Our bags are normal carry on and fit the other airlines and we travel often. Our bags were put in the hold. We were then charged another 15 euros as a penalty for small bags that we fit under the seat in front., even though these bags easily fitted the measure. They were intransigent and charging many passengers."

You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

You are left standing on the runway, sometimes in rough weather, when trying to board as it is chaos getting on the plane. You are literally herded like cattle! There isn't even any pockets on the back of the seat to accomodate books and things. Extremely uncomfortable seats with no leg room as they have crammed too many seats into the aircraft. NOTHING is complimentary, you can't even egt a water without being charged through the nose for it. A real cheap and nasty experience."
