The attitude of one flight attendant "Ahmed" was horrible. He was never helpful, mean to passengers and would not offer any solution to any problem... I was travelling with an infant, and he refused to fill a bottle of water to prepare milk, and said that I had to wait until they finished their ongoing service.."

The crew is constantly telling you to sit as if you weren't allowed to use the toilet at all when the seatbelt sign is on--and it's on the whole time. So you have to be asking permission to use the toilet when you are right next to the toilet door and about to go in because they don't allow you to use it. That's not healthy for someone to hold it."

I had an hour between flights, and the first flight landed just five minutes late. The gate for the second flight had already closed by the time I cleared the first security checkpoint. It would have been completely impossible to make it to the gate on time. Turkish put me up in a hotel, etc., for the night, and there were dozens of people in similar situations. But the airline shouldn't offer connections that are totally impossible."

Мінуси: "I contacted Turkish Airlines 4x times before my flight to learn how to deal with excess medical baggage, mobility assistance, and meal assistance. The Customer Call Center claimed to have made all of my necessary reservation updates for all of my special meal, medical, and mobility assistance needs. They did not! When I arrived at Check-In, there were no notes about any of my requests, nor services prepared to facilitate them. I spent over 30-45 minutes escalating the situation to the Shift Manager who had to contact the central call center and her own manager, just to find out what to do about medical baggage, what's permitted, etc. I was embarrassed for their employees, who not only didn't know their own company policy on the matter, nor were they aware of the industry standard. After much arguing, yelling and threats, the Check-In desk agents finally allowed my excess medical baggage and equipment without extra charge. I still received no mobility assistance to begin my travel after Check-In to my departure gate, nor were they prepared to offer this to me in Istanbul. Again, after a long wait, much yelling, screaming, and arguing, I was finally provided mobility assistance just in time for my flight. I almost missed my flight due to Turkish Airlines not putting my request in the system, nor caring enough about the traveler to do so at Check-In. When I arrived in Belgrade, 3x pieces of my luggage were destroyed and unusable again, medical equipment was damaged, and I filed a claim with Turkish Airlines. They tried every way possible not to pay, but finally offered a meager claim, nothing close to what it cost for the damage caused or to repair or replacement the destroyed luggage or medical equipment. Turkish Airlines is the Grey Hound of travel, sure they might be large, offer many itineraries and frequent travel, but their quality, customer service and professionalism leave them amongst the bottom feeders, still 3rd world in mentality, form and function. No honor, no integrity, no class. No reason to ever fly with Turkish again, and I'm happy to tell everyone I know not to fly with them!"

I had to rearrange the flight schedule for the person dog and house sitting for me. We had to spend an extra vacation day from work. The hotel Turkish Airlines put us in had terrible food and was so isolated that you could not walk to a restaurant. This airline was the lowest price, but I will definitely be looking for a different way for my next trip."

We spend the next 2 hours trying to get boarding pass for the next day's flight and the hotel. Again, no apologies nor explanation were given. Thank you Turkish Airline for wasting 1 day of my life. I will try to avoid this airline in the future."

Not mention who ever signed off saying they filled the plane with food for purchase lied. Very frustrating not only for the crew but for the passengers."

Мінуси: "It's a 6A flight from RNO to SLC meaning you are up really early to get to the airport, checkin and wait. There's no Delta lounge, so you're stuck trying to find something to eat and somewhere to sit well before our flight. The exit row seating does help, but the seats didn't recline making it a bit more uncomfortable."

Мінуси: "Plane was around 45 minutes late in arriving at our Minneapolis gate. Flight was further delayed by something (unspecified) being "frozen." WORST part was that the temperature in the seating area at the gate was horribly cold. Departing passengers at a neighboring gate were bound for Fargo and sat with their parkas on and with parka hoods up. We Houston-bound had packed our coats & boots and were shivering. Then when we finally boarded the crew announced that the plane's water system was broken and so we would have no hot coffee or hot tea or hot anything. No water, also and obviously, in the restroom sink. But sani-wipes were provided in the sink basin."

He always told us what was happening, why we had a wait on the tarmac in LGA, why he anticipated it might be a choppy flight, how to access in flight entertainment so we could be distracted. Gave us some trivia questions. Joked about Pokemon go, walked along the aisle talking to us. He was awesome!"

