I think it would be great if Istanbul airways cooperated with the Yotel so transit passengers could stay in the airport. There are lots of open source options and I can help you, if it gets confusing. Or, alternatively, allow users to type their city with a keyboard. Scrolling through every city in the state of California is not easier than typing Los Angeles. Especially when arriving at Los Gatos and thinking “wait... did I miss it?” That’s not the only thing wrong with your website, but start here. Look Turkish airlines is wonderful, I’m just saying that it was hell actually buying a ticket and signing up for your rewards program."

A passenger had to go and get them from the back. Perhaps due to this being a 13 hour flight, this is not a normal situation for them, but to go three hours at a time without taking a stroll through the cabin seems unprofessional. Otherwise this airline really does amazing service! I did not realize that such airline service still existed. American ones should pay attention!"

The boarding process was also terrible. The boarding area was stifling hot, crowded, and disorganized. They could have done a much better job of that."

You have to pay now and you can take it up with the airline later." This will be a pain in the neck."

Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."

It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"

Asking us to sit down for them to see if the engine is working okay. They asked a member of the public who was sat by the wing to keep an ear out for any funny noises. We stayed on the runway for an hour and a half after it was already delayed. Once we set off in fear that the engine might fail again Ryanair didn't even off us a free glass of water to show appreciation for peoples tolerance. It honestly isn't worth the money you save."

Ryanair gets your initial business with artificially low rates and then nickle-and-dimes you until you pay at least as much as you would by just going with an honest carrier that charges normal prices up front. I am tired of being messed about when there are equivalently priced carriers that aren't such shysters."

However, my carry-on is TSA approved, it has a lot of pockets so it may appear to be a bit bigger but I don't overstuff and I've had no issue getting my bag into the overhead bin. Granted, the officer was kind when she said it, but I also measured my bag and weighed it before my flight and I shouldn't feel there should be an issue with my bag. On my return flight I had souvenirs in my bag (meaning more in my SAME bag) and no one said a word about my carry-on."

We were expecting to show our passport and collect our luggage from the carrousel but didn't realise until after we went through the glass doors and had to wait over 40 mins for it to be brought to us. What was so astonishing- we were told we weren't the only ones this happened to. It would be very useful if cabin crew made the passengers aware of this to avoid it happening time after time with others/flights"

The check-in area at Dublin as poor signage as I needed to get my booking pass stamped & passports checked The seats didn't recline & because I am not tall the head rest curve pushes my head forward (on most planes) have gap behind neck so very uncomfortable only helped by reclining seat. Boarding messy as no seat order called hence isles blocked, most planes load back seats first keeping isles free, this plane had back & front stair gangways but weren't told."

They charged us $20 each to print our boarding passes at the airport (it wasn't enough to have them on our phones)! They make you pay to check a bag and you have to arrange it ahead of time (cannot ask to do it at the airport). They made a big fuss about the sizes of our bags and threatened to charge up to $55 per bag if they needed to check them at the gate! They have tiny compartments at the gate but our bags fit without any issues on the plane itself."

Thank goodness it occurred to me to do the online check-in (which, by the way, did not work from my phone; I had to ask the hotel lobby to lend me a computer) because they charge you a fee if you do not arrive with a printed boarding pass. They also weigh your hand luggage and if it is over 7kg (which is nothing!) they force you to pay 70 euro to check it in. We had to pay 140 euro for our 2 check-in bags anyway, because apparently the tickets we bought did not include check-in luggage. Mind you, when I booked our flight nowhere did it indicate I would need to pay for luggage, and when I did the online check-in it also did not state I should or could pay for luggage. Other passengers said that their flight to Lviv included their checked bags, but they got charged for the luggage when flying back out of Lviv. One young man who was already ready to board was told to go back out to check in his hand luggage because it was too heavy (although he had already been allowed through to security with his hand luggage)... and the “scientific” method for showing it was too heavy was the man at the gate simply lifting it and deciding it was past the limit. The lady at the info counter, when we had to pay for our luggage, was extremely rude; in my husband’s words, she was “uniquiley unqualified for a position involving customer service”. So... the ticket itself from Lviv to Kraków might have been affordable, but the airline finds creative ways to make you pay through your nose. We would have actually saved money (and stress) by booking a direct flight with a different airline (or taking the train!). Hopefully UIA will ”get with the times” and become more transparent about their charges, as well as find more qualified customer service representatives. Ukraine is a lovely country and many of the people coming through are seasoned travelers. If the airline continues to make it difficult for flyers, many may choose not to return. This was a short flight, but not even drinks were served."

Мінуси: "Overall I am disappoint with Ukraine Airlines. I will give you several reasons. First of all I'm a frequent traveller of Ukraine Airlines because I had a business in Ukraine. I have use your Airlines more than 10 times. I fly internationally frequently and I also use several other International Airlines. Compared to the Airlines I would rank Ukraine Airlines at the bottom. 1) I have never been on one Ukraine airlines that has the ability for a passenger to charge a cellphone or any other electronic device in the seating area oh the plane. Ukraine Airlines might be the only International Airline that does not have this. How can you not have this option for passengers in 2018 when you know people are using laptops and cell phones more than ever? This is unacceptable. 2) there are no television options on the headrest for passengers. Again, I do not know of any other International Airline that is not allow each passenger the ability to watch movies in front of their seats. The movie option for Ukraine Airlines is extremely outdated. 3) when taking the international flight from New York to Kiev, the food option is not good. It is only one Hot meal served. To give passengers a cold sandwich as a first option on an 8hr international flight is acceptable. It appears to me that Ukraine Airlines is 10 or 15 years outdated. I travel to Ukraine often and I do as much as I can to avoid your airline. Also whenever I'm talking to passengers in other airports and even passengers boarding Airlines we all talk the same about your airline. Most people are disappointed with your Airlines but have to use it because scheduling etc."

Мінуси: "What wasn't there to like? First, they delayed the flight 3-4 times, ultimately it was delayed overnight & for 16+ hours. The manner in which we were treated was not befitting a professional organization (we landed in Kiev around 7:30 or 8 PM - we weren't given information regarding our delay or a hotel until well past midnight). Second, the plane from Ukraine to Bangkok was the oldest, dirtiest, most decrepit plane I've ever seen, and I've done quite a bit of flying in the past few years. Also, the leg space was nonexistent - it's unacceptable to have such little leg space on an almost 10 hour flight. Also, the food was quite poor but it was airplane food so I had no expectations there."

Some passengers ordered hot salmon, this made me nauseous during flight. My meal included a fruit dish, slice of tomato, 2 slices of deli beef roast, bun, butter, jam, and coffee pudding dessert and 10 minutes into meal received hot cheese sweet cake with syrup. The combination of food was not appealing."

Мінуси: "the company demanded 20$ extra for changing seats, they also put a sign on the emergency seats that its extra comfort therefore extra payment, while when flying from tel aviv none of that happened. ive never seen a sign like that on the emergency seats, as far as im concerned its extra responsibility, not extra payment. why should we pay for it?? the flight, especially the take off and the landing where extremely shaky, its was completely scary."
