When we knew flights from Frankfurt to München ran daily. Very disappointed. Byron becker we flew from Florida Orlando fo Munich Germany and paid a high price for traveling. Also we were bumped three times fro, Frankfurt to. Much each time on standby. Very disappointed. Sorry but this is the truth."

Мінуси: "The price of the flight. I normally am able to secure a return flight for about 100 euros. This time I got a quote for 300 plus for a return flight. Going through an affiliated site helped me to get a slight reduction on the flight. I find it odd that on a Thursday or a Tuesday the cost can be 12.99 pound either way and yet on a weekend this goes up to a silly amount. The flight is still the same. I am still going to the same place. Having to book three months in advance to avail of a cheaper ticket is of no use to me. The girl checking us in on the outward journey had her back to us the entire time when making an announcement for boarding. She looked like she was sucking sour sweets. No friendliness about her at all. Passengers using overhead spaces different to where they are sitting. That's really irritating."

They left the entire group of people alone in the gate and did not return until the flight had landed. Everyone was sitting on the floor, clueless. We did not know where the plane was or when it would come. I also paid extra for priority boarding to ensure that my bag would have space in the overhead compartment so I would not have to store it under my seat. However when the remainder of the passengers boarded the aircraft, they took my bag out from the overhead compartment to put another passengers bags where mine were. They had me put my bags underneath my seat. This would not be a big deal but I am an above average tall person, so it forced me to be quite uncomfortable for the entire flight. When I tried to tell the flight attendant that I paid for priority, she ignored me and walked away. 2/10 would not use airline again. I would rather pay the extra to be treated better."

The attendant had my friend and I make sure our baggage fit into their container, along with others. An Italian man who's bag was clearly wider, was let through free of charge. They asked my friend if she was Italian and when she responded in English they said she needed to pay the 55 Euro fee. The only other people who paid besides my friend and I was a family of four from England even though it was clear that other larger bags were let in. Save your frustrations and pay extra for a more professional flight!"

I saw the gate check in employee being short to guests as well. the company culture feels negative in my one experience. To compare with another regional carrier who seemed to have it together, Olympus, the Ryanair staff didn't appear to like their jobs. Also, Ryanair charges for seat assignments even when you don't have a preference. And the checked luggage size restriction is the smallest I've ever seen. I pack light but the bag I would have needed to have a free checked bag is tiny. Again, my money will go to Olypus Air the next time I'm in this region."

My first and last RyanAir experience."

We were required to surrender a bag at boarding because cabin baggage was overbooked, but most people took theirs on anyway. While we followed the rules, we paid the penalty of having to wait for the bag to be retrieved. It cost nothing but time, fortunately. But the bag surrender before the flight was not convenient or easy to monitor. Also agree with the other reviewer that online checkin is required to avoid a fee. And the requirement for non-EU persons to have a PRINTED boarding pass was a pain. Luckily, our hotel agreed to do this for us, but many travelers don't have the option."

Myself and two friends on the same flight arrived at the airport very early because we were warned we needed extra time for customs. Little did we know that the extra time we needed was to make sure we didn't miss our flight due to the incompetence of the Ryan air staff checking baggage. But actually even before that, you need to be aware that you'll pay another $15 if you are in the same situation we were in and are unable to print your boarding pass. When we arrived to check baggage their automated system was not working. This appeared related to payment however there didn't appear to be anyone in the long line able to do this. We were subsequently sent back and forth about six different places in order to Just check our one piece of luggage each. One of my friends was directed to a separate line at one point and the agent started yelling at us while we were in line. There was only one poor woman who knew what she was doing having to handle several of us who were angry (not just us), as well as a long line of passengers trying to also check their bags. As I said I would not fly Ryan Air again if you paid me! In the long run you pay more between their "extras" and the aggravation."
