Плюси: "Business class on Emirates is always top-class. Very comfortable. Friendly crew. Easy boarding and disembarking. Good drinks. What's not to like?"

Onboard, the TV (ICE) and internet were struggling to keep up with user demand. Did not load or connect sometimes. Different crew members had same standard answer - try later. While sleeping in Business class, I was woken up twice by a rude crew member (Velma Ndubi). She even refused to tell me her name because she did not want me to complain. Her attitude ruined the flight for me."

I reached airport 4 hours before departure and I get treated like this, horrible service."

"Ridiculous unnecessary "extra security" checks at the gate before boarding. With mostly everyone vaccinated and everyone tested, requirement to keep the face covering on between taking the bites seemed a little excessive. Seat assignment - flying with my daughter were assigned seats at opposite sides of the plane, when asked for change was told that there were no 2 seats available together which proved to be not true when after boarding was complete."

I wish that Borispol Airport team could be more prepared(provide more customer service personal) to solve the problems such as a flight delay in order to serve better the passengers in stressful situations."

Security at Frankfurt was so poor. Of the potential number of lines available, there were only two operating despite the number of passengers, most of whom were late for their connections. It took us over 30 minutes to get through. Luckily the connecting flight was delayed over an hour."

But when I went to the counter, my seat was changed without my consent (to a worse seat), and I was told that the online process wasn't complete!! Then the website should say accordingly. It's really annoying when this happens. I think the ground crew in New Delhi duped me. At one point, my call button for my meal was ignored for ~30 minutes on the plane. And then I was told there was no more chicken, and handed a veggie wrap. One wonders whether I could have gotten chicken 30 minutes ago!"

Мінуси: "the flight was delayed by 50 min reason was because the flight crew was stuck in a traffic jam from kiev city centre to airport by 1h. the flight crew stayed overnight in Kiev city centre which is 30-40 min drive away from city centre and had time to own accord to have a walk around the city centre in the morning. So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

The dedicated business class check-in line and advance boarding process was smooth - as were both flights. The cabin crew on both flights were very good and all spoke English well. My chief complaint is with the European Business Class seating model (3 across with center seat empty) - which does not afford much more leg room or seat pitch than in economy class. On the plus side you don't have to get in a fist-fight with anyone over the overhead bin storage problem since there are less people in business class and hence more storage space."

Мінуси: "My seat was 32C , me being disabled (wheelchair). My wife seat was 32 A and was DEFECTIVE. It could not be lowered towards the back, actually it has only the fixed position (all the way up). The lady from the seat before my wife's (31A) was lowering her seat ALL THE WAY. my wife protested, the crew tried unsuccessfully to adjust my wife's seat. Finally, instead of considering my condition and relocating us to some other seats (there were several free on this flight), the crew's lead stewardess (Friederich ?- I could not read the label, she kept it under her jacket) decided to upgrade that couple seats by moving them into the Business Class."

Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

Плюси: "Ryan Air 5.5 hrs Flight Delay from Glasgow, Scotland to Dublin, Ireland (Draft 2.1) Our flight from Glasgow, Scotland to Dublin Ireland on September 22nd with Ryan Air was delayed for 5.5 hrs (165 minutes) for unexplained reasons. We were supposed to depart at 3:25 pm and we actually departed at 8:55 pm when the plane actually began to move from the terminal to the runway. Over the ensuring 5.5 hr. delay there was no plausible reason given by gate staff or the bag check-in staff or the electronic flight board of daily departures in the Glasgow airport. Here is what we heard from all 3 communication sources stated in the previous sentence: • Seven (7) actual time delays of actual flight departure times (electronic flight board) ranging from: 3:25 pm, 4;30 pm; to be scheduled; moved to 5:15 pm; 6:30 pm; 8:00 pm; 9:00 pm; check with the gate. • Waiting for a plane to arrive......... • We have no idea...... • Waiting for a plane and a crew to arrive.... • Corporate is working on finding an available plane...... • I don't know....we will post the details when they are known to us..... The Scottish Times Newspaper (Sept. 21 or 22), reported that Ryan Air had allowed too many pilots to go on vacation at the same time which had made the entire flight schedule prone to long flight delays and numerous flight cancellations. What was reported on the various UK news shows was very different. Their were serious labor issues between Ryan Air's pilots and management, particularly Dennis O'Leary the CEO, over work conditions including pay and job performance. Those of us who read local UK newspapers had an inkling that the pot was boiling. However, as the actual departure delay went beyond the scheduled 3:23 pm, passengers were uneasy about our hotel rooms in our destination cities still being held and whether any drop-off family members should go home or be available if the flight was ultimately cancelled. What made it worse was Ryan Air realized that they were in violation of the European Union flight delay rule so they passed out FLIGHT DELAY POLICY to those waiting in line. The gate crew and the check-in folks outside security told us about having to provide all passengers two (2) free phone calls except that this would mean leaving security at the expected gate and going back to the Ryan Air check-in counter and back through security. A very arduous process one more time. Ryan Air has very arcane booking rules so if I change my checked baggage to a larger size, my only option was to add an additional piece of luggage at a very stiff cost. In our opinion, Ryan Air is a very poorly managed airline and the most customer-combative airline we have ever encountered in our many flights throughout the UK and Europe. Without hesitation, we would not recommend Ryan Air under any circumstances and would be willing to pay more with other carriers who take better care of their customers. No wonder the owner's a billionaire--however, on the positive side, the pilot landed "like butter" in Glasgow AND we heard that the Ryanair owner actually does pay millions in taxes for the good of Ireland. (Sigh...)"

Comments from the pilot and flight attendants were unintelligible. When we landed it was obvious that the flight crew was trying to make up for lost time, but it produced a VERY rough landing. I have never gotten nauseous on a flight before but I was after that landing. Rough, uncomfortable, and honestly kind of scary."

Мінуси: "I had booked a flight from Rome to Seville in either August or September 2016 for November 10th. I paid for the flights then. Two days before my flight while I'm on vacation, Ryanair sends me an email saying that I must check in online or I will be charged 45 Euro per passenger. This was really inconvenient because who wants to be online while on their vacation? But nonetheless, I did it. Their website sucked so I had to get chat customer assistance. Whenever I made any progress their website would keep sending me back to the beginning of the process. I tried for two days. Finally the day before the flight I was able to complete it and I was charged for my baggage and fast track option for each of us. There were three of us. They sent me email confirmation showing that they charged my credit card for the luggage and the fast track option. Together this came out to about 107 Euro. So I thought ok but at least I checked in and I will be fast tracked because I was charged for it and paid. To my surprise when we get to the airport the customer service people said that I only paid for luggage but did not "check in." I asked how could that possibly be since I had been charged and paid and they said that if I didn't pay the 45 Euro each right there, I couldn't get on the flight. I had no choice but to pay another 135 Euro so I could make my flight. Disgusting scammers."

So I tried entering through check in with my credit card, I stead iof flight number and that worked! Woo hop no extra charge at the airport"
