Мінуси: "My father and I were seated in biz class but were unable to sleep because of a fan noise directly over our seats in Row 9. We complained to the attendant about it but she was unable to determine the cause. Many hours later, a different crew member identified the noise source and stopped it by simply flipping a switch. This disruptive noise could have easily been avoided but the ignorance of the crew member to whom we complained failed to solve it. By the time the second crew member identified the problem there was not enough time to sleep. This experience was extremely disappointing. We paid extra to fly business class so we could sleep, but this ridiculous crew error fouled our plans. We asked the crew to file a report about it and they did. Look into it. We expect a refund of the extra fare we paid, or else we will never fly Austrian Airlines again. I am an affluent person and I travel internationally 6 times per year. You would be smart not to anger me and lose my business."

They behaved like a low cost company with one answer to any request, and this is the word "NO". It does not seem logical that we ever go with Austrian again. We do deserve a compensation for the delay and the behavior."

The flight crew refused to intercept it and have it brought up to me at the aircraft. To make matters much, much worse, the flight crew eventually gave up and left, leaving me LOCKED inside the jetway for over 30 minutes after calling for a wheelchair. The replentishment crew refused to let me out of the locked jetway. Only after the wheelchair arrived was I let out of the locked jetway. I was taken to the Austrian Airlines service center where I lodged a formal complaint. Supervisor/Rene refused to upgrade my seat in any fashion to compensate for my distress. He did, however, arrange for me to given access to the VIP lounge and then taken to my VIE-SOF gate. Had I had a shorter layover, I would have missed my connecting flight."

Being crammed into a tiny seat with a bunch of strangers is never pleasant. Same in this flight. Nothing terrible, just the usual. Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."

The flight was full and the cost of checked in luggage ensured everyone used their carry on allowance. As a consequence, overhead bins were full. I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable."

BT444, 18:30-19:50... he just stood there watching me struggle up the outside staircase into the plane with my suitcase... scolded me for bringing suitcase on board, argued with me, etc. (I've traveled the world and this suitcase is always brought on board)... he was not service-oriented or helpful. thankfully, other staff did help... but he left a bad taste in my mouth for this airline."

We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

AirBaltic refused to compensate for my looses due to thair fault, castomer service is very poor, they took refusal position right away. Air Baltic planes are very old and no air conditioning, avoid air Baltic."

First they said it was problems in Amsterdam, then problems with the plane, then traffic in Amsterdam. It was hard to tell what was true and what was avoiding penalties (it is possible that equipment issues caused them to lose their spot, and get caught in traffic delays). I hate that they charge 2.5 euros for water on the flight. Their carryon rules only allow us to take the smallest of bags (smaller than other airlines) but when I got on the plane, lots of people had medium sized carryons."

Мінуси: "Check in staff at Riga airport were rude. Check in Maine issued the same boarding pass twice, so one of us had no boarding pass. Security line was insanely long--30+ minutes! On board you pay for everything, even a glass of water. Tiny seats and the person behind me kept pushing on the back of my seat. Very uncomfortable! Will never fly airbaltic again."

Плюси: "It's very inexpensive, especially if you fly with only with a carry-on luggage. On-board service has always been excellent."
Мінуси: "The check-in process is horrible, regardless of the airport you are flying from. It's just the trademark of Air Baltic. I learned my lesson and pay extra to use the priority check in line, as well as boarding. Otherwise you end up staying in a VERY long line. This time I was bumped from the seat that I picked when booking my flight, which was still assigned to me when I checked in online. No explanation or heads-up, I was just handed a paper boarding pass when I checked my bag, and only after I was past security line I realized that I was bumped from row 4 to row 10. I was able to get a seat in row 4 again at the gate, but not the same seat. Also, there was no priority boarding, even though I paid for it. Given this experience I will only fly this airline if I can get away with a carry on, thus avoiding the check in desk altogether."

Плюси: "The equipment used for the trip to latvia. the cs300 was superb and I enjoyed my seat. It was comfortable. The boarding was quick and efficient. spacious and quite lovely. the food was ok . i enjoyed the grilled pork."
Мінуси: "the customer service rep stopped only me, the only black man travelling from riga to russia and was scrutinizing my passport for some long agonizing minutes. My russian visa is in the passport and updated and quite visible to see on the third page of my passport and being from Grenada I am able to travel to latvia visa free for up to 90 days. I stood there whilst others walked past me and went to the aircraft. that sucked. may 09 2017 at around 9 am."

Мінуси: "The flight was fully booked, and the system re-assigned seats for a number of passengers. This created confusion as passengers arrived to their assigned seats to find other passengers in the seats. There also appeared to be a miscommunication between the crew as some crew members said to passengers whose seats were taken they should sit anywhere, whereas other crew members tried to get everyone back in their assigned seats. This was frustrating. Also the overhead bin lockers are very difficult to open"

Плюси: "Things moved along fairly well, especially once I was in Riga. The hour layover stressed me out because I wasn't sure if I'd make it to my connection in time, but the airport was not crowded so I managed to get through passport control fairly quickly and made my flight."
Мінуси: "Flight left a late, which was stressful with an hour layover in Riga where I had to go through passport control. Was very stressed, but made it with ten minutes to spare before my connection boarded because the airport happened to be not crowded."

Мінуси: "Mediocre crew Pricing policy makes you feel like a fool. Ex : if you book not directly from their website, you won't receive a email asking to check online and will end up paying a 30e fee at the counter."

