The agent had to talk to someone in order to even issue the boarding pass and even though the bags were checked in all the way to Pittsburgh boarding passes were not issued. I cannot blame the agent because Luftansa had issued the ticket for this Austrian Airline flight."

Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."

Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

In the gate they suddenly decided the luggage was 1 cm larger then agreed, refused to bring a measurement tape and charged us 50 Euro in addition to send the luggae in the plane rather than hand carry. Need less to say that in the flight to Rome our luggage was approved for hand carry so clearly Rome staff were into making money.. Planes were late to take off and 1 hour late to land (that from a total of a 3 hour flight ) although not announced . In summary ground staff experience was awaful and made us decide to not fly with Ryanair air again"

Мінуси: "They lost my baggage and 12 days later I still have no bag. The whole trip I had no clothes while trying to enjoy my vacation and had to endure the stress of having all of my things lost. When they filled out the missing claim report they had written down the wrong tag number. When contacting ryan air they have been no help and also their aviation services. I cannot even talk to anyone to change the number. I am disgusted at how I am being treated in this whole process and this is the most unacceptable thing I've ever been through."
Плюси: "My experience was terrible from the beginning of it to the end."
Мінуси: "They have the worst customer service. Though we checked in advance and arrived nearly 3 hours prior to our flight, we still struggled to have a smooth flight experience, their communications skills and attitude is unprofessional. They pick and choose who they want to assist with manner & respect. It's my first flight with them & it couldn't have been any worse. Their carry on policy was radiclious! I had the smallest carry on than any one in that flight, but my bag had hard corners & I didn't want to squeeze it into their measurement to avoid damage, but they wouldn't listen or even try to comprehend as I try to explain to them. They seem to upset almost all the passengers on that flight. Their boarding process was very an organized & untimely. Unfortunately I have two other flights booked with them and if I had time and if it wasn't so expensive to book last minute flights, I wouldn't histate to cancel it and fly with different airlines."

Мінуси: "Airplanes are like buses, no enough leg room, the seats don't recline, they are not clean. It is obvious they are lean and have cut operation cost to the minimum. I will not flight if the flight is longer than 2 hours..."

Мінуси: "They let us unboard after a complete boarding for changing an airplane wheel so i ask myself why they did not checked before boarding"
Плюси: "Great special assistance for oldsters like yours truly., On time, even with delay on tarmc. Comfortable reasonable. Sometimes a little over the top on advertising over mic, but no big deal."
Мінуси: "I had to go back and forth between customer service desk and check in and security lines six times in order to board my flight. The people at check in were nice but the process is inefficient. I got handwritten, paper receipts for my payments! Are we in 1978? There was no boarding announcement but the flight left late anyway."
Плюси: "Good for a quick flight somewhere. I wouldn't fly it long distance."
Мінуси: "Landing was a bit bumpy"
Мінуси: "I couldnt check in because the web site wasnt working... So I had to pay the 45 euros per person at the airport."
Мінуси: "Traveling in a group of 7. Only 2 of us received email/text notifications that flight was cancelled (less than 24hrs. Notice). When we called to get answers we were led to an automated recording that did not lead us to a human, but to an online chat. The online chat did not work. We found out through a Google search that Marseilles was on strike. We then cancelled our flights, asked for refund, and switched to Alitalia."
