Мінуси: "The only complaint I have regarding my most recent flight was the incredibly rude service staff whom we experienced at the front counter at check-in. After a harrowing cab ride to the airport in which our driver continuously ignored my request to follow the GPS insisting that he knew faster shortcuts, we arrived 40 minutes later than intended. Additionally he dropped us off at the wrong terminal such that we finally arrived at the KLM gate an hour later than we had planned. This was especially frustrating as we are traveling with two small children and made every effort to be punctual and leave early to be sure we got there with time to spare. Not the case today. All of that I could deal with, but when we arrived at the KLM counter, and I apologized to the attendant staff member that we were late and explained that our cab driver got lost, she responded by chastising us first in Spanish and then in broken English. She made sure to make it clear to us that it was our fault and we should not blame the Argentinian cabdriver. The cabdriver was not actually Argentinian, but that is totally besides the point. I was totally taken aback to be treated so rudely as a greeting at the airline counter. My wife share the same sentiment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Thank God, every single airport personnel and of course KLM staff member on board was incredibly kind and accommodating of our children subsequent to this. It saved what otherwise could've been a terrible experience."

The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least."

Мінуси: "My seat wouldnt stay reclined. I spent the hole flight pressing the button back. During the night I needed the assistance of the flight atendent. I had to press the button three times so that anyone could come to me. Didnt find the crew very willing to repeat some needed information about the food too. The airplane was full and simply there werent enough toilets for this amout of people there. Honestly, it was a terrible experience."

We wanted to leave by the United flight which was leaving in an hour or so but the supervisor was not willing to do anything. We ordered Asian vegetarian food and it was horrible. Never again Air Canada."

Had to miss work due to my flight being delayed, was supposed to fly from montreal at 4:30pm to Toronto, then catch my flight to Los Angeles, flight was missed due to weather. got to Toronto and missed my flight, the line to get help was absolutely ridiculous, stood there for 3 hrs along with other travelers. They booked me a flight from Toronto to Calgary but it was for the next day at 410pm on august 1st!!! I had to sleep on the airport floor and spend my whole day there instead of being home with my family I honestly would love a refund..."

Мінуси: "THe previous flight that we took, on June 20th, from Las Vegas to Toronto, was cancelled at the last minute. As we had a tightly-scheduled flight to Amsterdam, we missed that connection. There was no notification given prior to the cancellation, just suddenly came up on the monitors at McCarren Airport. No explanation was offered. THe flight that we were transferred to arrived in Toronto too late to get us onto our Amsterdam flight, and so Air Canada personnel gave us vouchers for food and tried to book us a hotel room. We were ferried to 3 hotels, and turned away at all of them, an dwound up sleeping on the flor of the kid's area at TOranto Airport. we finally got to Amsterdam a day late.and had our trip upgraded to business class for our trouble. I have no quarrel with the treatment that we received from Air Canada personel. THey were very patient and gracious, in spite of a number of irate passengers in the same situation that we were in. However, the failure to have accomodations for stranded travelers was exemplary of poor planning on the part of administration, not personnel. I am really torn as to whether or not to use Air Canada again. WHen it is good, it is very good, but when iit is bad, it is the worst that I've ever experienced."

As a result, I missed my connection and had to spend the night in an airport hotel in Montreal (which Air Canada paid for). These things happen, and they were very professional and sympathetic about it, but under the circumstances I can't give it more than 3 stars overall."

When food service came aroind, people had there seats back amd instead of addressing everyone to politely put their seats in the upright position, she specifically told her (in a very harsh tone) to put her seat up for consideration of the person behind her. The customer said she couldn't because the person in front of her had her seat reclined as well, which left her with very limited space to eat. The flight attendant continued to say she needed to pit her seat upright or take a seat in the back of plane. I was in shock by the flight attendants' unprofessionalism. Flight attendants also need to provide passengers with pens to fill out declarations. Some would not provide customers with pens. I will never fly Air Canada again!"

Further more, the 4+ hour layover at Newark (horrible terminal) led to 6+ hours. Arrived home at the end of an 18 hour day barely functioning."

United not overly helpful with alternate flights and arrangements. To make business mtgs, I asked to fly to alternate airport and drive in. United no help with rental car. Had to be very persistent to get a hotel room covered."

It's unfair and obnoxious to pay the same money as somebody else who then takes your already small space. I am not a large person (140lb, 5'7") and I could barely move my arms without bumping one of the people next to me. There's no reason that we should have such limited space."
