Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

They saling products in the airplane throughout the flight which in my opinion is really cheap and disturbing ,especially I had a early morning flight. Overall the experience was bad ,maybe it was just with me ,but again that's my experience."

" so we got up at 4:30 am to get to airport exactly 2 hours before to check in online, but online check-in was closed. then at the counter they told us we had to pay 50 Euros each, extra for not checking in online."

After awaiting in line, the staff was very rude in telling me that I needed to go to another terminal and pay SkyServ 18,6€ to print a paper boarding pass. Then, they gave me a receipt at SkyServ and I had to stand in line again and deal with rude staff again to pick up my paper boarding pass. The fuel per passenger cost less for the short JMK to ATH flight than the cost of printing my paper boarding pass. Should I start packing a printer in my luggage?"

Мінуси: "The boarding and unboarding is awful - they bring passengers in three groups using the same bus. Of course our boarding took 3 trips for the bus. Result : 30 min delay at the departure. Unboarding : we were on the last (or perhaps only) bus. It was so crammed inside we could barely fit in. 30 min late arrival. Drinks on the plane :none. Just water. Staff on the plane were nice and polite but it's a short flight."

There are dozens of taxi drivers waiting each day for the people Ukraine Airlines bumps off flights. I took a taxi to Kharkov for 150 dollars last time. This time I am stuck in Kiev. To say it is a bad airline is an understatement. They did this others also."

This was a total waste of money as there was only one Peterson dealing with fast track and long queues, this meant that ordinary queue was dealt with faster."

None of the Pegasus crew (on the flight from Lviv) seemed to care that I had a flight very soon after landing, even though I was a female passenger alone. They wouldn't call the gate or look up if my flight to Almaty was delayed once we arrived."

Worst of all, I did not realize that in order for me to continue to my connection flight to Dubai, I had to get my luggage, apply for Turkey visa and leave the transit area and check-in again. There was no assistance on the flight nor outside when we arrived to guide passengers to the connecting flights. Overall, i would not recommend this airline nor, Easyjet (Amsterdam-London) and Skypicker the company that booked my flights to anyone. I found overall experience, frustrating, unprofessional, delays, luggage weight limitation, unnecessary visa requirement, etc."
