The security area is not properly designed for accomodating many people at one time and the officials (actually two cleaning personnel) who did not speak anything but Turkish were manning the entrance. Turkish Airlines refused to check our luggage to final destination, so we had to go out in Istanbul, take our luggage and do check in for SIA flight to Singapore. We were lucky that flight from Odessa arrived in time and we had one hour to do so."

Went to their office at Pearson and they had no clue as well. Two days before the flight they called to tell me my dog can't fly due to unknown reasons and created a MAJOR nightmare. I paid $400 for papers and cage for the dog only. Very very unprofessional and will NEVER fly with Turkish Airlines again!!!"

Мінуси: "I used LOT Airlines for the very first time to travel to Riga, Latvia. The problems started at the LOT check in counter at O'Hare International terminal. I packed my weeks worth of belongings into a 21" carry on bag expressly so I wouldn't have lost baggage issues. The customer service person forced me to check my bag because it was 3 kilograms overweight even though it was the correct size for carry on. As you can probably guess the bag was lost in the transfer in Warsaw, Poland. After filing a lost baggage claim at Riga, Latvia airport I never heard a word of support, communication, or even an apology from customer service at LOT airlines. I called them several times and their tracking system could not locate the bag during the entire week I was in Latvia. Now I am home in the states and have received an email from LOT Airlines stating that my bag is now at the airport in Riga, Latvia and to contact them for shipping and reimbursement for any costs. LOT is a TERRIBLE AIRLINE! Atay Away!"

Мінуси: "Stewardesses pretended I was not there. Seats were minute. My video/movie player did not work (the only one not working on the plane so movies were out). Had people with way too much baggage next to me. Overall flight was terrible, although my flight home with LOT was very good."

Мінуси: "The meal service is a bit inconvenient. First round, they sell food. Second round, they give out complementary drinks (tea, coffee, water, no juice or soft drink). Third round, they give out a complimentary snack. It takes ages (more than half way through the flight) for free snack to come around! I would rather eat my bar before getting my drink. If you could reverse the order I think it would work better. That is, give out the free snack, then the free drink, and then lastly sell drinks and snacks to those still hungry."
Плюси: "The 787 Dreamliner was nice, and the business class seats are roomy. And the ticket was priced right!"
Мінуси: "They lost my luggage in the outbound direction and no-one appeared to care. When I called the number that they provided frequently no-one answered. Even when I finally got through, no-one could provide me ANY information as to the whereabouts of my bag. It finally showed up on the last day of my stay, but it was delivered to another hotel (which I only figured out after about 10 phone calls). Also, they offer perhaps the worst in-flight video selection I have ever seen."

Мінуси: "As an international traveler, I'm not aware of international flight times and rules when traveling. Thus, before my flight on the day, I tried to check-in online which was not available. I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."

I was unable to rebook an alternative flight as they require the vendor, pricline to sort it out and priceline can only communication is email. So maybe in a week they'll sort it out. It is a totally ridiculous and irresponsible situation for these businesses to create. I had to buy a whole new ticket to reach my destination. People at the Pegasus desk at the airport were beyond unhelpful and I've spent hours on the phone while on vacation trying to sort it out."

Плюси: "From clealininess of the planes to the professional and sincere approach of the cabin crew, Pegasus is by far the best budget airline I have ever flown in the world. Their in flight menu prices are much affordable compared to most European airports (water is cheaper on the flight, compared to Berlin airport for example) For these prices, and this quality, they are uncompeted. I really hope they can maintain these cheap prices all the time."
Мінуси: "first of all the prices of drinks are very high and they rip you off since there is no option. but with that i can live. what i cant live with they try to save on gas and till you dont yell they dont turn on the AC and then they try again to lower it and again you have to complain. i hope to never fly with them again and when you say something you get a sour face"

Мінуси: "I've never seen so many young children on a plane. There must have been one child for every one adult. Worst of all, their parents didn't even attempt to make them behave themselves. And the crew just let the kids run up and down the aisles and climb on seats. What ever happened to "please remain seated with your seat belts fastened"? Additionally, when I checked in, I asked for a window seat, the agent nodded, and when I got on the plane I found I was stuck in a middle seat. It was the longest two hours of my life."

Мінуси: "The none sense of explaining why I cant go on the plane ... according to there website I should have 2 stamps from the lebaniese authority on my passport one for going in and one for going out which I gladly provide them with... the responsoable for the check in at Frankfurt Airport and according to him was communicating with "pegasus Airline" in Istanbul by WhatsApp and just kept saying "those can't fly today" the funny thing he was writing in german and refuse to give me there number so I can explain the situation now the main reason why i couldn't go on the plane because I wasn't once in my life in Turkei which makes none sense according to there website I contacted them with Emails and they answered me that I should have the 2 stamps if i want to fly from Instanboul to Beirut which I already have but the haven't notice that i didnt even got ob the plane at the 1st place .... the huge amount of nobe sense, stupidity, the lying that there is no Pegasus airline office ath the airport and the 0 responsibility for there actions can provide you guys with a picture of how they behave with the customers"

In both of my flights between Istanbul and Amsterdam, the airplane was not cleaned off of the previous flight's trash. When I was seated in my first flight to Amsterdam, my tray had a lot of stains of food and drinks. Not a pleasant sight! In my flight back to Istanbul, I had to travel looking at a former passenger's waste, such as a used napkin tissue, stuck to the handle of the seat, and a chocolate package. I also have to say that the sinks of the bathrooms do not drain properly, so you, actually, cannot leave the place clean for the next person. All in all, this company definitely needs to work on the cleanliness of their aircraft. Thank you!"
