I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

It’s paper with a bar code on it! And we had an issue checking in online. You’re supposed to check in with RyanAir 2 hrs before the plane leaves and we were 4 mins late by the time we waited in line and got to the agent. Nope, still had to pay for paper. Not to mention we had paid extra for priority check in at book. Sure felt like just a cash machine for them. Charge for water too. Awful awful company. I will never fly with them again."

Going through an affiliated site helped me to get a slight reduction on the flight. I find it odd that on a Thursday or a Tuesday the cost can be 12.99 pound either way and yet on a weekend this goes up to a silly amount. The flight is still the same. I am still going to the same place. Having to book three months in advance to avail of a cheaper ticket is of no use to me. The girl checking us in on the outward journey had her back to us the entire time when making an announcement for boarding. She looked like she was sucking sour sweets. No friendliness about her at all. Passengers using overhead spaces different to where they are sitting. That's really irritating."

Ryanair as a company KNEW they'd be delayed, yet they board us into a disgusting tunnel to sit on the floor with no toilets no water nothing. We then board but at this point I was deathly ill and Ryanair didn't take care of us at all with any free refreshments like they should have for being late. Disgusting service. Won't be flying with them ever again this happens way too often."

A free cup of coffee or bottle of water would have been a nice effort from Ryanair to make up for how far behind schedule they were running. Then the staff spent the entire flight flogging merchandise - drinks, terrible food (even by airline standards), even lottery tickets! Real airlines like Lufthansa and KLM only seem marginally more expensive for travel in Europe, and make air travel infinitely more enjoyable."

This is a very discriminating practice against those who can not afford to be on the internet. It should not be allowed and our money should be refunded. Shame on Ryan Air to have such a discriminating program. Cost for a one way trip from London Stansted to Dublin, Ireland for two, 45.72 for tickets, 58.32 for luggage, 90 pound fee for not using the internet, total 194.04 pounds. Cheap is relative?"
