When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process."

Мінуси: "The seats are uncomfortable, the application of the baggage policy is inflexible & difficult, there are no places to put your things and having seating assigned randomly when you travel with someone is ridiculous. I love discount airlines, but being charged for things that would make me happier while not costing the airline a penny is too far. Ryanair gets your initial business with artificially low rates and then nickle-and-dimes you until you pay at least as much as you would by just going with an honest carrier that charges normal prices up front. I am tired of being messed about when there are equivalently priced carriers that aren't such shysters."
Мінуси: "I didn't like that, one of the pasangers was with a little girl and she was screaming all the way from Dublin to madrid and the crew didn't help at all to have a solution! Also when I was inside of the plane I ask someone of the crew if they have space to put my wedding dress and she look at me like I was crazy and they just told me no! With a very bad tone of voice!"

Мінуси: "We were in the line which went along smoothly until we were just a few people before being served. There was a couple that had issues and the entire line of people including me had to wait in a standstill for 30 minutes. It made me run to my closed gate but did get on. The solution is to have a counter they could have moved to just for big issues rather than hold up 50 people. So sort of plan B for big problem flyers. It was lame. I never received an email about needing to check in to the flight online. Luckily we arrived early enough to the airport for the customer service desk to let us know we only had 20 minutes to check in on our mobile devices. The landing of the plane was also the worst I have ever experienced. Everything was so unorganized and uncomfortable about this flight and airline. NEVER traveling with Ryanair and will recommend to all friends and family to avoid Ryanair."
Мінуси: "Finding our way around the terminal. We finally found the check baggage and checked them. Then we went to security which was at the opposite end of the terminal but we were sent back to baggage to have our boarding passes stamped with the visa stamped. Then it was back to security."

Мінуси: "Too strict on their carryon policy. On fight from Munich to Kiev, I was allowed to carry on board my full carryon with no weight limit and a personal item. From Kiev to Munich (same size aircraft) I was restricted to one carryon up to 7kg. I had to figure out how to put the excess weight into my checked carryon. I weigh 20kg less than average 6ft, 45 yr old."

Needless to say that at no stage of the ticket reservations, any of this was mentioned. Was really an embarrassing situation"
