Airport security at the connecting airport bounced us back and forth a few times before deciding we should enter the transfer terminal and hope someone from LOT was still on duty. LOT put us up in a hotel overnight and booked us on a flighty the next day. The hotel was 1 hour drive, 50miles, from airport. I reached my final destination 13 hours late."

They also had the door open while waiting and the heat and humidity was pretty stifling with everyone already standing up waiting to disembark."

When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

Мінуси: "I hated the way people are processed at Stansted airport..... they seem to have invented several new ways to do things and I felt pretty much like cattle !!! The part inside the airplane were just fine....."

Мінуси: "Boarding was a nightmare. They warn you that you need to check yourself in online at least 2 hours before or they will charge you. We got there three hours in advance, tried to check in online but the the page always redirected you to their wifi which they want you to pay for. The only other way around this was to use the other wifi but that means we would have to do download their app. In the end, we nearly missed my flight because of all this and so we ended up checking in there and being charged £90 or $135. What a ripoff."