Мінуси: "The whole priority thing is a total joke and just another way to f*** the passengers over why don’t they just give us a price without all this bloody nonsense of baggage"

Плюси: "Crew were good considering the difficult situation they found themselves in"
Мінуси: "Once everyone had boarded we were told we would be on the tarmac for 2 hours before we leave. While we sat there we were told they could not serve us anything while on the ground...even water! When we finally were airborne the crew were overwhelmed with customer orders and not all people got served"

Плюси: "The crew was taking care of us and understood our disappointment although they don’t have any responsibility about it"
Мінуси: "The company delays those flights every time between 2 to 5 hours and I’m getting really annoyed about it. I’m thinking to use another company for my next trip"

Мінуси: "Plane left an hour after scheduled time. Amenities were mediocre but that's what you expect with Ryanair. Didn't even get water."

Плюси: "I was pleased with the RyanAir staff at the Dublin airport and on the flight. Easy booking process and many options to help make traveling a bit easier"
Мінуси: "I have an American passport and did not realize I needed to get a visa stamp before boarding the plane. While I do realize now that it is mentioned on my boarding pass, there was no other mention of it along the way from arriving at the airport, checking my bag (I used self check), going throigh security, or anywhere else in the RyanAir terminal. Perhaps this could be made more clear for travelers who have never experienced this before."

Мінуси: "To be charged $20 at the ticket counter for a printed boarding pass is offensive. Despite having already checked in online, Ryannair apparently thinks I should have spent my holiday hunting down a print shop as not to incur their "get a printed boarding pass from an unpleasant ticket counter employee" fee. No boarding pass kiosks and unclear why they would not provide a digital one upon online check-in. Or rather it became clear as I handed over my debit card. Seats are intentionally designated apart from your travel companions so you'll pay more to have them switched to sit next your friend. Cabin is extra cramped. Ryannair is all-around terrible by budget airline standards."

Плюси: "Nothing even though the advertised price was cheap by the time we added on all the other charges we could have flown with a more reputable airlines and it was not a deal by no means."

Abrupt staff at check in and on board staff also had attitude.Seats where dirty .We stood outside to wait to board when the plane was not even there and lucky it was not raining as we would all have being soaked. I don't know why we had to stand outside in the cold when the plane was not ready."

Плюси: "Deboarding and never having to fly Ryanair again."
Мінуси: "Our inbound flight was cancelled. The outbound check-in agents we're rude. Forced to print our tix before arrival we "failed to read the fine print" that we were supposed to undergo a "visa check" before the gate. Whatever the heck that's about. First time requirement and totally obtuse. Gate agents did their best to humiliate. No inflight free services. Just be glad you aren't made to pay to pee (yet)."

Плюси: "We arrived about 20min earlier than expected. Our bags were checked in for free and we got them on time and without issues at the baggage belt on arrival. Snacks and drinks are not free but available for purchase. There isn't any kind of on-board entertainment. We sat in the last row and we have plenty of leg room - surprisingly."

Плюси: "They didn't make me check my bag on the first flight but did on the second. It cost me 50 Euro, which is more than I paid for the flight. Overall, good airline if you pack light."

Мінуси: "Drunken rowdies from Ireland going to Amsterdam took over the cabin with obnoxious, vulgar behavior...fueled by the cabin staff selling the drunken crowd even more alcohol! One poor passenger had a seizure on the way to the runway and was subjected to their reticule! They should have been removed!"

Мінуси: "Hidden baggage fees and fees if you don't print out your boarding pass. Fewer Ryanair staff working the desk meant that the check-in line was monstrous. They don't automate, so they had to walk us down the hall to another office to check whether we had paid in advance for our baggage."

Мінуси: "The airlines does nickle and dime you on other fees. I find it annoying that you need to print your boarding pass at home (or incur a fee) and still stand in line at the desk to check your boarding pass. We found it worth the extra fee for priority boarding. It improves the experience."

Also they close the gate 30 minutes before and it takes 30 minotes to get to the gate Very difficult process so fate was closed and I had to pay 60 eu for luggage which was never clear anywhere and I had to check-in 3 hours before you have to check in before u can print the boarding pass so I was looking for a boarding pass but could t get it since I didn't know I had to check In???????? Mo5hi g explained anywhere!"

Мінуси: "One of the attendants was very rude to my group leaving Ireland. We had previously checked in to our flight but didn't have our boarding passes printed. Instead giving us direction, she sent us away to figure out how to get our boarding passes in an airport we had been in."

Мінуси: "We waited for an hour on the tarmac. It's critical that if other passengers aren't on time we close the doors and go so we leave on states time. Otherwise we miss it as we did and had to wait an hour. I realise my flight was cheap however timings are global whether no frills or not!"

Плюси: "The crew on the actual flight was nice. Also, a kind and patient Ryanair employee helped us with check-in after our awful experience with their customer service desk."
Мінуси: "The customer service representative at the Dublin airport for Ryanair was extremely rude and was annoyed from the moment we stepped up to the desk. Yes, Ryanair is a budget airline but it costs $0 to be nice and helpful especially if you are working in customer service."

We saw a number of people with bags as large as ours carry on and even the baggage attendants outside the plane were surprised. Wong fly Ryanair again due to one stubborn employee at the gate"

Мінуси: "Had two bags to check. Paid for two bags in advance. Didn't know there was a total weight allowance across two bags. First bag ate up most of total weight allowance which forced me to pay for the overage on the second bag of €70. I thought I could bump up my second bag to the higher weight class when checking in instead of having to pay the overage charge that was three times as much. Found out during boarding they were checking bags for free...should have done carry on and avoided the extra costs."

Мінуси: "over head was so small could not get bag in that was perfectly fine on other flights. And it is the only airline that we had to go to verify passport . All other did it while we were in line."

Плюси: "Extremely efficient self service bag drop. Not as harsh as last time I flew with them many years ago. Was reluctant to fly them again but decided to give them another try since price was much better than others. Was pleasantly surprised."
