I bought I would be proactive and pay for the baggage for my return(only 20 euros). I received only a receipt for the 20 euros, but paid 63,250 drams. Something is shady and I feel duped. The flight was over an hour late with no explanation. There was a plane at the gate when we landed, which added to the tardiness of arrival. They were so non Chalant about so many people missing their connecting flights. It was like they already knew they were going to put us on Lufthansa 2 hours later... polish airlines Is awful- the airport personnel even worse. No one respects standing in line. Airport officials kept cutting into the security lines which literally cost me the 5 minutes that I could have made the flight. I am very diasspointed and kayak should not advertise this airline."

This flight was operated by a company called Privilege Style, and while the crew was fantastic everything else was terrible. The food was pathetic and nasty; they served breaded chicken that was so soggy it resembled a used dish cloth. It came with soggy oily vegetables and a cake that had condensation all over it. The only redeeming thing on this flight was the free Polish beer (it was warm). The flight we took going to Poland was on one of their new Dreamliner planes and it was amazing! We were so disappointed with this return flight as it was a stark contrast to the wonderful experience we had coming to Poland. I hope in the future they can discontinue use of these older planes, as it makes flying much more aggravating."

LOT was clearly understaffed to check in passengers on a small Boeing 737 plane used for the flight. Line moved incredibly slowly, many of us were afraid that we were going to miss the flight.m, with no updates from LOT ground personnel. Flight's takeoff was eventually 1 hour 45 minutes late, so did LOT understaff the check-in process knowing that the plane's departure was going to be late? I paid a premium to fly LOT and assumed that would avoid the consistently terrible Easyjet/Ryan Air check-in and boarding process. No such luck. It was a truly horrible. Next time I'll just fly Easyjet or Ryan Air. At least. I'll know whatï to expect evo, s"

Many people stood in a long line for at least an hour with no information about why they couldn't check in. When we did check in, they couldn't print my wife's boarding pass for the next flight and told us that we would have to print it at the gate. We found out in Poland that she was missing an eTA number necessary for her to fly into Canada. With the flight delay and lack of information, the application did not process in time, and we missed our connecting flight. As a result, we were stuck in Poland for 24 hours, leading to lost sleep, added expense, and much frustration."

Плюси: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."

Fares are competitive, but long list of extra charges is annoying. Boarding was chaotic at airport, with no attempt at crowd control. No water was served on flight."

Мінуси: "Stood in one line for over a half hour to find out I was in the wrong line and had to go to another line. Why not have someone asking or a few signs to direct people? Kiwi was horrible to deal with. I booked a priority flight but they only gave me non-priority but changed their documentation to look like it was priority. Went back and forth too manny times."

Мінуси: "Flight had group of youngsters who should not have been allowed on flight. They displayed rowdy behaviour and swore and gestures throughout flight. Staff did very little to try and stop them until other passengers started to complain."

Плюси: "The crew was friendly. I enjoyed the low fee to get priority boarding with guaranteed cabin baggage."
Мінуси: "The crew was late, which delayed our takeoff by 20 minutes, which is unpleasant when you have already boarded the plane and are stuck in your seat. However, the flight only landed 5 minutes later than planned. The seats are not very comfortable for flights longer than one hour. There is not enough room to work on your laptop at your seat. I was constantly bumping elbows with the passenger next to me. The cabin temperature was extremely warm. I was sweating nearly the entire flight and I felt very uncomfortable."

Мінуси: "The flight took off half an hour late, when we landed at stansted we were waiting for another half an hour to disembark (not the first time this has happened on a Ryanair flight) and lugggage took nearly an hour to reach baggage claim. The price of the flights are not worth being delayed by 2 or 3 hours especially if you have somewhere to be. If you have no other choice, then make sure you purchase priority booking!"

Мінуси: "The flight was listed as delayed with about an hour before it was due to arrive. It landed 3 hours and 45 minutes late. Up until 2 hours, in other words when it left Stansted for Nice, there was no explanation as to why. The Stansted Express tickets we paid for an hour before the scheduled take off had to be forfeited Upon arrival at Stansted Airport, we were made wait for our plan to taxi to its gate, wait to get off and then wait for our bags to arrive which took well over an hour. Between Stansted Airport, hailed as one of the worst airports and Ryanair, who’s cabin manager was a clown, the whole experience start to finish as a fiasco!"

Мінуси: "The check in staff at the booth were rude to me and then short with others at baggage check in Athens. I saw the gate check in employee being short to guests as well. the company culture feels negative in my one experience. To compare with another regional carrier who seemed to have it together, Olympus, the Ryanair staff didn't appear to like their jobs. Also, Ryanair charges for seat assignments even when you don't have a preference. And the checked luggage size restriction is the smallest I've ever seen. I pack light but the bag I would have needed to have a free checked bag is tiny. Again, my money will go to Olypus Air the next time I'm in this region."

We had earlier been in a long queue for security, so were feeling, tired & frazzled. Our hand baggage went into the hold instead of on the plane."

Мінуси: "When my incoming flight to Athens on Delta was postponed a day by that airline, the delay was going to cause me to miss my RyanAir flight on 13 August, 2016. Despite two sessions in on-line chat with RyanAir customer service prior to the missed flight, RyanAir refused to re-schedule me. By the time the flight was actually missed, all RyanAir flights on the following day were full and I had to book a flight on Aegean Air. RyanAir is a terrible company with an incomplete web site (no phone number for customer assistance, missing data and hyperlinks that don't work or lead nowhere), unwritten rules which are non-sensual and work to the detriment of customers, and customer assistance representatives on the on-line chat who won't do anything to actually help customers."

I thought if I would check in before the time the flights were to take off they would print if for me at no charge ..I tryed to check in on the machine at the airport but I could not figure it out cause there was no enter button on the machine. Then I went back to ask for help and they did not know how to use it either ."

Мінуси: "First, I didn't have internet access for 2weeks prior to my flight, so I had no idea I had to check in in advance online, and any way, I couldn't do it because I didn't have internet access. So they were going to charge us 25 euros to check us in and some other ridiculous amount to print out our boarding passes. Honestly, I've never seen an airline that does not print boarding passes for you. So we were in line 3 times because of stupid wild goose chases that could've just been resolved in one sitting if it wasn't for a ridiculous system they have. Then we needed to check in our bags and we were prepared to pay a checked-in bag fee, but they charged 190 euros for 2vhecked bags!!!! What?!?!? And.... We had to go somewhere else to pay the fee and come back to finally get our boarding passes. So in all honesty, the "cheap" flight was not cheap, it took us 2 hours to complete the boarding, 4 visits to the counter. And... That's not even all, it felt like everyone treated the plane like if it was a train or a metro, people throwing things across the aisle, getting up and walking around (not to go to the toilets, and it was a two hour flight, no need to stretch your legs all that much) and to top it off a lady that was so drunk she kept hitting our seats, yelling, getting up when we were landing and wow! It was awful! And all of that and not even a complimentary cup of water. I am usually not a complainer but those four hours of Ryanair ridiculousness got me to the point of furious! I will NEVER fly with them again. I'll pay a little more for the convenience and comfort of other airlines."

But seat space is really cramped, & evrry little thing costs extra, seems like they could throw us a free drink if we are stuck on the runway for 2 hrs. Rough takeoff and landing seems to be the trademark. Think I'll just pay the standard airfare next time. You lose time getting to and from the outer airports."
