Мінуси: "Our flight from Kathmandu was delayed so we missed our connecting flight to Vienna. We don't know why it took so long to organize the hotel. Turkish Airlines was ready with new boarding passes but we waited two hours at the hotel desk to get a bus to the hotel where we again had to wait till they gave each passenger a room. If they organized the boarding passes ahead of time, why not the hotel? So we were quite exhausted. The plane was again delayed leaving Istanbul. Movies on flight not what they used to be."

Мінуси: "Due to the laptop ban, the boarding and un-boarding process was brutal. We had to stand in line for an hour and a half just to hand over our laptops, where for some reason they decided to have only 2 people handling the process which created a huge line. The flight was 1:30 late and as we landed, there was no method to the delivery of the laptops to people. I had to wait almost 2 hours to get my laptop. Again, they only had 2-3 people handling the distribution of the laptops. I understand the security issue, but this issue was known for weeks now and there is no reason not to have enough people on the ground to take care of the boarding and distribution of electronic devices to at least make this an easier experience. There is no excuse for such poor preparation and service."

In flight service was good but seemed to be a bit slow as there was only one flight attendant serving half the economy cabin. They used to do a second drink service on this flight which was really nice before. Food was ok but TK has had better food on my other flights. The meatballs aren't as good as some of their more flavourful suppers."

"Ridiculous unnecessary "extra security" checks at the gate before boarding. With mostly everyone vaccinated and everyone tested, requirement to keep the face covering on between taking the bites seemed a little excessive. Seat assignment - flying with my daughter were assigned seats at opposite sides of the plane, when asked for change was told that there were no 2 seats available together which proved to be not true when after boarding was complete."

Мінуси: "The flight 2nd flight from Frankfurt to Boston was significantly delayed for a variety of issues, and ( though not really within Lufthansa’s control) the security at Frankfurt was easily the most disorganized & poorly run situation I’ve ever encountered. There was almost constant interruption for announcements at the outset, with information that wasn’t necessary & actually made waiting for an extra hr + more frustrating. I give the crew/staff credit for doing their jobs well enough that it still managed to be a decent flight in the end."

Hopefully it gets delivered soon but it will be difficult bc my air bnb has no buzzer"

Мінуси: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Thousands of dollars for business class, and you want another 13 Euro for wifi? Not bloody likely. I usually fly SAS business class, and based on this experience with Lufthansa, I will go straight back to SAS. They offer better service, better menu choices, and first class seating for the same price. Easy decision."

Honestly, I didn’t expect this from Lufthansa and am very disappointed."

Плюси: "First Time on Lufthansa and came away extremely impressed. I'm a million miler on Delta so I know a little about flying a mainline carrier. Lufthansa blew me away with the level of service and friendliness. It was a short (90 minute) flight but they still offered a free breakfast sandwich along with the beverages. Flight Attendants can switch from German to English without hesitation and were very professional. Look forward to flying with them again."

One bag eventually arrived - took 3 hours second bag did not arrive and apparently did not get transferred in Frankfurt Told they would deliver bag - next day and would text and call - called at 4am !!! I just had come off 20hrs of travel. Phone on mute. No e mail. Now they say will deliver this evening - but no time slot so another wasted vacation day waiting for them to get their act together. Why can't they call/text me with a 30 minute window."

Мінуси: "The seats are very uncomfortable on Austrian air. The only way I would fly them again would be if I had extra money for the exit rows with more leg room. Food isn't great, but no airline food is really great. Boarding was significantly delayed from what it said on the boarding pass, with no updates. But we arrived on time. Getting luggage after flight at Dulles took a really long time, but I think that is more of an airport issue as getting my luggage from another Austrian airlines flight to another airport was a breeze."

The flight attendants were so happy and upbeat, it lifted your mood as well! I believe that we left a few minutes early, as boarding was completed early. And thefood? Mind-blowing for airplane food. Then when I did travel, it turned out I didn't have the right for a piece luggage (again "small print"). I paid for the extra piece and I was double-charged (same amount withdrawn twice). Now I have opened a complained with Austrian and they haven't responded so far."

Плюси: "This isn't really the flight, but see below for lack of personnel at Vienna airport to help locate gates after our flight arrived very delayed. I was running with a cane, and getting very upset when an airport employee with a cart asked if he could help. He took me to the gate I thought was for my flight, but it was for a DIFFERENT flight to Zurich. He calmed me down and drove me to the correct gate, talking the agent there to make sure it was the right one before he left me there. I wish I had time to get his name because he was very kind and helpful and I don't know what I would have done without him - wouldn't have made the flight, that's for sure. Мінуси: "Our flight was delayed almost one hour. Even though I had only one hour between flights, I was told (in Split) that all flights would be delayed, so no worries. On the plane, they gave information for some flights; for the rest of us they just said, go to your gate (for connecting flight) as quickly as possible. Flight landed at 5:05pm. When I walked out of plane (I was using a cane; recovering from broken ankle so have some trouble walking distances), there was no board with flight info, just immigration. Finally I saw a flight board, and had 10-15 minutes walk still. Also, signage wasn't great. I called after an Austrian Airline flight attendant who was also leaving, but she never heard me. Finally I found the right direction, still had security to go through. I was running with the cane (not good for my ankle). Essentially there was no help. Until a man driiving one of those carts helped me - I write about him above in what I liked about the flight."

