Despite 5 calls to Swiss to reroute me out of Montreal, an airport I could actually get to, they would not relent. I finally just drove there and a really nice agent changed my flight since Logan was closed and all public transport was shut down. Even if my scheduled flight from boston wasn't canceled (I have no idea) they were incredibly unhelpful about the fact that I physically could not get to logan in time for my flight. (Mass DOT was asking everyone to stay off ALL roads). THEN on the way home, they would NOT let me fly back to Montreal where my car was!! WAY TOO RIGID RULES. Screw the customer!"

Мінуси: "I got up to use the bathroom and I was seated in the 10th row. When I was trying to make my way back to my seat, the beverage service had started. They were at the 12th row and after bumping into me, the flight attendant asked me to back up and wait until the beverage service was over to go back to my seat. This was a flight from Frankfurt to Zurich, only about an hour long, and I would have easily spent half of it standing up had I complied with their request. I had to be pushy and ask them to just back up the cart 2 feet so I could get to my seat, which only took them 5 seconds. This was a very rude, illogical, and unreasonable request from the Swiss Air crew."

Then when we got to the airport there were long lines to check in and no machines to self check in. When we finally got to the front of the line the woman said we had to pay for our checked baggage elsewhere and then come back for the boarding passes. Unheard of elsewhere. The people in the office where you pay for checked baggage took their time and chatted and had no sense of urgency. The first woman we spoke to apparently filled out the form incorrectly. We had to rush to get to the plane and we barely made it through long security lines. We almost missed the plane due to the lack of early information and check in, the cumbersome payment process, etc. It was the worst check in process ever."

I just ended up reading my book the entire 9 hour trip."

Swiss air representatives had to do much consultation, which took nearly an hour, while I was standing there the whole time. Traveling is disagreeable in general now, and personally, even moreso after this episode."

I did not fly back with them and at check in the three seats were confirmed on a boarding pass printed at their departure location. Upon checking in on the connecting flight in Vienna, the seat assignment had been completely disregarded and three seats located 10+ aisles apart were given to a family traveling together??????? This makes no sense and must be due to booking through a third party. Unacceptable and not worth the $40 per ticket savings."

Sleep would be possible if there were enough room to rest one's head on the tray in front of the seat. This is impossible if the person in front of one's seat has reclined his or her seat. Thus, sleep is totally impossible on this aircraft. The sinks in the bathrooms also need to be deeper and need to drain more quickly."

Then sent a reminder to claim from insurance company. No Ryanair - we will be claiming full amount from you, and encouraged other travellers to do the same. Utter amateurs and fraudsters."

I guess it's just a cynical ploy to extract more money, like the privileged boarding scam. In Palma, the departure board went from Delayed to Boarding without any announcements. The plane was late arriving and the crew blamed the ground staff. The ground staff were certainly slow coming to the plane at Stansted. I wonder if they are disenchanted with Ryanair too. We will actively avoid Ryanair where possible, and advise others to do so."

Мінуси: "Ryanair boarded the plane only for us to be stuck inside a dirty stinky tunnel with no plane at the end of it. Crying children, moaning kids, no air conditioning, for about 1.5 hours. Ryanair as a company KNEW they'd be delayed, yet they board us into a disgusting tunnel to sit on the floor with no toilets no water nothing. We then board but at this point I was deathly ill and Ryanair didn't take care of us at all with any free refreshments like they should have for being late. Disgusting service. Won't be flying with them ever again this happens way too often."

Announcements from the crew were not understandable, After landing in Stansted, the gate was not ready (due to the ground crew again) and we had to wait 10min before the gate. Luggage took forever."

The flight cost me 140 euros plus an additional 50 euros because I didn't check in online. I never check in. Ever. For any of my domestic or national flights. Never. after reading my itinerary email it did state to check in online but failed to mention there would be a penalty if not done. What's the point of a ticket agent when they can't give me my purchased ticket? I have to pay you to give me my ticket !!! Ridiculous! Than I get to the gate and I don't have a seat number because the computer said "full" . I get into the plane. It's delayed 2 hours. We are sitting there in our seats and a passenger 2 rows behind me starts screaming because a cockroach flew into her hair (flight attendants did nothing did not Do anything to help her as she was frightened she was about 11 years old). The floors were a mess. Food, wrappers and crumbs all over the floor. Might explain the cockroach. The air was blasting colder than any flight I have ever been on and I fly a lot. Horrible. I wish I never flew with them."

