Мінуси: "29 passengers were arriving in JFK from MSP, a flight that was delayed due to ground staff issues at JFK (which means that Emirates' partner airline had some issues?). Plane was delayed but we landed just in time to make the connection or so we thought. After running through the terminal, we saw our plane attached to the gate for 53 minutes(I have pictures to show) but Emirates gate staff said the flight is now closed, and didn't let us board the flight. They didn't help us rebook our next flight, or pay for hotel or transportation. And some of us couldn't fly for 2 days because they were overbooked on their future flights. And that's what really happened - Emirates was overbooked for our flight, and conveniently used the excuse that they didn't know our flight had landed in JFK (seriously), and their ground staff was totally non challent about it. They asked us to call the partner airline to rebook, who instead asked us to call Emirates. 4-6 hours of calling for most of us in the middle of the night. Emirates has social media presence on Twitter & Facebook but it's like chatting with a wall. Its 100% useless and waste of time, and I have asked them where I can send my complaint but they won't respond."

So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

The dedicated business class check-in line and advance boarding process was smooth - as were both flights. The cabin crew on both flights were very good and all spoke English well. My chief complaint is with the European Business Class seating model (3 across with center seat empty) - which does not afford much more leg room or seat pitch than in economy class. On the plus side you don't have to get in a fist-fight with anyone over the overhead bin storage problem since there are less people in business class and hence more storage space."

Some of the TAP counter employees were very unhelpful & actually dismissive. We had gate 19 and there was no sign of activity when it was time to board. When asked some counter employees, they couldn't care less. You should post something at the gate assigned about a gate change or delay. A lot of passengers were confused and uninformed."

There was no announcement for people with tight connections or about what to do if we couldn't make them. That tap didn't plan out sufficient connection times for the conditions of the airport, and that it was security, not to itself, that did anything to try to expedite is through passport control, etc was disappointing and resulted in several extra hours stuck in the airport for me and for those on one of those other missed flights having to wait overnight for another seat"

I arrived at the airport over two hrs in advance and then had to run a significant distance through the airport and sweat and be unnecessarily anxious waiting on the customs line only to arrive at the gate at 11:20am, to have my bags checked for a second time and then be unable to get any food or coffee before a flight that did not begin boarding for another 40 minutes. I did and still do not see the need for that additional luggage/security check and then being held at the gate for almost an extra hour for seemingly no reason at all."

Passengers were called to board and left waiting in line for over an hour with zero communication as to why we were unable to board our plane. This was my first time flying with Ryan Air and I was greatly disappointed. Budget airlines should not equate to budget customer service."

Мінуси: "As usual with ryan air it's all about the cash. Missed my flight because of lip balm and a baggage check and then when I asked for help. They basically did nothing. I will never fly with you again. Luckily managed to get a B.A flight for £95.00 the same day and Ryan air wanted £413.00"

We eventually offered our seats to try and help out which eventually the reluctant crew accepted. Emergency exits row passenger was allowed to keep their handbag and another had a plastic bag under their seat. (Regulations state no bags at emergency exits). One passenger was chatting using his mobile phone during taxi out. Captain having exited the flight deck for a break then opened the cockpit door and whilst remained open then proceeded to have a nice chat with the cabin crew. Crew were having a bad day. Food was over cooked and nasty. Seat comfort apauling no elbow room and no legroom, still as Ryanair say you only get what you pay for whereas I’d rather have value for money rather than just a cheap and nasty experience."

As this flight was to Israel we were separated from passengers at the other gates and were not allowed to wonder round the duty free area to find coffee or anything to eat. Those without hand luggage were allowed but re checked and frisked at the extra security check. Even babies had shoes removed and feet scanned, so clueless. Then we never made it to Ovda but were diverted to Tel Aviv. Landed an hour late there and waited till they sent a bus to take us 4 hr journey to Ovda. Arrived in Ovda 7 hrs late, no food, no drinks tired and very hungry."
