Masses of passengers all attempting to transfer to US bound flights. Insufficient staff from both Lufthansa and German border control to process or even organize the masses of people flying that day. Mob scene at transfer points. Not up to LH usual standards. Quite surprising as their passenger volume data should have alerted them to impending problems. Our flight was delayed over an hour for takeoff so USA bound connecting passengers (whose luggage was already on the planes) could be processed."

Had to go through security a second time after ticket was reissued. This flight was also delayed 45 minutes. Getting to Copenhagen spent an extra 1 and a half in the airport dealing with lost baggage because it seems the 8 hours extra I spent in Frankfurt wasn't enough for them to transfer my bags."

One child had one on tye chair and I asked him if its suppose to be on the seat or given later on. He said it will be passed later and then with a patronizing manner he gave another head phone set and said: "I guess we havw an emergency". On the flight, every time he with the food and drinks he just stood there next to me talking over my head with the passenger begind me. Very uncomfortable, especially when it happens 6 or 7 times. When asking what drink we wanted ( the first time), i replied apple and orange juicewith no ice. He replied, with a patronizing manner "this it European company, not American company. Here we don't put ive if you do not ask for it".The incident that bother me the most is one that involved my kids also. My daughter (3 years old) was a bit scared of the flight, tired and did not want to sit on her chair. We tried to keek her on the chair buy she started crying laying down on the floor infront of our seats. Jorge the flight attendant saw her and told me to put her on the seat. Not in a manner I expect out of soneone in the service industry. I told him we are working on it and we will have her on the chair as soon as we can. When I said that he got irritated and a bit aggressive. For no reason the situation became hostile. The flight attendent on the other side (do not know his name). Can over and asked us what we needed amd if we need help. I told the other flight attendant we need 5 minutes and he said OK. After a few minutes she calmed down. Anotger passenger asked Jorge what beer it is and he replied, with contempt, " its German beer, its good"."

When i got to the next flight it was delayed 30mins and there were little updates. When i arrived in oslo i was late and so missed my connecting train. I had to wait 6 hours in the station for the next train. An exhausting and frustrating experience. There was one helpful steward on the lax frankfurt flight but the rest of the staff was not helpful."

Мінуси: "I am writing to you because of the poor service that I experienced with your Operations Manager in Vienna, Paola Contestabile. I travel internationally four to five times a year for the past decade and I have never had such awful service as for my Lufthansa Flight 2329 on Jun 14th under confirmation #62RZK3. I was on my return flight to the US with the exact same carry on baggage that I had left the US with a week earlier- a roller carry on and a backpack for my laptop. This is my standard everywhere in the world that I travel and have never had an issue. I bought a painting on my trip and checked it in. With regards to my carry on, Ms. Contestabile was insistent that I could only have one piece for carry on. I told her to get the baggage rules and I would read them to her. I am a trained lawyer and value the meaning of words and rules. I explained that I am allowed one carry on and a personal item. She argued that my backback is not a personal item and that only a "laptop" is a personal item. I again explained that my personal item was my laptop bag, the same way a purse is a personal item for a lady. She finally relented and allowed me to pass through security and passport check. I assumed that this was the end of her confusion. Little did I expect that while sitting by the gate waiting to board the plane, Ms. Contestabile would emerge again and declare in front of all of the passengers that I would not be allowed to board the flight if I did not check my backpack. I told her this is unacceptable, since she had already cleared me. She said she had changed her mind. I found this response to be ridiculous. When I asked to speak with her manager, she refused to allow it, stating "I am the manager today." Ms. Contestabile even went to the pilot of the plane and convinced him that I was a "safety concern" because I wasn't following her ridiculous interpretation of the rules. This is a pure abuse of power and a threat to true safety when a ground crew member can make such a false and baseless accusation. Luckily, a woman passenger overhearing Ms. Contestabile told me that she could not believe the way she was treating me and offered to carry my bag for me. I am requesting a formal investigation into her actions and appropriate disciplinary procedures to ensure Ms. Contestabile is not allowed to threaten another passenger again."

The flight was perfect and smooth, although after boarding we had to sit on the runway for awhile, and left late. The crew were highly attentive, helpful, polite, and kept water and juice circulating between hot meals. I enjoyed the movies I was able to watch and my seat was comfortable. Excellent service in Economy Class!!"

Sadly, I was not able to deal with Lufthansa directly. Doubt I would use vayama again."

I disliked that we got told there was a problem with the engine but they didn't allow us to either get off the plane or change plans we just sat there as they ran test after test. Asking us to sit down for them to see if the engine is working okay. They asked a member of the public who was sat by the wing to keep an ear out for any funny noises. We stayed on the runway for an hour and a half after it was already delayed. Once we set off in fear that the engine might fail again Ryanair didn't even off us a free glass of water to show appreciation for peoples tolerance. It honestly isn't worth the money you save."

This was after I watched the guy before me leave with his bag that didn't fit, and I had paid for priority boarding, which was what their site had suggested when I did the online check-in, which I was charged for. In all, I paid over 130 Euros in total in addition to the money I paid for the ticket. Dispicable!!! a real rip-off!!!"

It gave me the option to change one of our seats, stating that it would only increase in cost if we select a more expensive seat. It turns out there were more free seats than reserved but to sit next to my wife (without changing hers) it was going to cost £10, no idea why as they hadn't selected her a more expensive seat. Guess what.....the exact same happened when checking in on our return journey, can't wait to board the plane in a couple of days! When arriving at the airport it is clear Ryanair are removing staff to keep cost down with no care for passenger satisfaction, you check your bags in automatically which appears a scam for over weighing your cases and charging you without having to speak to you. It coat us £10 for being over a kilo, we didn't believe we were but paid it as we thought we had no choice because no staff were close by. A couple beside us were supposedly 3 kilos over and believed this to be incorrect, they kicked off enough of a fuss to be able to go check in face to face and not pay a single penny, doesn't quite seem fair? The final nail in the coffin was the fact that at 8.45 (our supposed departure time) we were stuck in a huge queue watching people get off the plane we were due to board. No delays or hold ups had been announced yet we should have been boarding at 8.15 and told to go to our gate as normal for this time. No plain in sight and when it arrives we can't go straight on as people are getting off it! All in all Ryanair have been awful so far and I am dreading our flight home!"

The landings on all three were rough, I fly a lot and have never had an issue and these landings were concerning. One they came into fast and had to pull up quickly to avoid landing."
