Turkish Airlines refused to check our luggage to final destination, so we had to go out in Istanbul, take our luggage and do check in for SIA flight to Singapore. The couple in front of us actually took a wet wipe and wiped down there area and ceiling. Also the boarding process was a mess we actually were taken by bus to the aircraft that was at the freight depot and had to climb stairs to get on the 747. I’m not sure how they handle the passengers with mobility issues. First time flying with a European airline and I was told the service was better not on this flight."

Delayed flight arrived at 9:30 AM and we ran from the H gates to the Shuttle terminal to reach the K gate Desperately trying to make our departure time of 9:50 AM. There were no instructions for passengers on the flight trying to make connections regarding the distance between gates or to be prepared to go through customs. Had we known that we would not make the flight in anyway shape or form because our flight out of DC was delayed by 2 1/2 hours, we would not have a rushed to try to make the connecting flight. Ultimately we were rerouted through Frankfurt and arrived in Valencia eight hours later they are intended time"

She sent me off to another window to pay, then I had to come back to this window to get my boarding pass, which had a huge line by that time. It cost me an extra 68.20€ and another 31€ for a checked bag. Definitely NOT the low cost airline they claim to be! The flight may be reasonable but they get you with ridiculous fees. I will never take Ryan Air again- they are crooks! Once they’ve sold you a ticket you are stuck having to pay the fees. It’s cagey business practices."

They saling products in the airplane throughout the flight which in my opinion is really cheap and disturbing ,especially I had a early morning flight. Мінуси: "My biggest complaint was the way they handle random seating. My husband and I were on the same record locator and had the same last name, yet he was in the middle seat in the front of the plane and I was in a middle seat in the back of the plane. What gives?"

Мінуси: "Awful service from Ryanair , first time using them and definitely last time. Told to put my bag in storage underneath but I was travelling with only one bag and was in a rush. Such an inconvenience."
Плюси: "Quick boarding and picking up luggage process at the arrival which is always a surprise and appreciated with a low fare company."
Мінуси: "So many announces through the airbus intercom and all of them were garbage. Who needs perfumes and lottery tickets every 10 minutes? I also got both one way and return in a separate sit from my girlfriend, despite we bought and checked-in the tickets together and way in advance. I suppose this was done on purpose so that people start buying specific sits, but I don't agree with the method. Finally, the plane was really hot as usual (aircon poorly working)."
Плюси: "I found the bright yellow advertising obnoxious. I didn't like the hard core sell of products on board. There were a ton of kids on board and it was loud but that can't be helped."

Плюси: "The flight was on time and the crew members were courteous. The landing was alright and we got where we needed to go. I don't mind checking in online as well. It saves the hassle of standing on long lines to get on the plane."
Мінуси: "The airplane was small so I naturally expected the flight to be cramped to a certain level. It was indeed cramped but not all that bad. However, it was considerably warm inside the plane as if the AC was having issues. The other funny thing was the crew members selling items like it was Walmart. Everything from fragrance to selfie sticks to tablets were being sold on the flight, which was kind of annoying."

Мінуси: "Ryanair requires printed boarding pass. Given that the free online check in is available just a day before departure, getting boarding pass became a headache. Half day of my holiday was spent for looking for the printing Center and staying in the line. Not surprisingly many people were also in line for printing of boarding passes. At first the price seems cheap but when you add up all extras charged the ticket is no longer attractive. Probably I will not fly with them again."

The Priority boarding is very poorly organised . when we were finally let out onto the tarmac there was a mad scramble by the non priority customers to get to the plane although the one lady in charge did control things to a degree I might add that at Gatwick going to Belfast the Priority boarding was a joke. If you are going to make customers queue in the corridor please put a sign up outside to indicate the you dont't have to queue"

Плюси: "Crew was friendly and food service was patient and friendly to domestic and foreign passengers. No frills flight had the smoothest take-off, flight and landing. Passengers applauded after landing!!"
