The food also seemed better on the way to Turkey; on the way back I found myself hungry more often and the food was not as good (day flight). I was happily sitting in the lounge drinking copious amounts of hot tea due to an illness when my flights status changed on the monitor; "go to gate", it read. When I dutifully arrived at the gate, what was happening? Absolutely nothing. I sat there shivering for another 30 mins before boarding, my heat source (the tea) removed. The moral of the story is that a passenger's time has value, DO NOT waste it. In my case, the cost was physical agony of freezing on a mediterranean island in the summer while wearing 2 shirts, long pants, and double socks. If the ground staff did everything to procedure and are thus faultless, then the procedure is reprehensible and should be updated."

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

I did not enjoy the food."

The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."

Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

No helpful; Awful service; Ticket sales people after queing for another 30 minutes-same no help-just put new client all this from 4:45 am in the airport. Finally with 10 minutes to spare before being blocked off the flight; check-in deemed to check me and suitcase it requesting 20 Euro. I refused...other passengers got mad so she let me pass. Small crowded plane/no leg room/ constant hostess annoucing buy duty free, food. No landing cards provided! Nothing-you pay, do it all and you are lucky to arrive--NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND STRESS."

She never did try to solve the problem, we had to seek other help and we charged exorbitant fees. Never fly with Ryanair."

Мінуси: "firstly with Ryanair, you pay for every little service free on other airlines. to add 2 luggage of 20kg each we paid an extra US$ 40,00 per luggage + taxes = US$ 104,00. If you travel with somebody and like to sit together you have to pay extra money. during the flight the crew was going up the alley trying to sell whatever they have for sale during the flight, going from drinks to food, from gifts to alcohol and cigarettes, but not giving the embarkment cards like every other airline does, no, here you have to wait to be in front of the customs, get the form, fill in the form and then take your place in the queue for another 30 minutes.. and I don't mention here how many times the crew hit my leg and knee with the trolley during the two hours flight."

Мінуси: "--Online check-in system is strange and puts the onus on passengers to do the work w/in a bizzare window of time. If you remember to do it too much ahead of time, then you get charged a fee. If you remember to do it too late, then you get charged a fee. --The fee for missing the check-in online window is exorbitant (50 euros per person) and seems to be a punishment more than anything else, since I don't see how buying and installing a kiosk for customers to check-in at the airport would be less cost effective for the company. Particularly when you consider the cost of the employee's salary whose sole job it is to sit and process the "late check-in" paperwork at a different window. --The luggage fee is among the highest I've ever encountered and also has to be "processed" at a different window with a Ryanair employee who literally fills carbon copies of paperwork in for every single person in line. (There must be a more modern option for their infrastructure than this.) My husband and I had to go back and forth to this other window since the people at the check-in window didn't bother to tell us that we'd have to process the luggage fee + the check-in fee at the separate window. --Finally, the boarding process was chaotic, crowded, and late. And I was kept awake the entire flight by flight attendants making several announcements about Ryanair promotions, including employees pushing actual carts full of non-food items (like cologne) up and down the aisle to sell as if the airways were a flea market. Overall I would have saved time, money, and huge headaches if I had booked a pricier flight up front. At least those companies have some integrity."

Herded into a small hot holding room after long lineups to see if the carry on luggage fits into the measurement guide. Poor staff! Doing their best with the means they have. Perhaps ask them how it could roll out better."

We did not buy a single thing to put in our bags in Madrid and yet my luggage was 2 kg over and we had to pay an additional 20 euros and they said my husbands was too large to carry on - though we did prove to them if fit and they eventually let us but it was an ordeal (they didn't even bother two people in front of us with the exact same luggage). The Madrid Ryanair employees could learn a couple things in hospitality from the Dublin ones."
Мінуси: "Very difficult to locate checking area in Madrid. The boarding team was rude, selectively enforced rules and made the boarding of the plane a chaotic experience. The plane seats have no leg room, they are cramped and don't recline. They provide no complimentary refreshments, I have to beg for a small cup or ice. I would have rather pay more and not save to have this flight option! We flew Madrid to Marrakesh and will not do it again!"

They required me to print my tickets even though I had a download of tickets on my phone. Flight attendants were not pleasant as if they didn't like their job."
