I had booked 1D, but was moved back to 5D with absolutely no option to change back to the first row to finish my work. I had to sit sideways to be able to work, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."

They said that I had enough time and that's my fault - I even should be thankful that I don't pay for another flight that I am going to be flying in 7 hours. Bottom line: I got to Kiev at 9:20 PM and moreover, the flight landed 30 mins late. It never happened to me, despite I've been more than on 25 flights. I am shocked by employee's behavior and the situation in general. Would never recommend Lufthansa airline to anyone."

Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic."

The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."

After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."

We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Мінуси: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."

Плюси: "I don’t need anything fancy for a short flight. Low cost, safe travel is the primary goal, and that’s what we got. The ratings chart doesn’t allow you to choose N/A but there was no food or entertainment for me to rate anything, and for such a short flight, it wasn’t needed anyway."
Мінуси: "Baggage fees are too high. €40 for one bag, each way? Too much. €20 each way is more reasonable, in my opinion, especially when standard international carry-on bags are not allowed. So for one bag for a family of four, we had to pay €80 and still had to buy a carry-on bag that was small enough to be allowed, other than taking the kids’ school backpacks. Please reduce the cost of luggage if you need to maintain the much smaller carry-on bag size. Also, passengers should be directed to keep their carry-on above their own seat, and not fill the front overhead compartments if their seats are in the back. It causes a lot of confusion at time of boarding and de-planing. Some elderly travelers were unable to manage their luggage, let alone go against traffic in the aisle to find overhead space in the back when they likely paid more to have their seata in the front. Not fair at all to pay more for front seats but not have the benefits of those seats. Also, I used the online chat tool before the flight to understand the baggage fees. The representative on the chat was particularly rude. Not good customer service. I figured out what I need to know so that’s the most important thing, but there was no reason for his nastiness."

In fact we got on the plane and there was plenty of room for our carry on I am hoping that Ryanair will do the right thing and reimburse us the extra 150 we were charged for not doing the online check-in that once again I was not aware of because I never received an email or a text as she stated I should have received. This is NOT right how you have low rates then we are forced to pay all the extras."

Мінуси: "You charged us for 4 bags, not 2. When we spoke On line your rep said that it was not refundable. We only had 2 bags and will definitely dispute this charge with our credit card company. Also, check-in online is very difficult- as is getting the boarding passes. Finally, we did not BUY and, I think out is spite, you put us 30 seats apart I know this is an economy airline-but we had NONE of these problems with WIZZ airline. 2 people should be able to sit together without paying an extra money. Your extra charges are really ridiculous."

But, we were the only ones targeted for this additional fee (other travelers had much bigger bags, and were not charged the fee). I assume it's because we had US Passports, while the others were local travelers. Warning: you will pay low ticket prices, but they will burn you on added fees. Consider all hidden fees when comparing prices."

Мінуси: "The extortion at the baggage counter. The agent told us our carry on bags would have to be checked and charged us €55 to do it. On the flight, many carried on bags were much larger than ours. Then I watched bag after bag come down the luggage carousel with a "free gate checked" tag on them so apparently we were the only people chosen for the privilege of paying to have our luggage fly with us. Done with this airline."

The person ahead of me and the person behind me in the line had the same size bag and were not charged for their bags. The employee definitely had an anti-american attitude. I never want to fly on this airline again. Boarding and disembarking from the plane was like the great wildebeest migration on the Serengeti. No thank you."
Мінуси: "2 days before our flight we received an e-mail telling us to pay for our bag or we would have an excessive charge. Also, if we didn't print off our boarding pass we would pay a 17 euro fee for each ticket. It's a bit hard to print things while on vacation. This airline is LAME."
Плюси: "Crew was friendly and food service was patient and friendly to domestic and foreign passengers. No frills flight had the smoothest take-off, flight and landing. Passengers applauded after landing!!"

During the flight they made so many announcements and then sold many things constantly from credit cards to food, duty free. Sooooo many announcements, forget about closing your eyes. Seats don't recline either at all! Overall like a herd of cattle forget comfort."

The crew was busy promoting their merchandise - perfumes and make up, and one sturdiest keep talking on the speakers about the wonderful quality of what ever he was selling. It was a terrible flight and we finished with a headache. Besides, we were charged highly for the suitcases, being a party of 4 (parents with 2 kids) with 2 suitcases 25 kg each. shouod have bought another bag for the kids.."

Мінуси: "Our flight over to Catania left an hour late. We had to move from one gate to another. Even after waiting in line patiently, other people tried to move to the front of the line, cutting in front of us. We were told that if you wanted to not check your bags to be sure to get in the front of the line, so we did so, standing for nearly an hour, only to have other people sneak to the front of the line & cut in front of us. I don't know if there is anything you can do in the future to create a "queue" for lines for boarding, probably not, and other than that our experience with Ryan Air was good."
