won't pay an additional 66 EURO immediately, I would not be able to board on the flights with my guitar. I was even more upset to find out that another passenger boarded the flight after me with a guitar and did not have to pay for it. My guitar fit perfectly in the over head cabin and even on a packed flight there was no issue with headroom caused by me. Although I paid and purchased a ticket for this flight, I was discriminated and treated as if I was doing something wrong. I did my best to be responsible and be among the first people to board the flight and instead I was mistreated. The rest of the passengers had exceptional amount of excess baggage in suitcases and bags they wanted to take on board and yet I was the only one who was asked to pay for his. --- As a costumer, I am appalled by the treatment I was getting and I would like to be contacted immediately about reimbursement over my experience and false costs."

I did prepay the bag for my return trip at half the cost I was forced to pay on the first day I flew. It is rather inconvenient to go to another floor to a special desk to pay for this, rather than just at the checkin desk at Borispol. airport."

Мінуси: "Everything. This plane was most likely the same plane the Wright brothers flew upon their first flight. I am 5'4" and 104 pounds and I had a hard time fitting in the seats. Most domestic flight planes that I've flown are MUCH better than this; no TV, no legroom, and you had to buy drinks. The food looked like diarrhea and my grapes had mold on them. Also, the flight attendants were so rude to guests. I will NEVER fly this airline again."

Мінуси: "My family and I were treated badly at check in, refused to weigh my luggage, sent us off to another area to weigh things , then when we came back to the counter, working with different clerk he shouted over everyone head and shouting telling her be careful they have over weight , that was bad behavior and not professional, I asked for the supervisor and I waited for 30 min and no one showed up and I requested his name the Indian man to report him then he disappeared and no one helped me and I almost missed my flight and barely made it, I would never fly on this flight and I don't recommend anyone to use it , flight attendance are not qualified and poorly speak English"

Мінуси: "About an hour long line to check in, due to their only having a couple of counters open to check in a huge, and completely full, international flight. On both departure and return trips, flights were delayed. On our departure, this led to us not being allowed to go to our connecting flight (even though there was some time remaining and we had only carry-on luggage, but they didn't seem to understand that), and on our return we nearly missed our connecting flight, except for the fact that it, too, was delayed. On one fairly long flight, no refreshments were offered except for purchase, but there was no menu or price list provided, and the service took a very long time. The weight limit for carry-on baggage was different (less) for the return than for the departure. And so on. UIA simply doesn't seem to have its act together. Also, for our own case, our flights took longer than necessary due to UIA having to fly *around* Russia, rather than take a correct route that would go *over* Russia. While I'm sure they can't help this, it is a factor worth considering depending on your route. Overall, I can't recommend UIA. In the future, I will be taking other airlines even if it means spending a significant amount more."

I guess that, at least the other flight attendant said, "welcome and goodbye", other than that, worst service ever."

From Kiev to Munich (same size aircraft) I was restricted to one carryon up to 7kg. I had to figure out how to put the excess weight into my checked carryon. I weigh 20kg less than average 6ft, 45 yr old."
Плюси: "Not much. UIA is like Frontier Airlines in the USA...bottom of the barrel...totally no frills...simply cattle cars moving people around like trucks move pineapples around. Ukrainians are used to this sort of thing - but you might not be if you're a foreigner."
Мінуси: "Bought two RT tickets with baggage fees included from Kiev to Prague...and was not charged a baggage (or any other) fee on the way out. Had no other problems in any other respect either. However, on the way back to Kiev from Prague I WAS charged a baggage fee...by an "agent" that UIA uses to check-in its passengers in Prague...and it was not a small (or normal) baggage fee either. Rather, it was 50 euros per bag ($110 US dollars) in total for two under-the-allowed weight and size bags. OUTRAGEOUS!! I paid the fee with my Am Ex card and when I complained to Am Ex they froze the fee instantly. I think this "agent" will lose by the time all the dust settles. My point is this: BEWARE when you use UIA outside of the Ukraine...because it employs clearly unscrupulous agents."

Revived an automatic respond but that's it. Luckily was flying through Kyiv and was able to speak with an airline representative and arrange my connecting flight. Representative suggested to add me to a 10+pm flight (I would land in Nyc at 4:35pm). After keep asking to look for other, possible earlier, flights I was rescheduled for a 6:45pm flight. However, once landed in Nyc I was asked to find a crew member before leaving the plane. Once I did, I was told that I got rescheduled once again to a 10:20pm flight (5 hours of waiting). When I asked why was I rebooked again without my notice, they didn't explain and then I asked if there are other earlier flights - I was told yes there are but they won't make any other changes to my travels. Also only their Kyiv office can make any changes the one in Nyc is just following instructions and not a fully functional office (useless)."

Мінуси: "Oh wow there’s a long list: -flight was late -no food or drinks were offered -seats were dirty -plane was dirty -staff spoke very limited English -every single food we ordered was “sold out” -credit. At cpayments we’re not accepted -toilets were not clean I could continue but the above suffices."

I was on a work trip followed by a vacation, the vacation got cut short and I had to cancel the flight, unfortunately there was no way to cancel online and due to the nature of my job I cannot make phone calls to the states. I was not expecting a refund just an easy way to cancel the ticket online."

Мінуси: "The none sense of explaining why I cant go on the plane ... according to there website I should have 2 stamps from the lebaniese authority on my passport one for going in and one for going out which I gladly provide them with... the responsoable for the check in at Frankfurt Airport and according to him was communicating with "pegasus Airline" in Istanbul by WhatsApp and just kept saying "those can't fly today" the funny thing he was writing in german and refuse to give me there number so I can explain the situation now the main reason why i couldn't go on the plane because I wasn't once in my life in Turkei which makes none sense according to there website I contacted them with Emails and they answered me that I should have the 2 stamps if i want to fly from Instanboul to Beirut which I already have but the haven't notice that i didnt even got ob the plane at the 1st place .... the huge amount of nobe sense, stupidity, the lying that there is no Pegasus airline office ath the airport and the 0 responsibility for there actions can provide you guys with a picture of how they behave with the customers"

Плюси: "Firstly, Overbuggage limits were put into practice with a mindset of just to f* the customers and consequently almost every single passenger has to end up paying at such overated fees that were equal to a level of a business ticket of any well known first class airline company.I , myself, had to pay 450£ in total for the ticket , just because of 34 kg of a luggage weight though 20 kg of this amount was included in the ticket. Sirs, if you really will only take this complaint as just to watch and say that this was a company policy then i will definetly never choose your services either again.Also, from the bottom of my heart, i will never feel tired to share and spead around this nasty experience of mine on each and every social media occasion , when i will have a word to say. Within only one flight on that day ,the total buggage revenue of the company was equal to a sum of 23,000 £ in total, despite the plane was ridiculously abit bigger than a small box. Sirs, Pls rethink over what i said. This is far beyond to accept and fit into any int'l trade rules.17£ fee for 1 kg !?? Best Regards"

Мінуси: "I was delayed in London, and thus missed my subsequent flights to Ankara and to Erbil. Arriving in Istanbul, there was a massive crowd at the transit desk with two Pegasus agents. They spoke little English and did not attempt to create an orderly queue. Instead, they were helping random people. Given that persons on the delayed flight were losing potential time to catch other flights, it was extremely unprofessional and rude to go about managing the issue in this way. I was quite exasperated and was told to calm down by Pegasus officials. Ultimately, I was delayed for one DAY, and forced to flight out the next night at midnight. If Pegasus had been consistent in managing passengers from a delayed flight, I could potentially have gone on to my final destination without a 24 hour delay."
