No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

I know planes get hit by lightning on average of once a year, but it typically does not take 3 to 4 hours to inspect and confirm the safety of the plane's electrical system. But perhaps better safe than sorrry!"

We boarded on time but then we waited for 30 minutes over the departure time, at the gate, inside the plane with no explanation. When finally the captain says 'boarding completed' aaand we wait another 30 minutes without explanation. Finally after one hour from our initial departure time we departed. In total 2 hours waiting in the plane, no water because it took the crew another hour to prepare to serve drinks! Flight was supposed to leave at 16:50, we got water around 19:00. Shame! Food is horrible, service is bad! We landed 2 hours later then we were supposed to. It seems that being late and not give explanations it's something that it's characteristic for polish airlines!"

The only way to see the arrangement of seats was through seatguru.com. The best seats for the Premium Class are 4A, 4B and 4F and 4G, which are the first row in Premium. The rest of them have legs or boxes under the seat in front of you, so there is really now way you can stretch your legs fully under the seat in front of you during the flight. I was able to secure 4G for my return flight from Warsaw, but going to Warsaw from O'Hare I was put into 6B, no proper room for the right leg. They did not let us use the Business Class bathroom, which was much closer. We had to go all the way to the bathroom behind the row 19. Very inconvenient. They allow dogs in the Premium cabin, so if you are allergic to dogs brace yourself. I fly LOT only when I have no other option."

Because LOT upgraded random people before the flight, I would suggest they wait until they board and see who doesn't fit in the tight space and move those people."

Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."

Мінуси: "I didn't check in, in advance as when logging on to the airline I needed a code. I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

Мінуси: "They didn't let me flight. Even that I did the online check in 24 hours before they didn't send me the boarding pass on PDF format via email. Also there were no way to download it from the mobile app or the website. I was in the airport 2 hours before and they didn't want to print it for me even that I showed all the online check in confirmation. They requested that I pay €35 Euro for the airport print. I submitted a complain and hope to get a credit or refund. Confirmation code: L3QZWB"

Мінуси: "Cannot understand management of border control security before boarding. This is done in the corridor on route to gate. Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

Мінуси: "Checkpoint at katowice the wirst ever seen, personnel with very bad atittude wanting personal cosmetics to fit on stupid plastic bag, the rest wanted to scrap or document my bag to pay extra even I already pay for bring it inside cabin, same before boarding I have my computer backpack and already pay 10 eur for large cabin bag and before boarding they wanted for me to checkin baggage because rule is only backpack even I did explain I already paid large cabin, at end I paid 63 Eur total for my luggage I found completly dissapointed and abusing from many passengersbin the same sittuation, also fly have us inside the plane for more than 30minutes without leaving,"

Мінуси: "They wanted to charge me for water in Euros, though the flight left from Istanbul and I only had Turkish lira with me. So we tried credit card, but credit card machine didn't work on any of my three cards. So they kindly brought me a free cup of water after all."

However, we got nonchalantly passed off from one employee to another without having anyone seem really concerned for us."
