They sent us from one end of the airport to the other and made us wait in 4 different lines before sending us to the next one. Our baggage arrived opened and taped closed and had been rifled through. My 90 year old mother almost collapsed because wheelchairs in LAX and in Istanbul never arrived."

Мінуси: "As our first flight got delayed, me and 28 other pallengers flying to israel told the airline agents that we would miss our connection flightfrom turkey to israel. The supervisor assured us that we have nothing to worry about, as the second plane would wait as we are many passengers.however when we landed in turkey the connection flight had already left without us. When trying to speak to turkish airline representatives about getting a new flight, they were super UNhelpful, we waited in very long lines and were required so go to a few different parts of the airport to get a new ticket, a process that was not friendly at all and very frustrating. After about 2 hours of waiting on lines, i got a flight that required me to wait 7 hours in the airport and measley voucher for a very small fast food meal. When i asked to be admitted to the lounge (as i waited 7 hours in the airport due to the airlines mistake), they did not agree to grant me access. When i asked to at least get the wifi code from the lounge so i can tell my familly that i am stuck on turkey, this was also rejected. While waiting in the airport, i spoke to many other people on other flights who had been stuck in the airport under very simillar circumstances, some even worse than mine. I also have many friends who have experiences simillar experiences with turkish airlines. If you are looking for a reliable flight, that will get you to your destination on time and will help you out when a problem occurs, Turkish airlines is deffinetelly NOT the flight for you. I personally will never fly with them again after the way i was treated."

Мінуси: "The checkin and "Automated" Baggage Check were a disaster. It took us a full 2 hours to check our bags and get to thru security and our gate. We were practically running to get to the end. The layout of the airport is very tough to get from point A to point B. Walking a long distance with multiple security checks. On top of that, the plane was almost an hour late boarding and then taking off. It was a mass of people with no way to cue for an orderly boarding process. No instructions or info given to allow us to go get something to eat or drink prior to boarding."

To make it even worse my TV was broken and there was nothing for me to do but be miserable for an 11 hour flight. Worse trip of my life."

Atleast make arrangements for bad situations, apparently I was booked on another flight but they made me stand in a 4 hour long queue to find that out. Kiosk outside showed I was put in no flight. One of my worst experiences and rest assured if I’m given a chance I will never choose Lufthansa again."

This leads to cramped, tight spaces with little to no freedom to shift your body. Because of this limited space, seats can only recline so far and leave one uncomfortable, though that angle is enough to create even less space for the person behind you or for you, when faced with a reclining front neighbor. So, minimal benefit of minimal recline and maximum discomfort caused for that minimal gain."

Their children yelled, screamed and cried the entire flight and their parents did nothing. Their children laid in the center aisles, jumped up and down in the seats like a trampoline. They played with the trays like a toy repeatedly opening and closing them for fun. They tossed pillows at each other and the father handed them back to them to do it again and again. The parents didn't even seat their children in - the flight attendant had to do it. In our section there was no sleeping only total frustration. I love kids but sitting behind totally irresponsible parents made this return flight a nightmare while awake"

In the sos called "buisness class" to Israel the seats are as crampped as any cattle class of a low cost. I wish those idiots that invented "euro club" would understand that it is a first class ripp-off and that if they are only flying two people per side using real comfortable seats makes faar more sense. In short - euro club is BS of teh worst class."
Мінуси: "The atitude of teh staff on teh flight was OK. Other than that very sour including teh check-in and teh businss club. Going through the border control in Warsaw took 45 minutes. Luckily the flight was delayed. In short, the attitude is strictly old fashion eastern block. On the dreamliner business classs the TV's did not work, but in any case they are way too far (about 6 feet) from the passanger for comfort. Very impractical."

You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."

Yes, like a bully, demanded for money, or else.... Worst service i had ever experienced in my 16 years of traveling."

