So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

The dedicated business class check-in line and advance boarding process was smooth - as were both flights. The cabin crew on both flights were very good and all spoke English well. My chief complaint is with the European Business Class seating model (3 across with center seat empty) - which does not afford much more leg room or seat pitch than in economy class. On the plus side you don't have to get in a fist-fight with anyone over the overhead bin storage problem since there are less people in business class and hence more storage space."

There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

I happened to get really lucky otherwise I wouldn't have gotten to fly on a flight I had previously paid for and was on time to."

Мінуси: "Chaos over seating families together, one family of two adults and two infants got moved twice, another family was moved once due to allocated seating not putting families together. We eventually offered our seats to try and help out which eventually the reluctant crew accepted. Emergency exits row passenger was allowed to keep their handbag and another had a plastic bag under their seat. (Regulations state no bags at emergency exits). One passenger was chatting using his mobile phone during taxi out. Captain having exited the flight deck for a break then opened the cockpit door and whilst remained open then proceeded to have a nice chat with the cabin crew. Crew were having a bad day. Food was over cooked and nasty. Seat comfort apauling no elbow room and no legroom, still as Ryanair say you only get what you pay for whereas I’d rather have value for money rather than just a cheap and nasty experience."

Everyone else around us could use their phones as a boarding pass except for the traveling Americans who did not have access to a printer while on vacation is criminal. Lesson learned, I will never fly Ryanair again and will tell every American I know not to be blinded by their discount fare."

Мінуси: "Not used to flying this airline. Their business practice calls for 45 euros/passenger check in fee if not done online prior. With 4 of us traveling, that just added 180 euros. Then, one of our carry-ons was deemed too big, had to be checked-in for another 50 Euros. The flight was not full and the carry-on could have easily fit in the cabin where there was plenty of space left. Overall the staff felt sorry, knew it was an expensive proposition to just have a piece of paper (i.e. boarding pass), and late checked in suitcase. We will certainly avoid Ryannair all we can when traveling in Europe next time around."
