Secondly, I think that if this airline became the best airline in 2017, staff should care about their passengers’ stuff more than they do, so backpacks or suitcases don't lose parts or get crushed during flights. When I got my backpack back, I thought that someone had used it to play football. My backpack had lost some parts, and some pieces of it were torn!"

DO NOT GET A WINDOW SEAT, WHATEVER YOU DO. It was a 7 hour flight and I was SO MUCH PAIN. Horrific. The flight staff was rude. I will never fly Qatar again under ANY circumstances. I would rather travel months by boat, or even walk for years on end then go through that 7 hour experience. Qatar's cheapness lost them a customer!"

Мінуси: "What they get wrong- Taking the Doha to Manama flight is like riding the commuter bus from New Jersey to New York City in the U.S. You get there, but that's about it. The waiting area is too small for the number of flights and quantities of people processing through. Many passengers were sitting on the floor while awaiting their flights. Not classy. The boarding process is tedious, and, inefficient, with people cutting in line, others trying to re-negotiate seating while getting their boarding cards scanned, and others not allowing room for additional passengers on the bus that takes you out to the plane. They get on, and block the doorway, so that they can be the first off when we get to the plane. It seems like no one is interested in making this quick and easy, so we can leave on time. That's the other thing. How can a local airline, named for its country, not leave on time? We were delayed about 20 minutes, waiting on people. Just leave them behind! Stick to schedule!"

I was instructed to do multiple errands, to get Turkish visa, etc all on my expense to be able to exit the transit as an American citizen and be able to take Turkish airlines bus to the hotel.The hotel was fine and the meals. The problem was that they calculate bus traveling time wrong in the hotel and put people on the bus next day too late, so due to the traffic jam, we barely made it to the airport, and then we had to stress the officials to put us on the fast passport control lane due to boarding time."

I tried for hours to contact Turkish Airlines and their phone was disconnected. I could not reach anyone to try to re-schedule a new flight or to ask if the flight was going to be re-directed. I received no information and ended up having to book a new flight for the next day. After my flight had already left Turkish Airlines posted on their website an alert. I am shocked that it took so long to post any information and I am very upset that I was unable to reach customer service. I will NOT be choosing this airline to fly on again."

Getting to Copenhagen spent an extra 1 and a half in the airport dealing with lost baggage because it seems the 8 hours extra I spent in Frankfurt wasn't enough for them to transfer my bags."

Мінуси: "The seats are the most uncomfortable I've ever sat in. The food from Frankfurt to Denver was subpar. The first 2 hours were very bumpy and unusual for that part of an Europe to USA crossing. The spacing of the middle seats with the support struts having to straddle for 13 hours is too much. I could go on, but you really need to rethink the design and customer service on your long haul flights."

Also, my husband spilled his drink; one of the attendants said he was too busy to help with cleanup. Fortunately, another attendant came over after my husband went to the galley to again ask for assistance."

Мінуси: "Food was pretty atrocious. Before having this flight I tried many times to book a special meal but their website is nearly impossible to use. So on the flight I was given two options of fish or mexican beef. Mexican beef meant slow cooked beef in a salty brown sauce with 2 kidney beans. Yes 2 kidney beans. With potatoes carrots and broccoli. Entertainment was pretty lacking. Not a lot of options. Also it was freezing the entire flight."

Мінуси: "That my Silver Star Alliance status got me nothing with SAS, no early boarding, no ability to select a seat until 24 hours before without paying an extra cost, if you wanted a beer you had to pay, this is a no frills airline now, pay as you go."
Мінуси: "I took this flight to have a short layer over, only 40 minutes. This was a connecting flight departed from Newark and was a connecting flight for many people coming from Thailand. I almost missed this flight due to highly backed up passport control. If SAS was running so many international flights, they should have shifted the layer over, since many people were taking connecting flights for Oslo to Manchester. No food, there should have at least been a snack or at a minimum offered water."

My tickets were cancelled from Athens to IAD."
Плюси: "There was a good choice of movies to watch while in flight. Boarding was quick and easy and all of the crew members were very nice. The woman I was sat next to was very quiet and was very nice and courteous. All in all a pretty good flight"

I was very focused on making sure I had two checked bags paid for online when purchasing the tickets. Lot didn't provide any drink or food, and also they didn't give us any information about our flight, they just ignored us. We were very frustrated, our kids were hungry and thirsty but nobody from LOT company didn't care about it. They even didn't say "sorry " . I will not recommend this airline to my friends or to somebody else, just be careful with this airline."

Мінуси: "They didn't start boarding until 5 minutes before take off and this was just onto the bus that would take us to the airplane. There was no communication why they were running so far behind. Once we landed in Warsaw, we sat on the plane for around 20 minutes waiting for them to bring the bus to pick us up and remove our luggage from underneath. I had a connecting flight I would have missed if it wasn't delayed. They also had the door open while waiting and the heat and humidity was pretty stifling with everyone already standing up waiting to disembark."

We had simply stood in the line we were directed to. Counter clerks not very pleasant compared with other airlines!"