Мінуси: "The ground crew (in Detroit) were unfriendly and rude. I asked two simply which line I should be in, the First lady just ignored me, the second gentleman rudely told me where to stand. They were not terribly busy at the time and I politely asked as I was unsure which line to be in. The flight attendants (only from ORF to Detroit) also were unfriendly with an attitude. Just simple stuff. I asked for extra ice, she thought I said no ice. Simple mistake, no big deal but when I explained that I actually wanted extra ice she was perturbed!"

I wish that Borispol Airport team could be more prepared(provide more customer service personal) to solve the problems such as a flight delay in order to serve better the passengers in stressful situations."

Мінуси: "Flight out was late due to the bus being late picking up the crew. We had to run for our connections. On the way back we were delayed again , leaving 20 minutes to make our connection. Security at Frankfurt was so poor. Of the potential number of lines available, there were only two operating despite the number of passengers, most of whom were late for their connections. It took us over 30 minutes to get through. Luckily the connecting flight was delayed over an hour."

Плюси: "I have always liked Lufthansa; however, got put on an American Airlines flight due to a missed connection and there were no further flights until later in the afternoon. Had to change airlines and they assured me my luggage would follow me. It did not!!!! Too many security checks, switching from place to place and being herded like cattle was not too pleasant. Security people were rude and very busy talking to each other to tend to their jobs. One person would tell you to do something and the next person would give you completely different direction. They were arguing amongst themselves and not paying attention to one of the most important things.....customers."
Мінуси: "On AA flight there were two small children running up and down the airplane most of the flight. Very disturbing and no one could rest. They were playing chase, hitting everyone's seat, and screaming at each other quite a bit. Parents obviously did not discipline them at all. After waiting in the airport for a completely different flight and not know what to expect this flight was not a pleasant one. American Airlines had overbooked the flight and they were begging people to give up their seats. They had a weight problem due to fuel amount and when we were approaching DFW we were diverted to Houston because we did not have enough fuel to stay in a holding pattern. We sat on the tarmac for a couple of hours, refueled, several people got off the plane in Houston in order to make connecting flights and then we FINALLY flew back to Dallas"

They said after I stow my carry ons to corn to the back and get a drink and use the bathroom to cool down as we were just about to take off to taxi to the runway. The crew was absolutely great and the I. Flight entertainment and food was great. We just wish our luggage had made it back too. We are still waiting to see where our luggage is - if in Europe still or Dallas."
Мінуси: "I would say that other passengers had their kids behind us and they kept screaming and kicking our chairs. We told the woman to tell her kids to stop but all she said was “they are a child” when all they needed to do was just tell their kid to stop. Flight attendants saw and knew but I don’t know what they could do to help when they can’t help with bad parenting. I wish there was a clear way to upgrade to first class on a trip as it was difficult to find out how."

The seats in regular economy were too small for a 10 hour flight. I am an average to small size person and had no room to get comfortable."

Мінуси: "There were screaming ( not just crying...but SCREAMING at a shrill pitch) for the entire 10 hour flight. I was never so ready to get off of a plane in my life. The staff tried to appease the many different situations as best they could, but they got wore out before the end of the the flight. There were people not sitting in their assigned seats, so mealtime was totally boggled and some got fed a full hour before the rest us is on the tail end of the serving. The last meal ( after I FINALLY got food, we had turbulence, so they stopped serving drinks to go with the meal, and no one ever came back and continued where they left off, so I ate my meal without a drink. I don't blame the airline because it was the many children in that section that made it absolutely miserable for everyone on board, but it was the worst flight I have ever taken...hands down."

Мінуси: "the flight was delayed by 50 min reason was because the flight crew was stuck in a traffic jam from kiev city centre to airport by 1h. the flight crew stayed overnight in Kiev city centre which is 30-40 min drive away from city centre and had time to own accord to have a walk around the city centre in the morning. So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

Мінуси: "Frankfurt airport: Had to walk for an hour to get from gate to gate. I was getting off an international flight and onto another international flight. International gates are usually closer than that. On the flight: 1. The armrests pull up, which is great if you're traveling with family or a significant other. But, in my case, it was an overweight and obese lady, who didn't fit in her seat and just slipped into half of mine. I was stuck with half a seat with her arm bumping mine for a 12-hour flight. I landed with a bruised arm. It was a round trip flight. When I had submitted a complaint, Lufthansa refunded me a 100$, which is nice of them, but I think they should have upgraded me for my return flight instead to make up for the first flight being uncomfortable. 2. I paid for the internet service and was charged double for it. Again, had to submit a complaint and was refunded the money. Check-in: The online system wouldn't allow me to check in online because my passport wasn't biometric."
