Gate crews, ticket counter personnel, flight crews are pretty rude and simply refuse to answer direct questions if they dont want to. Seem genuinely displeased if they have to bother speaking any language but their own to communicate with international passengers. Customer Service i believe is merely a joke to the entire company. If i was a religious person i would pray no one ever has to use their feedback system or try to communicate with their customer service group by phone. Thats what i get for being American i guess, just higher hygiene standards and expectations on service for the price paid."

Also, when your business class is empty there is no need to draw the curtains, unless you have something to hide. Your personnel was not in the mood to work today."

Мінуси: "The middle seat that I got. The first 30min the plane was super hot plus it was very hot outside. When I boarded the plane, I asked if there were any exit row seats open. I was told no. I sat down 5 rows or so behind the exit. 15 min later the attendant started moving children from the exit rows to different seats. I raised my hand to be placed in the exit row but was ignored. The flight attendants were slow and rude. I asked for two white wines with my food, and was looked at with disgust. I was told that I can have one, and when I finished it, I could have the second one. I said ok. Well 30 MINUTES later I touch the attendant button and no one came. Finally after 5 min someone came to take my order. She quickly came back and said they were out of wine. This was a very disappointing flight."

They had delicious olives and cheese on most meals, and the hot food had great use of tomatoes and umami to add taste to the meals. It has been a great experience traveling on Turkish Airlines, and I would suggest it for everyone."

Мінуси: "I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

This was a total waste of money as there was only one Peterson dealing with fast track and long queues, this meant that ordinary queue was dealt with faster."

All infos are in Turkish, it should be easier to change language from the main page. Water on board 2 and Coffee 3 euros. At the end, the price ended as expensive as a direct flight and good service from any airline."
