I know they de-prioritized the people who booked on Kayak. This was a miserable experience and unless you do something to fix this I will never use Kayak again."

It was like being in a refuge camp."

The price was also very reasonable, unlike United or some other major carriers. It says something about your airline when I decide to fly through Istanbul, coming from Rome, to go back to the US. Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."
