According to IATA and international rules I am now due a full refund on my flight cost and will start proceedings against Turkish Airlines for this money. It was a nightmare for all the hours waiting. We also had to deplane in IST from the JFK flight on steps rather than into a gate!! Same with the TLV/IST flight. Terrible."

I was trying to get home after a natural disaster struck my hometown and Turkish Airlines actually made that experience even worse. Would never recommend Turkish Airlines to anyone I know whn traveling internationally."

Because there was no power, the A/C was not operational and the cabin grew extremely hot. No water was distributed, and no attempt to communicate the situation with the passengers. The pilot power cycled the aircraft numerous times, which is normal to reset the various systems, but this made many passengers nervous. Finally the issue was resolved and we went on our merry way. In short, all crew-passenger issues could have been resolved with more communication and water. Go forth and sin not again."

I had all the booking doc and every thing they need on my hand and on my phone from the e-mail. but they kept telling me they don't see it in the system and kept me waiting in FCO airport in Italy for an hour and then they told me "now you can't board on this flight. it's departing in 5 min." I asked so what shall I do now did you solve the mystery ? They told me my booking is cancelled and I have to buy another ticket. When I asked why my booking cancelled and who cancelled it. They don't know. My blood pressure was raising. I felt like they were telling me go away we don't want you to flight with us. I wish I had an option to fly with another airline with in the next 3 hrs coz I had to fly with in that period of time. Otherwise all my plans on the other end was about to get messed up. Unfortunately it was only Lufthansa airline flying with in the next 3 hrs. So I was forced to buy another ticket and fly. My original ticket was a round trip from Oslo to room via Frankfurt stop over in Room and then go to Frankfurt stop over in Frankfurt and then back to Oslo. But they make me buy extra $400 ticket and it was non of my fault. I had a terrible expirance flying from Room, Italy (FCO) to Frankfurt they made me buy another ticket. Extra $400. I complained at the Lufthansa headquarter in Frankfurt airport after waiting for two hrs in line , they refunded me only $200.And they charged me €25 for processing the refund. It's ridiculous. The good service and name Lufthansa use to have is now becoming only a history."

Eventho I have marked it on my ticket I need kosher food it wasn't available. It is upsetting. It would be a must at every company, regardless of the service to have name tags for the employees!!! Mostly the flight attendants were kind, but as soon as i asked for something it seemed like they don't want to help or work at all. I understand I have traveled on the economy class but shouldn't make a difference how you treat the travelers. The pillows were dirty!!!!! Not only one, because I have asked for more......most of them! It is disgusting! Something must have been wrong with the headphones because the volume was on max when i tried to watch the move but barely could hear anything. I have flew with Lufthansa most of the time and in the future will chose them. Very disappointing that sooo many little things are interrupting a vacation."
Плюси: "After departing the cluster fk that is O'Hare airport it's such a pleasure to interact with Vienna and Austrian Air. I had 'only' an hour to make the connection, and yet all, that is all, formalities took no more than 10 minutes. I had plenty of time to spare. Waiting area at the gate had plenty of seating and the staff was professional and courteous. We had to gate check bags as the plane was a regional turboprop, but everything went very smoothly."

Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."

They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

They saling products in the airplane throughout the flight which in my opinion is really cheap and disturbing ,especially I had a early morning flight. Overall the experience was bad ,maybe it was just with me ,but again that's my experience."

" so we got up at 4:30 am to get to airport exactly 2 hours before to check in online, but online check-in was closed. then at the counter they told us we had to pay 50 Euros each, extra for not checking in online."

When we complained to the service desk at the airport they offered no help, we actually had to go to airport information to find out how to file a complaint. After awaiting in line, the staff was very rude in telling me that I needed to go to another terminal and pay SkyServ 18,6€ to print a paper boarding pass. Then, they gave me a receipt at SkyServ and I had to stand in line again and deal with rude staff again to pick up my paper boarding pass. The fuel per passenger cost less for the short JMK to ATH flight than the cost of printing my paper boarding pass. Should I start packing a printer in my luggage?"
