At one point I requested bread and butter, the flight attendant seemed annoyed and said if she can find some, and never came back to me. I went to the galley, where a male flight attendant was working on something. I requested some bread and butter from him, was met with s smile, and was able to locate a roll and butter for me in under a min. Please note, I do not think this was a gender issues, it just happens to be the situation with this case, and I specified it as I do not know the names of the flight attendants, but the airline should be able to identify who was working the different sections."

What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

I was unable to rebook an alternative flight as they require the vendor, pricline to sort it out and priceline can only communication is email. So maybe in a week they'll sort it out. It is a totally ridiculous and irresponsible situation for these businesses to create. I had to buy a whole new ticket to reach my destination. People at the Pegasus desk at the airport were beyond unhelpful and I've spent hours on the phone while on vacation trying to sort it out."

I was on a work trip followed by a vacation, the vacation got cut short and I had to cancel the flight, unfortunately there was no way to cancel online and due to the nature of my job I cannot make phone calls to the states. Airline blamed it on ATC rather than themselves but weatehr was good, no obvious reason for delays except heavy traffic which surely must occur every day. Airlines should build ATC delays into schedule. Sabiha Gokcen airport shops are masively overpriced which means I will avoid transiting through there."

When trying to pay with a credit card the stewardess was telling me it was a debit card (as if I didn't know what my cards are) - after a while it appeared she mixed online and offline cards for credit and debit cards, yet she was increasingly arrogant while trying to convince me my card is a debit one. So I tried to pay cash with 100 EUR bill and she told me she was going to return the change in Turkish lira! The male steward was just standing next to the trolley without saying a word, looking afraid of his aggressive lady colleague. That's what I call customer service! The particular flight was PC861 Kuwait - Istanbul on June 17."