Interestingly enough it compares well to the non-existing system for lining up at Skilifts in Austria: Use force to squeeze everybody around you or cheat your way in sidewise. Not exactly my cup of tea."

Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my credit cart company."

Мінуси: "The flight was delayed an hour, which is fine, but no information was given to why and we started boarding at the updated takeoff time. The process of getting zones lined up and on the plane was a mess. They didn't communicate clearly about zones so every passenger got up and in line, lines weren't directed well, and people kept getting chastized for not knowing what was going on. Once we boarded the plane, we sat for an hour with no reasoning why we waited. When you already have a 9 hour flight, less time stuck in your seat is best. It was hard to understand the pilot when he spoke in English to know why we had delays and any updates while on the plane."

Then i proceeded to go to baggage claim where my bag never showed up and when I finally saw that it wasn't showing up I sprinted to my next flight and got to the door 15 seconds after it closed. Then i had to spend the night in NYC and was unable to go to buffalo unitl the morning after having spent already the whole day in the airport since my first flight didn't take off until about 5 hours after it was scheduled. And now I still do not have my bag, and jet blue says they never got it from LOT airlines"

Мінуси: "There are no queues. A free for all to load and unload the plane. If you are looking for Swiss order, look elsewhere. Nothing is free, not water (1.5 euro) or any other beverages or anything else. We paid double what the flight should cost to not even be offered water. The seats were lightly padded to maximize seats. There was a small amount of leg room but some. No power outlets, wifi or media. The worst aspect is I bought a flight on Baltic Air from Tallinn to Riga and had the price from Riga to Paris on the next tab on kayak. I bought the ticket from Tallin to Riga then flipped to buy Riga to Paris only to learn it was a bait price. The price was actually $200 more. Baltic would not refund the first flight (within minutes) so we were stuck to either walk away from our 2 tickets to Riga or pay the bait and switch rate. We begrudgingly paid 400 (200 each) euro MORE than the initial price shown so we could fly out of Riga back to Paris (to be back in Paris by Jan 7). A non alcoholic beverage, a small snack, and power access would be helpful. Ground crew helping with order would be helpful. I was shoved and run over trying to get onto and off the plane. It is the wild west of flying except the plane is new...oh, and it is 30 euro if you do not check in online ahead. But you will still need to stand in line to check a bag (where they can issue you a boarding pass)."

I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable."

Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."

It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"

Мінуси: "In Stockholm they denied my boarding to Riga and Moscow as they told me that I need Shengen visa. When I was buying ticket I wasn't informed that I need to have Visa. I always travel through Europe with layovers and never have this issue before. I had to buy another ticket straight to Moscow and wait in the airport for 8 hours. I ask to reimburse me half of the price of this ticket."

I learned my lesson and pay extra to use the priority check in line, as well as boarding. Otherwise you end up staying in a VERY long line. This time I was bumped from the seat that I picked when booking my flight, which was still assigned to me when I checked in online. No explanation or heads-up, I was just handed a paper boarding pass when I checked my bag, and only after I was past security line I realized that I was bumped from row 4 to row 10. I was able to get a seat in row 4 again at the gate, but not the same seat. Also, there was no priority boarding, even though I paid for it. Given this experience I will only fly this airline if I can get away with a carry on, thus avoiding the check in desk altogether."

Мінуси: "the customer service rep stopped only me, the only black man travelling from riga to russia and was scrutinizing my passport for some long agonizing minutes. My russian visa is in the passport and updated and quite visible to see on the third page of my passport and being from Grenada I am able to travel to latvia visa free for up to 90 days. I stood there whilst others walked past me and went to the aircraft. that sucked. may 09 2017 at around 9 am."

This created confusion as passengers arrived to their assigned seats to find other passengers in the seats. There also appeared to be a miscommunication between the crew as some crew members said to passengers whose seats were taken they should sit anywhere, whereas other crew members tried to get everyone back in their assigned seats. This was frustrating. Also the overhead bin lockers are very difficult to open"

Мінуси: "For people who have Airbaltic as a connecting flight this might be very inconvenient. We paid 40 Eur/person each way for our luggage . That brings the price that you pay so much higher than you expect at first. Also if you don't print boarding pass ahead of time which we didn't (plus still needed to drop off checked luggage and check our passports) they want to charge you 30 Eur a person to print that drinking piece of paper. If you don't want to pay that get out of the line with all of you luggage, go to kiosk and print it, then come back to the line. But that's companies rules , employees just have to follow it. Another problem was their attitude. The guy who got our luggage was so weird. Showing off and talking to us like a boss. After giving us boarding passes he said we can go to the screen and look up the gate ourselves. I never write long reviews but man! they got me mad that day. Never say never - but I don't want to fly with this airline again"

I decided to get to the counter and the person charged me US$ 35 euros only for checking me in (even though their app had problems to check in). They charged me in total US$ 100 for checking in and checking my luggage. The service was terrible, especially from the person at the counter. In addition to all that, my luggage did not arrive to the final destination and was lost for an entire week. Every time I called the airline, they were charging me per minute even though they were the ones who lost my suitcase."

Мінуси: "After barely making too tight a connection, all food and beverage needed Euros or European credit card. My Visa wouldn't work. Finally after I broke down (blood sugar way too high) the stewardess gave me a glass of water. Never will I use the money grubbing airline again"
