I have use your Airlines more than 10 times. I fly internationally frequently and I also use several other International Airlines. Compared to the Airlines I would rank Ukraine Airlines at the bottom. 1) I have never been on one Ukraine airlines that has the ability for a passenger to charge a cellphone or any other electronic device in the seating area oh the plane. Ukraine Airlines might be the only International Airline that does not have this. How can you not have this option for passengers in 2018 when you know people are using laptops and cell phones more than ever? This is unacceptable. 2) there are no television options on the headrest for passengers. Again, I do not know of any other International Airline that is not allow each passenger the ability to watch movies in front of their seats. The movie option for Ukraine Airlines is extremely outdated. 3) when taking the international flight from New York to Kiev, the food option is not good. It is only one Hot meal served. To give passengers a cold sandwich as a first option on an 8hr international flight is acceptable. It appears to me that Ukraine Airlines is 10 or 15 years outdated. I travel to Ukraine often and I do as much as I can to avoid your airline. Also whenever I'm talking to passengers in other airports and even passengers boarding Airlines we all talk the same about your airline. Most people are disappointed with your Airlines but have to use it because scheduling etc. Ukraine Airlines should update their in flight amenities for the passengers immediately!"

Мінуси: "What wasn't there to like? First, they delayed the flight 3-4 times, ultimately it was delayed overnight & for 16+ hours. The manner in which we were treated was not befitting a professional organization (we landed in Kiev around 7:30 or 8 PM - we weren't given information regarding our delay or a hotel until well past midnight). Second, the plane from Ukraine to Bangkok was the oldest, dirtiest, most decrepit plane I've ever seen, and I've done quite a bit of flying in the past few years. Also, the leg space was nonexistent - it's unacceptable to have such little leg space on an almost 10 hour flight. Also, the food was quite poor but it was airplane food so I had no expectations there."

Мінуси: "The UAI crew in Kharkov didn't know how to check me in. They didn't understand the inputs they needed in their Computer for my KLM/ Ukrainian Airline itinerary. It was horrible. After more than 1,5 hours they were able to give me one boarding pass to Kiev. And in Kiev the nightmare was even worse. I spent each minute of my layover time to run around begging for help. Nobody had a clue and was interested to help me. I needed to get mad and curse in order to be sent to the desk #1 with their technical expert. After another excruciating 20 minutes with absolutely unacceptable customer interaction I was handed the two boarding passes to Amsterdam and Detroit. 0 points in customer service. At times I thought I'll have an heart attack. Lousy as hell. Obviously the so called partnership of KLM and UAI is not a good idea, because this piss-poor experience is falling directly back on KLM (and in my case Delta Airlines, of which I am still a fan). KLM should either dump them of educate them and make them follow their standards."

I had to go to another office place to pay extra for one bag to go under the plane. Apparently, other people have the same problem. 4.) the check in person was very restrictive of the weight of my carry on, like 7 kilos. I had to take things out of carry on and put into the bag that I had to pay for to put under the plane. It should be inclusive, or price shown with or without under the plane bag. The bag empty weighs almost 5 kilos, should be at least 10 kilos. 5.) much improvement is suggested, but not enough other choices."

When trying to pay with a credit card the stewardess was telling me it was a debit card (as if I didn't know what my cards are) - after a while it appeared she mixed online and offline cards for credit and debit cards, yet she was increasingly arrogant while trying to convince me my card is a debit one. So I tried to pay cash with 100 EUR bill and she told me she was going to return the change in Turkish lira! The male steward was just standing next to the trolley without saying a word, looking afraid of his aggressive lady colleague. That's what I call customer service! The particular flight was PC861 Kuwait - Istanbul on June 17."

There was no assistance on the flight nor outside when we arrived to guide passengers to the connecting flights. Overall, i would not recommend this airline nor, Easyjet (Amsterdam-London) and Skypicker the company that booked my flights to anyone. I found overall experience, frustrating, unprofessional, delays, luggage weight limitation, unnecessary visa requirement, etc."
