Mediocre snack and entertainment options
The AC didn't work properly - it was hard to breathe with the mask on and it was quite hot. My girlfriend needed 15 minutes to recover (get some fresh air) after the flight.
Плюси: "During this covid days NO ONE in the flight will keep the soccal distance and no one will take the issue serious and the crew did not helpfull"

Мінуси: "Service was extremely slow. I kept having to ask for more water all the time. Flight attendants were nice, but not well trained. Food quality was pretty poor, especially for international business class"
Мінуси: "I nearly missed my connecting flight because of how poorly organized Ataturk airport is. Disembarking was extremely time consuming; there were few signs instructing connecting passengers where to go; and the employees of the airport were extremely unhelpful and gave conflicting information. I made my flight with only minutes to spare after going through two security and passport checkpoints and sprinting an entire wing of the airport. I will never fly through Ataturk (or anywhere in Turkey) again."
Плюси: "On the plus side, the food, service, entertainment, and comfort on Turkish are the best of any Economy class overseas flights. For that reason, they are my top pick."
Мінуси: "I can't understand why I was booked with an impossibly tight connection. It's a huge airport, with multiple security checkpoints with long lines. I had an hour between flights, and the first flight landed just five minutes late. The gate for the second flight had already closed by the time I cleared the first security checkpoint. It would have been completely impossible to make it to the gate on time. Turkish put me up in a hotel, etc., for the night, and there were dozens of people in similar situations. But the airline shouldn't offer connections that are totally impossible."

Мінуси: "Late into the flight there appeared to be a medical emergency taking place just a few rows ahead of me. No announcement was made; it was as though we were expected to ignore the situation. But with the lights in the cabin turned on, a small crowd gathered, and the passenger being vocal in his distress .. . a brief announcement would have been nice: Situation under control, no need to worry, flight will continue as scheduled. The passenger had a relapse a few hours later - again no acknowledgement from the crew to reassure those of us who could hear his cries of distress."

Мінуси: "We had to spend the night in Istanbul and get only on the next flight the following morning. TK airport (ground) staff that talked to us was antipathetic and it took ages to get any service. Looks like they didn't care we about the delay, nor they were trying to help us. Just kept saying we need to wait."
Мінуси: "My only complaint would have to be that their bathrooms on the plane were a dirty. Other then that the airlines was excellent!!!! I would definitely recommend Turkish Airlines to family and friends."

Мінуси: "We checked in online the day before with seats together and the morning getting our boarding pass they changed the plane and 1 of our seats was changed to across the plane. Luckily the lady was able to get a pair seats sitting us together."

Мінуси: "Missed Flight: The flight from Istanbul to Athens was posted as delayed. We were a party of eight and arrived for boarding very close to deadline (minus posted delays) At the boarding gate we were met by six other passengers. The gate was vacant and closed. The real problem happened at the Turkish Airlines desk where we were treated with arrogance, disdain and absolutely no compassion. AS a matter of fact some of the Turkish Airlines staff smiled as they imposed an outrageous fine to purchase tickets to the next flight and continuation of our previous booking. We intend to protest the charges and contact thru many forms of media inform as many fellow travellers of the incident and subsequent treatment by Turkish Airlines. Social media is a powerful tool and although the cards were held in their favor the night of 9-21-17 our protest will not end here. We are fourteen wounded travellers that have agreed to use as many forms of social media as possible to get our message out."

Мінуси: "Overall it was a good flight but since I was not familiar Turkish Air, there were some glitches. Although I'm not wheelchair bound, I have great difficulty walking distances with fear of falling. I was never offered some assistance by the Houston airport or the airline at this point. The seating on the plane is difficult to maneuver for a disabled person. The flight was OK except for cramped spaces. The flight left on time and that was good considering Houston had just gone through the hurricane."

Мінуси: "The service on Turkish airlines was not friendly or helpful. The food was not quality, or food tasting. The entertainment didn't include a lot of movies at all. One of the flights did even give headphones. The staff wasn't rude and not helpful, and didn't make the flight comfortable. I had high hopes flying with Turkish Airlines for the first time, but I was thoroughly disappointed with everything."

Мінуси: "Our luggage did not transfer in Istanbul (1 hour layover) and didn't arrive in Warsaw for nearly 48 hours (actually 45 hours)."

Плюси: "Standard business seats for short distance. Roomy seats ( business class) . Good service with breakfast."

Мінуси: "This airline used to be excellent. Now, the prices have been going up and the standards down. Service not as good, food not as tasty, plentiful and varied, crew not as warm and attentive. Instabul airport was the usual chaos, which does not add to the experience for transfers. Also: boarding started late and of course was not done and time and since we lost our slot we were further delayed taking off. That made the transfer time even less and the situation more stressful."

Плюси: "I like the fact that for almost 11 hours I was fed, entertained, and was able to rest. The flight crew was very hospitable and I would very much recommend it to others. The price was also very reasonable, unlike United or some other major carriers. It says something about your airline when I decide to fly through Istanbul, coming from Rome, to go back to the US. It's a longer flight but it's a worthwhile one. Thank you and keep up the good work."