Плюси: "Free magazines, easy to bring luggage on board"
Мінуси: "It was so hot, we were sick. They kept trying to sell perfume! We all had headaches!"

Плюси: "They did get me there is one piece..."
Мінуси: "By the time you get what you need, it's cheaper to just book a "real" flight, where you don't get extra bills for every item, such as having to pay over 50+ Euros for luggage and carry-on, not to mention 15 Euros for a boarding card. I understand it makes it cheaper to print it ourselves, but I don't have access to a printer while on vacations. 5 Euros might be understandable, but 15 is abuse. Plain and Simple. My first and last RyanAir experience."

Мінуси: "forgetful staff caused delay in food service and delay in the flight at the departure airport for 50 mins"

Мінуси: "The staff on the ground was incredibly rude and dismissive. They were so offensive and racist toward us that we decided to fly a different airline. I have never been treated like this in my life. I understand Europeans are different but they just assumed my wife and I did not speak Spanish and were saying racist things about us just because we are African American. Maybe they had never seen a black person before? Incredible. When I called them out on it in Spanish (which I DO speak) te girl helping us HID her badge so I could not write down her name!! Then "left to go on break" she was so embarrassed. I will never fly Ryanair again and will relate this story to anyone thinking of flying them."

Плюси: "I felt comfortable even though seats were a bare minimum. Worth the lower price."
Мінуси: "i didn't know that I could have carry-ons if they fit in little airport blue box. This is a key incentive to choose Ryanair over a competitor."

Плюси: "No help. From crew regarding fees for one kilo overage. I will never use this airline again"

Мінуси: "We were unable to print our trips prior to arriving and the check-in counter lady gave us an attitude asking why we didn't. Oh I don't know.. maybe because we don't travel with a printer. Took us over an hour to get to security because of the terrible management of the check in counters at Palma."

Плюси: "The staff & crew on the Ryanair flights I take are kind, caring and very professional. I am a regular flyer Thank you Ryanair Also I need to use OCS in both Palma & Dublin they are super! This makes my traveling so much easier and relaxing."

Плюси: "Ryanair's cabins crews are outstanding. They have been trained very well and they work with customers extremely well. Two planes I have been are booth 727-800 series and both flights were easy and very good. The boarding process was also efficient and they had the plane ready for take off on time and 10 minutes early into Barcelona."
Мінуси: "Ryanair's computer communications is not efficient. I received the same message 4 times and the link never worked. I also signed up for their App, but because I am not an EU citizen, the App does not function. The airline has loaded the plane with the maximum number of seats, so there very little room, particularly leg room. Both my flight were under an hour, so it was not a problem, but a longer flight would be uncomfortable."

Плюси: "Good aspect of flight: was inexpensive."
Мінуси: "This is my first flight on Ryanair. The seats are uncomfortable, stuck straight upright and cannot be reclined. Very jammed together seating. The low cost encourages family flying, so there is much more than the usual amount of howling babies--in particular, one directly behind us who howled like a banshee for about a third of the 2 1/2 hour flight. The charge to check a bag was quite high. I was on Ryanair because we were flying with relatives who already had booked this flight. In future I will avoid Ryanair. I'm willing to pay for a modicum of comfort."

Плюси: "Incredible cheap fare, but watch out, the airline has plenty of hidden tricks to extract you more money."

Мінуси: "At gate they removed our handbags with checked baggage because no space is available inside. But when we boarded more than half of the overhead storage was empty! This was a 45min trip and this attitude costed us another 1h wait time in the airport because we had to move and wait for the bags at the baggage claim area etc... total waste of time"

Плюси: "It left on time and arrived on time. Cheap and cheerful but you get a great service for what you pay!"

Мінуси: "Big unadvertised feea. You end up paying much more in the end & feel like you're trapped in a scam after you bought the tickets. See examples: - to print out your boarding pass at the airport -to check EVEN ONE bag -to get a cup of water - multiple small inconveniences & lack of service on every front, even compared to other stripped down no frills carriers Delays! Cheap seats with an ad for food purchase plastered on the back seat in front of you. Repeated attempts to sell extras - food, drinks, jewelry, perfume up & down aisles by embarrassed flight attendants Bad service & total disrespect for & misunderstanding of their customer and even their own employees. It's unbelievable. Skip this airline!"

Мінуси: "We started boarding and were taken to a hall to wait. Then we were taken on a bus and then we finally boarded. The waiting period was very annoying. They should have started boarding when they were actually ready to board. Also, not enough luggage space for the amount of passengers."
