This lack of effort stands out very much in the background of super-uncomfortable seats on Dreamliners. There is relatively much less space available for passengers between rows and between seats themselves. It makes long flights exceptionally painful, especially for people who are not extra small or young. I have gotten to the point that I choose to fly different airlines even if that means a bit more money and an extra stop because I cannot handle 8 or 9 hours on the Dreamliners, especially when the flights are full."

The stewardesses did not hide their antipathy towards the native speakers of English and Russian (they were scornful and rude), although they were friendly and attentive to the passengers speaking Polish, 2. The food is tasteless and small (I have ordinary needs)."

Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."

Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again."

Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."

We were told we could check in online but we only had 4 minute in which to do it. We were charged €150 for 5 people. The check in Sgent was sour faced as well. Once aboard the plane (a nice new aircraft) we found the stewardesses sour faced as well. Overall not impressed by air Baltic!"

Мінуси: "on the website i ordered and payed for a meal, and automatically it went to the last and the shortest leg of the flight. it did not ask which leg i was interested in. so i phoned their customer service to get this fixed, they said they cannot fix it and closed the phone on me. on the website is said that from israel you cannot do advance internet checkin, and when i arrived at the checkin they said that i should have done this advanced check in, and since i didn't i need to go to their ticket office and pay a penalty of 35$ per passenger. there also was no warning on the website of any such penalty. i will never fly with them again if i can help it."

My russian visa is in the passport and updated and quite visible to see on the third page of my passport and being from Grenada I am able to travel to latvia visa free for up to 90 days. I stood there whilst others walked past me and went to the aircraft. that sucked. may 09 2017 at around 9 am."

Thus had to kneel in order to use. This booked by UIA, but the carrier was Air Baltic, which led to some confusion as to which airline to go to for boarding."
Плюси: "Things moved along fairly well, especially once I was in Riga. The hour layover stressed me out because I wasn't sure if I'd make it to my connection in time, but the airport was not crowded so I managed to get through passport control fairly quickly and made my flight."

No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

After no help from him, I was able to figure out that we did have them as attachments. Never again."

According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

Мінуси: "Booked 3 flights all on Ryanair for a trip inside Portugal. The booking agent, Gotogate.com, and Ryanair left me deserted. Some error occurred and I received the same flight booking # for all 3 the flights. I discovered this when trying to retrieve my boarding pass for the second flight. Neither company fixed the problem and I could not board the flight. I ended up having to rent a car and drive to Porto (6 hours away). Neither company have anyone that can assist with these issues on the weekend. The worst experience I could have had on my birthday vacation."

Мінуси: "Our flight was delayed by over two hours from Frankfurt Hahn. No one on the ground gave us any information. They left the entire group of people alone in the gate and did not return until the flight had landed. Everyone was sitting on the floor, clueless. We did not know where the plane was or when it would come. I also paid extra for priority boarding to ensure that my bag would have space in the overhead compartment so I would not have to store it under my seat. However when the remainder of the passengers boarded the aircraft, they took my bag out from the overhead compartment to put another passengers bags where mine were. They had me put my bags underneath my seat. This would not be a big deal but I am an above average tall person, so it forced me to be quite uncomfortable for the entire flight. When I tried to tell the flight attendant that I paid for priority, she ignored me and walked away. 2/10 would not use airline again. I would rather pay the extra to be treated better."

Мінуси: "Boarding had long with lines for check in and the policy of having a check in counter and then a second check in for carry on bags after the passport control and scanners was deceptive at best. I watched several frustrated passengers trying to cram legitimate small bags into the carry-on measuring cage. After failing they were asked for money - these bags were small and reasonable so be aware of the measurements before you fly."

Not informed till 2 days before flight of online check in requirements. Not told could check in 30 days ahead-so could not print passes at home in US before travel. Did not know would have to enter and exit plane via stairs with large carry-on. Ryan Air should be more up front about extra charges incurred if you don't follow their protocol-esp. for first time users. Now know and will not fly with them again. Ended up costing as much or more than flying Aer Lingus Bristol to Dublin would have."
