Lufthansa provided vouchers to hotel and shuttle to the hotel (holiday inn express) and back to the airport. We stood out in the cold for 45 mins but the shuttle did not show up. Ended up taking Uber to the hotel only to find out their shuttle service does not start in the morning before 5:30 am. They booked me on a 6 am flight with 5:45 boarding time. The hotel scheduled a taxi to pick me up at 3:30 am to make back to the airport on time. I ended up spending $70 and I’m totally exhausted. I wished I just stayed at the airport. Not to mention the quality of the hotel accommodations is less than average. Very disappointed with how this whole situation was managed."

So I packed the passports on my carryon backpack and just had our 7 boarding passes for our family. Then at the end of the jet bridge right before getting on the aircraft, two people were checking passports again. I had to unpack them from the folder in my backpack. Not a big issue, but the gate agent gave me bad information and should have known we needed boarding passes and passports for boarding."

To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again."

You have to pay now and you can take it up with the airline later." This will be a pain in the neck."

Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."

Мінуси: "on the website i ordered and payed for a meal, and automatically it went to the last and the shortest leg of the flight. it did not ask which leg i was interested in. so i phoned their customer service to get this fixed, they said they cannot fix it and closed the phone on me. on the website is said that from israel you cannot do advance internet checkin, and when i arrived at the checkin they said that i should have done this advanced check in, and since i didn't i need to go to their ticket office and pay a penalty of 35$ per passenger. there also was no warning on the website of any such penalty. i will never fly with them again if i can help it."

A family was charged over 300 euros for their luggage and they stated the same complaint that they were unable to pay for their luggage online. They are actually the most expensive way to travel."

Cabin Staff just wanted to get away as fast as and gave up preventing these degenerate snowflake freeloaders from stuffing their bits and pieces in several storage cabins along the cabin. Of course these people went to all of the lockers in turn and rifled through them as their stuff was spread across several lockers. Luckily my bag, with it’s many padlocks, was completely locked down, and it survived an attempt to open it. My partner was not so lucky, however. Clearly the cabin staff are under pressure to get moving and keep the passengers happy. But it is obvious to m that these ‘later’ passengers are working a scam to steal from other passengers. RyanAir need to make these argumentative over packers, put their stuff in the hold, without question or get off. Off-boarding was also a joke, the priority boarders at the front of the plane that Paid the most, had to get on a bus to the terminal that was the last to move...so forcing a lengthy queue at passport control, it took over an hour to get into the terminal. As the less exoerienced traveller faffled about with their documents, multiple children, and no queueing system. It was chaos on the Spanish side. RyanAir would avoid the delays by having better trained assertive staff, and a little better administration on the ground to ensure that priority boarders get what they paid for. Otherwise I might as well fly SwissAir, or Lufthansa, which are only a 15% price point away. [after seat booking and other RyanAir add on costs.] Passenger===Disappointed [and literally was robbed in flight.]"

When on the plane, I wanted a cup of water and they brought a bottle that cost 5 euros. This airline will nickel and dime you into oblivion."

The monumental number of attempts to get you to buy useless addons. Not to mention that they have now gone one step further and make you pay extra to sit with the person/s you booked your ticket with. If I was travelling with a small child I would be outraged. I along with every other person who can't afford a more expensive airline royally salute you on such a sensational farce."

Generally just an uncomfortable plane, the new design looks nicer but the seats are a lot thinner and it shows Just felt very cheap, the flights weren't even particularly cheap either"

Мінуси: "Boarding process was a nightmare. Treatment of handicapped passengers (my wife included) by the ground crew was disgraceful. Disorganized, curt, accusatory, and simply mean-spirited. Once on board, the flight crew had none of those same behaviors. However, a couple with a baby (sitting in the exit row just behind the cabin separator) wanted to set their baby in the attachable baby basket, which usually mount into the cabin separator. They were told the basket wasn’t on board, then that it was, then again that it wasn’t, and finally that it was a safety violation to have the baby there so they’d have to move seats (there was apparently no 5th oxygen mask for the baby in the center seats in case of emergency). They were forced to move to another row once in flight. The food was comparable to 1990’s food on American or Delta Airlines. Foil-wrapped mush, regardless of the contents. The state of the plane was pretty deplorable. A Boeing 767, it’s gotta be on its last legs. Beige tape held corners of the walls up. TVs at the front of the cabin played a recent film in far too grainy a format for a modern film. The sound was inconsistent and scratchy. All in all, it was panic-inducing, stressful, and poorly managed."

The crew called for an emergency landing in middle of the flight for a medical emergency and no one had an actual emergency and it took over 2 hours to get back in the air. No crew memebwr gave any info about what was going on and we were stuck in our seats the entire time. Would not recommend this airline to anyone."

As if knowing I would not make it. It's odd to me how they found 2 suitcases in piles of them that were supposed to be on the plane already heading to riga and Yet had no time to let me board. Even after all that no compensation, apology or even concern was made after I ran my way through the airport hoping to catch my flight, shaking from exhaustion and in tears. They have the poorest customer service I have ever experienced as they sat there for 15 minutes hearing them yelling at customers and shrugging away their concerns meanwhile ignoring my questions on what to do as they passed our boarding passes around with no answers. The only one I felt more sorry for than us was a pregnant lady with 4 kids they made go through the same situation and an older gentleman they refused to help because he didn't have a way to book online so they told him it wasn't their problem. I have never felt such anger at something I had no control over. $300 taken from my rent money i had put away I had to book a new flight just to be able to get to my final destination."

There are vendors at the airport who "wrap" bags in plastic, and now I understand why! Also there are no escalators or lifts at the Odesa airport, so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs, onto buses, up more stairs, etc."

I wrote a letter to the service provider and I am awaiting a reply. I have been a loyal Kayak customer for several years, and this really came as a shock."
