We waited in line for luggage for 30 minutes, then another line for at least 30 more minutes to report the missing bag, and we were then told that it wouldn’t arrive for another day and would be delivered to us within a 3 hour window in the middle of the day. This was essentially an entire night and day lost to a mishap that the airline didn’t even notify us of when we landed. Pretty frustrating."

There was no one at all at Turkish Care. I asked two different transportation representatives at the sky club and they refused to help in any way. I merely asked them to call Turkish Airlines, and they said they didn’t have the number. I begged both of them to call someone to help me, and they just laughed and said it wasn’t part of their job. I have had trouble before with airport staff who doesn't know what they are doing or give wrong directions. That is why will avoid flying with them to Europe."

I did not enjoy eating this and it did not taste fresh at all. - There was no entertainment."

Ryanair literally played musical chairs with everyone. Everyone was spending time moving around and asking if people were willing to switch so they could sit next to their friend. It cost us another fare for 10 persons and no Ryanaire were un helpful. Would not fly again with Ryanare and would certainly not recommend them. None of the phone no we were given worked."

Мінуси: "I didn't like the fact that I was never allowed to board this plane and I ended up having to book a hotel for a night and then fly out the next day on an Air Lingus flight. As I found out later, Ryanair did send me an email saying that I would need to print out my boarding pass early. However, I had already left the U.S. and never saw that email. Then when I arrived at the airport, I was told that I would have to go to customer service in order to obtain a boarding pass. Then the line was so long that I could never obtain a boarding pass in time. No one was willing to help me even though there were plenty of employees standing around doing nothing. So I ended up buying three Ryanair tickets that were worthless. I will never fly Ryanair again and I would recommend that no Americans ever fly on that airline."

Плюси: "* the fast track really works. gained like 20-30 minutes. but that's with any airline if you take off from ciampino airport in rome. * the priority works ok as well. huge plus. but you are a target of "oversize" luggage. see my other comments. * seat reservation also works as advertised. although you might get away just fine with them assigning you a seat. those little planes fill up pretty quick so it's a good idea you get those add-ons to your ticket. they do add up to your ticket though."

Мінуси: "Be prepare for surprised$€£¥! Ryanair wil always find a way to get from you ~4x the cost of you ticket. They will have a charge for everything (check in at the airport=€45, select seats,etc) and you will be told from this at the check-in time. I though I was prepared to avoid all these surprises, but at the boarding time they told to most of the passengers they need to check at least one carry in item because there will be no space. They charge us €65 to check one carry on luggage, even though it complied with carry on dimensions and weight. If this surprise charge of €65 is compare to the €18 cost of the ticket (from ATH to JTR) you will note you will actually pay 4x of the ticket cost."

Мінуси: "I showed up to the airport (Stansted) RIGHT on time to make the flight, but ran into several issues: 1. I was flying with an american passport, and the line to have my boarding pass 'stamped' to verify the passport was insanely long. 2. Missed the flight due to long commute within the Stansted terminal 3. Made it to the flight 25 min before takeoff, but was too late, so missed the flight. Had to wait in the terminal for 20 minutes for someone to come pick us up and drive us out of the terminal. 4. Ryanair customer service simply instructed me to rebook my flight online. They were not of any help. 5. I had a tight connection in Milan to the bus that would take me to the city, which i almost missed because my carryon bag had to be checked in. 6. Boarding was absolutely hectic, I was almost put on a flight to Greece instead of Milan. Stay away from Ryanair if you can."

Мінуси: "I'm a 2M miler on Delta and have flown all over the world. Won't fly Ryanair again. First, luggage has to way 10kg or a 50 pound fee to check it. Next, they dragged us out on the hot Tarmac so we could stand and wait for 20 mins before boarding the plane. Then cabin was incredibly hot-no gate AC provided. Lastly, the seats were hard like a football bleacher."

Мінуси: "As an international traveler, I'm not aware of international flight times and rules when traveling. Thus, before my flight on the day, I tried to check-in online which was not available. I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."

Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

In both of my flights between Istanbul and Amsterdam, the airplane was not cleaned off of the previous flight's trash. When I was seated in my first flight to Amsterdam, my tray had a lot of stains of food and drinks. Not a pleasant sight! In my flight back to Istanbul, I had to travel looking at a former passenger's waste, such as a used napkin tissue, stuck to the handle of the seat, and a chocolate package. I also have to say that the sinks of the bathrooms do not drain properly, so you, actually, cannot leave the place clean for the next person. All in all, this company definitely needs to work on the cleanliness of their aircraft. Thank you!"