After we finished our check in and sent the luggage we went to the gate. There they realized that some of the printed bourding passes are not o k. The attendant in the counter did not checked it and sent us to the gate. We had to go back to the counter but the flight was closed already. We called the staff and after all we had to pay 100 euro to the counter to print the correct bourding passes and then to rush to the aircraft. If Ryan air put enough staff in the counters it wouldn’t happen. We almost miss the flight and it caused us a big inconvenous."

Check in process approved our luggage for hand cary as we paid for it in advance. In the gate they suddenly decided the luggage was 1 cm larger then agreed, refused to bring a measurement tape and charged us 50 Euro in addition to send the luggae in the plane rather than hand carry. Need less to say that in the flight to Rome our luggage was approved for hand carry so clearly Rome staff were into making money.. Planes were late to take off and 1 hour late to land (that from a total of a 3 hour flight ) although not announced . In summary ground staff experience was awaful and made us decide to not fly with Ryanair air again"

Everything cost extra charges, we had to add a non négligeable amount, in order to be seated with the kids, to have our boarding pass printed. A tiny bottle of water cost 3€. No entertainment whatsoever. Seats are uncomfortable."

For example, the customer must check in online. if not done properly the cost is about 100 euro more, AND the online check in procedure is not working that well, you need to press buttons several times in order for it to work (and I have a good phone), and if you give up in the middle it will cost you. More on that we did a mistake and did not purchase luggage for the way back, when we went to the desk to buy it (after standing more than 2 hours in the check in), we were told to pay 40 euros, where the price is 23 if paid online. we asked to talk to a manager and get the regular price for the suitcase, the cashier said "no problem i can call him, but then you will miss the flight..." and in the meantime there were still lots of people in the check in line... The service is very slow and not pleasant, and the crew always give you the feeling you are not ok. I understand the price is low and this is a lo cost flight, but this should not happen no matter what is the price."

Мінуси: "Ryanair acted like a dust Stucker of money. Not only on the way forward they forbidded only flights from Israel (!) to bring any hand luggage at all without purchasing the priority boarding, and people were allowed with a small hand bag only (since the priority tickets finished) , but on the way backwards, after the entire airplane bought the priority ticket, the crew of ryanair acted in such a discriminating way and banned people that exceeded the bag check with less than 2 cm! It seems like the crew were determined to collect at many 50euro fines as possible from the passenger because they insisted very impolitly and brutally to measure each luggage from all possible sides, and even the luggage that fitted, they found excuses to fail them. I've rarely experienced such humiliating vision, especially due to the fact that everyone were forced to purchase the extra priority boarding and you'd expect the company to try and keep the customers, not drive them away. I can just say that with all the fines and extra payments requested by them, the total price of the flight was 100euro more expensive than the price of El AL or alitalia, same timing and with a meal and big suitcase included. All this, without mentioning the bad attitude of the crew and the extreme uncomfortability of the chairs (also purchased, obviously). To summarize, this was a very bad choice, with I will not repeat again."

She even did that with small back packs!!! Unfortunately for HER nobody had to pay extra for luggage!!! It is really the attitude. i paid a lot of money for my flight as much as a regular fligh neary $400 and yet I was still NOT allowed to take luggage. Its ridiculous!!! Had I booked with a regular airline, I would have paid similar fees and have a bag to put on the plane . Its time that Ryan air stop taking advantage of people and allow some luggage just like everyone else does. It doesn't have to be 50 lb but it can be a few pounds!!!"

My story is.... none of the "check in online" emails/reminders nor the actual check in process clearly outlines how to retrieve your boarding pass. We arrived at the airport and they made us pay €37 per boarding pass!!!!! Turns out you have to download an app to retrieve an electronic pass. Well, we didn't know that, and since we were in a foreign country whose airport had no WIFI, we couldn't download the app. We were traveling with friends who had carry on luggages. The carry on luggages were deemed carry on to our destination. When traveling back home, they were no longer deemed carry on and my friends were charged €60 per carry on bag. Ridiculous. In summary between check bag fees and boarding passes we paid triple the amount of th airfare."
