The support staff when I called again put back the seats for my return flight. I tried to check in online. Not working. Tried at least 50 times. Not working. Called the support staff. They told me to call the check in support center. I called the check in support center at least 50 times where mi was told the staff are busy and could not answer the call. I called at 6:00am next day where I was told by the check in support staff that my ticket had an issue which they did not know exactly what was the issue but prevented me to do a check in. I drove more than 2 hours to the airport where finally I could check in but I was told that my return flight seats had disappeared again. They managed to put them back again. I hope this time it’s finally ok. The support staff on the phone told me I could get reimbursed for the seat reservation I had paid for for the on going flight. The Swiss staff at the airport told me there would be no refund. Swiss is terrible"

I was subjected to unnecessary hassle as Air Canada did not issue me boarding pass for the section of Motreal to Zurich at Los Angeles airport. Hopefully same ordeal is not repeated while returning from Zurich to Los Angeles via Montreal on June 30, 2016. There was a long queque at Montreal to board the place as it was not organized in zone wise."

This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

I am glad I arrived at the airport two hours before take off because by the time I checked in and passed security, there was just enough time to buy food and walk to the boarding gate. The flight itself was noisy. People played music and danced in the aisle, the cabin crew just left it and did not serve the middle of the plane. But the party goers brought their own drink on board and kept going."

Плюси: "Ryan Air 5.5 hrs Flight Delay from Glasgow, Scotland to Dublin, Ireland (Draft 2.1) Our flight from Glasgow, Scotland to Dublin Ireland on September 22nd with Ryan Air was delayed for 5.5 hrs (165 minutes) for unexplained reasons. We were supposed to depart at 3:25 pm and we actually departed at 8:55 pm when the plane actually began to move from the terminal to the runway. Over the ensuring 5.5 hr. delay there was no plausible reason given by gate staff or the bag check-in staff or the electronic flight board of daily departures in the Glasgow airport. Here is what we heard from all 3 communication sources stated in the previous sentence: • Seven (7) actual time delays of actual flight departure times (electronic flight board) ranging from: 3:25 pm, 4;30 pm; to be scheduled; moved to 5:15 pm; 6:30 pm; 8:00 pm; 9:00 pm; check with the gate. • Waiting for a plane to arrive......... • We have no idea...... • Waiting for a plane and a crew to arrive.... • Corporate is working on finding an available plane...... • I don't know....we will post the details when they are known to us..... The Scottish Times Newspaper (Sept. 21 or 22), reported that Ryan Air had allowed too many pilots to go on vacation at the same time which had made the entire flight schedule prone to long flight delays and numerous flight cancellations. What was reported on the various UK news shows was very different. Their were serious labor issues between Ryan Air's pilots and management, particularly Dennis O'Leary the CEO, over work conditions including pay and job performance. Those of us who read local UK newspapers had an inkling that the pot was boiling. However, as the actual departure delay went beyond the scheduled 3:23 pm, passengers were uneasy about our hotel rooms in our destination cities still being held and whether any drop-off family members should go home or be available if the flight was ultimately cancelled. What made it worse was Ryan Air realized that they were in violation of the European Union flight delay rule so they passed out FLIGHT DELAY POLICY to those waiting in line. The gate crew and the check-in folks outside security told us about having to provide all passengers two (2) free phone calls except that this would mean leaving security at the expected gate and going back to the Ryan Air check-in counter and back through security. A very arduous process one more time. Ryan Air has very arcane booking rules so if I change my checked baggage to a larger size, my only option was to add an additional piece of luggage at a very stiff cost. In our opinion, Ryan Air is a very poorly managed airline and the most customer-combative airline we have ever encountered in our many flights throughout the UK and Europe. Without hesitation, we would not recommend Ryan Air under any circumstances and would be willing to pay more with other carriers who take better care of their customers. We wasted 45 minutes in a line that could have been avoided if they were more willing to help their customers upfront."

I recon whats not there doesn't have to be inspected preflight. I love these things. The app works just fine for boarding. Loved the priority boarding too. I'm always happy to get on a 737. And tired of seeing companies get the airbusses."

Плюси: "Started pretty decently even though the waiting room after customs was hot as hell. Boarding went pretty smoothly. As we were about leave, almost on time, cabin crew had executed security precautions and measures, we were suddenly informed by cabin crew we had to wait for other passengers after all that were initially held up for security issues. Even though pilot was told to leave without them, it seems pilot decided to wait for these passengers after all. Cabin crew said 'it seems it will only take 5min' it actually took 1h20 til we actually left and took off. No update whatsoever during that 1h20. Anyways, I understand we don't pay much for these flights therefore shouldn't expect much from your company but man, communication is key. Cabin crew was very poor in communicating, and I believe pilot took a poor decision waiting for these ppl"

We were told to go to one of the other two lines, so we did, only to have a crew member come up to us and start yelling in Spanish. I wasn't sure what she'd said, so I replied in English that we'd been told to get on this line and she just walked away. When we finally got to the front, another crew member told us the line was closed and that we'd gotten on too late. I told her we were now running late after standing on two different lines and being shuffled around, she snapped back that she was leaving and we had to wait on a different line. We waited so long to check a bag (that we'd already paid for!!) had to rush through security and boarded our flight with only a few minutes to spare. I've never seen such rude and unhelpful staff!!!!!"
