There were no signs and several passengers tried to board without the stamp only to be sent to the passport check line. Very frustrating. Also, there was no organization so everyone just rushed forward when boarding was called. They should consider boarding by rows to make it a more orderly process. Finally, there was no leg room at all. I realize airlines are trying to squeeze every passenger in that they can, but this was ridiculous. I'm 5'11" and my knees were pinned against the seat in front of me."

The aircraft had a problem with the A/C, so we sat in the extremely hot aircraft on the tarmac for 2 hours while they tried to fix the problem. Then, when we were finally told that the aircraft could not fly, the Swiss staff said that we were "not allowed" to leave the aircraft. After stressed passengers confronted the crew demanding to be let off the aircraft, we went back into the terminal to wait for hours in line as just two Swiss staff filled out hotel vouchers by hand for over 200 passengers. Adding insult to injury, we were then told to wait for a hotel shuttle at the curb, despite the fact that the shuttle had stopped running hours earlier at midnight. I didn't fly to Switzerland until the next day, losing hundreds of dollars on a missed hotel stay in Zurich, and travel plans. And it was an awful start to my honeymoon. The way the Swiss staff treated us was unconscionable and insulting. They have not responded to my several written complaints, so maybe Kayak can help!!!"

With mostly everyone vaccinated and everyone tested, requirement to keep the face covering on between taking the bites seemed a little excessive. Seat assignment - flying with my daughter were assigned seats at opposite sides of the plane, when asked for change was told that there were no 2 seats available together which proved to be not true when after boarding was complete."

Security at Frankfurt was so poor. Of the potential number of lines available, there were only two operating despite the number of passengers, most of whom were late for their connections. It took us over 30 minutes to get through. Luckily the connecting flight was delayed over an hour."

No more flights to Bremen so we then were redirected to a flight to Hamburg. We had to fly from Munich to Vienna and then from Vienna to Hamburg. The flight from Munich to Vienna was delayed by 40 minutes which made us lose the connecting flight. We had to wait until the next morning for a flight to Hamburg, where as we arrived our luggage was lost. The staff ensured us that our connecting flights were waiting for us, however the flights had left 20 minutes prior to our arrival. The staff was nice but the communication was poor."

Мінуси: "the flight was delayed by 50 min reason was because the flight crew was stuck in a traffic jam from kiev city centre to airport by 1h. the flight crew stayed overnight in Kiev city centre which is 30-40 min drive away from city centre and had time to own accord to have a walk around the city centre in the morning. So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

Плюси: "I flew round-trip in Business Class from Munich to Kiev and then back to Germany via Frankfort and both flights were on time. The dedicated business class check-in line and advance boarding process was smooth - as were both flights. The cabin crew on both flights were very good and all spoke English well. My chief complaint is with the European Business Class seating model (3 across with center seat empty) - which does not afford much more leg room or seat pitch than in economy class. On the plus side you don't have to get in a fist-fight with anyone over the overhead bin storage problem since there are less people in business class and hence more storage space."

Yes they are just still kids, but from the very start of them boarding, thats when everything just went downhill. The kids was just screaming, shouting, and sprinting into there sits. Even after being told to quite and calm down, all them were still screaming and shouting at the top of there vioces throughtout and non-stop for the whole flight (even after landing and getting into the bus). The worst fact of all is that, there was just far too many of them for everyone to handle (by the flight crew, and the trachers). It was also the first thing in the morning so it’s not like everyone would most likely be well rested already."

The contract staff in Athens were clearly demoralized, embarrassed and apolgetic, but had no flexibility to resolve issues in a reasonable way."

I can understand that this is a way to make money out of it but it was too much for it. I was okey about it until I went on the plane and had the cabin crew rushing at me preventing me to stand up to pick my phone from the locker above me for the reason that she's giving instructions... she had a good reason but after she finished it I tried to get up knowing that the flight was delayed for 35 minutes and still she didn't let me stand thought other people behind her where getting up... and she insisted to open my camera bag and get me the phone out of it rather then just giving me the bag, she smiled in a sarcastic way at the end... I asked her to put the camera bag next to my hand bag but she's didn't want to listen and she wanted to put it where she wants... not to mention the very bumpy landing and very fast he was almost run out of the runway, it was scary. Мінуси: "Ryanair is a ripoff in every way. Payment for reservation is apparently not same as getting a seat, which costs twice as much as then"fare". Then, my carry on bag, which is standard size ans acceptable all over the world was somehow unacceptable to Ryanair, which charged me $55 at the gate to check it or refuse me boarding. The flight was almost constant attempt by crew to upswell everything from lottery tickets to food and drink. Utterly ridiculous experience. Never again."

Мінуси: "I asked to have my ticket moved up two days which it was for a flight that wasn't full and was flying out in a hour but instead of using me to fill a seat and use my old ticket to sell they charged me a fee to change the date which was more than I originally paid for the first ticket then I had to pay for baggage wasn't included in my ticket like other airlines do. I was not the only one another guy at the counter was being charged extra for something stupid. He also stated he would not be doing business with Ryan Air again. I also will not recommend them to anyone. My flight was an hour late departing and we never were told why when I asked I was told don't worry about it in a very rude tone by the Flight attendant. During the flight it was more like a sales pitch over and over being asked if we wanted to buy refreshments instead of them being provided like other airlines. They also tried to sell me make up and perfume lastly they bothered us about donating to charities. It was a 1020pm-1120pm flight I would of loved to sleep or relax with it being so late not be hounded for money."

We were put on a bus but then kept in it for at least ten minutes before we were taken to the plane. 3. The seats were uncomfortable. E plane left 18 minutes late because the boarding was handled so poorly."

Мінуси: "Everything else. The seats were the smallest I've flown in a very long time. The boarding process was chaos. The flight attendants spent more time trying to sell us perfume than they did providing any type of service, such as a beverage service. In fact, they charged money for beverages (a lot too!), as well as pretty much every other aspect of the flight experience. How does it make any sense to charge you money for checking in for your flight at the airport if you have to visit the check in counter either way? Really crappy airline, I would only fly them or recommend them to someone who is also trying to pinch pennies wherever they can."

They insisted that we must check-in online before the day of our flight, which we were not aware of or informed about this procedure. They then charged me $400 penalty fee for not checking in online prior to the flight (despite that I was not aware of this procedure). The airline ticket check in staff was extremely mean and rude with long lines of people waiting and almost missing their flights."

Плюси: "The staff was helpful, I was not stressed out about couple of kilos overweight for luggage. On return they checked in my carry on free of charge. Flights were on time, efficient and no unnecesary delays. The overhead speaker was only so loud it would hurt my ears. Thank you!"

Мінуси: "Extremely poor organization at the airport checkin kiosk. Not enough staff. Huge lack in instructions and assistance. No proper lines at all. Tickets are cheap but one piece of luggage to check in is very expensive. Can't even get a cup of water for free on the flight. It may be a low fare, but the stressful experience is absolutely not worth it. Will never fly them again."

Мінуси: "Check in customer service was terrible. Lady at the counter was rude, dramatic, impolite, caused a scene. We got charged $50 euros to check in. Plus $85 euros for luggage which I understand. our bags got thrown on the belt on our face and I complained immediately to her. Lines were long and the wholeproccess is very slow. You also gm have to weight bags in one line, go to a different kiosk to pay, get on the line again to finilized check in n get boarding passes... Agents have an attitude. Everything is only nice when you are agreeing with them, once you disagree they are very arrogant and rude."
