Secondly, I think that if this airline became the best airline in 2017, staff should care about their passengers’ stuff more than they do, so backpacks or suitcases don't lose parts or get crushed during flights. When I got my backpack back, I thought that someone had used it to play football. My backpack had lost some parts, and some pieces of it were torn!"

They had an emergency landing in The Azores, after turbulence and several passengers got injured, when the pilot failed to warn passengers to put on their seat belts and they flew into the air, hitting the ceiling before falling down. One passenger had a heart attack. Once they de-planed us in The Azores, not a single Qatar Airways employee helped us on site anymore. Passengers were left in the hands of hotel and airport staff. There was very little communication with the passengers. A relief flight was supposed to come in 12 hours. It did not come for another 35. After the emergency landing, some passengers noticed that a wing looked defective. The disruption may not have been due only to bad weather, but a defective plane as well."

Those same people did not get on the connecting flight and so Emirates managed to take our bags off as well, so we end up in London for a months stay with no luggage. Promises that it will arrive before midnight not kept and currently still waiting for bags to arrive."

The screen reset to an old version couple of times during the flight the crew had to reset for me( the airline should know what i'm talking about) It's a six-hour flight but the meal was literally served at 8.55pm(original time) in my section which is the last section to get food when the flight took of at 6.10pm(original time) - almost three hours into the flight. Can't believe they claimed to be number one airline in the world. If you fly to the States from thailand. Take Quatar if you want to go to the east coast or asian airlines any thing japanese or korean or even chinese airline like Hainan airline. They are all way better than this."

I did the next day. The same representative looked me in the eye after advising the day before and said there’s nothing she could do. Why make an elderly sick person drive to the airport again if you know already you cannot help??Absolutely terrible experience, no help from the airline or travel agency. Total loss of the full price of the ticket."

Could not pick up pillow that dropped on the floor, could not bend around the seat in front. Very hard to get out to use the toilet. Felt very claustrophobic."

Мінуси: "The flight from Nairobi to Zurich starts in Nairobi, flies an hour south to Dar es Salaam, you then sit on the tarmac for an hour, then you fly north for an hour until you get back to the starting point. I would think they would save money if they flew an empty plane down to Dar es Salaam, picked up those passengers and then flew back to Nairobi. No way should an 8.5 hour flight take over 11.5 hours. Plus my screen didn't work for one of the flights, nearly 12 hours without entertainment was BS. No real variety in their meals either. The first leg had a main meal of beef and potatoes as the meat option, same option for the second leg."

We came there - nothing. Then next text - come get it in two days. When it finally arrived - it was torn. I don't know who to blame in the first wrong text, I don't know why and how the suitcase was lost, I don't know who torn it, but in general it was all very wrong and inefficient."

We will definitely fly TurkishAir again. The staff was excellent and the in-flight entertainment system was wonderful."

Announcements, even if they come - come not loud, simultaneous with other announcements - so impossible to hear. Scheduled gate is moved every time too."

Due to the number of people attempting to check in and go through security, I missed my plane and was rebooked in an economy seat. These glitches occur but one would expect Lufthansa to have had a plan to deliver clear directions."
Плюси: "There was no communication between aircrew and gate for transfers. There is a new additional check between gates and no passenger was informed. This security check was over an hour long. The flight was not held for me and other passengers and when we arrived at the gate they were oblivious of the fact that we had been held up in what seemed to be a Km long security line."

I always fly first row to be able to work with my laptop, however due to a last minute plane change the new A321 did not have a 1D or 1F, only 1A and 1C. I had booked 1D, but was moved back to 5D with absolutely no option to change back to the first row to finish my work. I had to sit sideways to be able to work, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."

Actually, I was running there and got to the gates at 9:40 AM but air hostess said that I've already missed it. They said that I had enough time and that's my fault - I even should be thankful that I don't pay for another flight that I am going to be flying in 7 hours. Bottom line: I got to Kiev at 9:20 PM and moreover, the flight landed 30 mins late. It never happened to me, despite I've been more than on 25 flights. I am shocked by employee's behavior and the situation in general. Would never recommend Lufthansa airline to anyone."
