Your rates are low but the extra fees cost more than the airfare. then when were ready to board they said my carry on was too big, which it was not and the stewardess wanted to charge us extra fee but when she realizes that it wasn't too big she still wanted to take our luggage because there was no room on the plane. Плюси: "The plane was a bit dated, but expected on a short regional flight. It's the same in the US or Western Europe. The staff was super friendly, offered quick service (basic - water, coffee). Everything was on time. Thumbs up."

Плюси: "Nothing really, Luggage arrived to London after 3 days, had no clothes, chronic medication in luggage and had to see a dr to prescribe it for my 14 yr son, I had to spend over 100 pound to get by unlit I received the luggage"
Мінуси: "Small seats, no meals, no tv, no luggage until after three days Never again"

Плюси: "Crew was great, extra security checkpoint made it hard to get thru the line on layover, it's kind silly to be checked again immediately when you get out to one plain and in harry to get to another."
Мінуси: "I didn't make my transfer flight because the airline was late, passport control waa ridiculously long and yet somehow they knew not to put my luggage on the connecting flight. As if knowing I would not make it. It's odd to me how they found 2 suitcases in piles of them that were supposed to be on the plane already heading to riga and Yet had no time to let me board. Even after all that no compensation, apology or even concern was made after I ran my way through the airport hoping to catch my flight, shaking from exhaustion and in tears. They have the poorest customer service I have ever experienced as they sat there for 15 minutes hearing them yelling at customers and shrugging away their concerns meanwhile ignoring my questions on what to do as they passed our boarding passes around with no answers. The only one I felt more sorry for than us was a pregnant lady with 4 kids they made go through the same situation and an older gentleman they refused to help because he didn't have a way to book online so they told him it wasn't their problem. I have never felt such anger at something I had no control over. $300 taken from my rent money i had put away I had to book a new flight just to be able to get to my final destination."
Плюси: "First of me and my kids were left stranded when the ladies at the gate doing the check in told us our flight was for the next day, we had to sleep on the airport seats since we couldnt go out of the airport to get a hotel, also they were very rude to all the customers including an amputee, we finally boarded the flight the next day, got to new york and our suitcase was missing. Very horrible experience never flying this airline ever again. I regret using this airline."
Мінуси: "Everything this about this airline was very bad. Bad timing, horrible food, terrible sitting condition. Landed 45 minutes late."
Мінуси: "I opened my bag when I arrived to hotel in Astana, and some one stole my old video camera from it. I already informed Astana airport about it"

Мінуси: "-tiny seats. I'm 6'2 and there is no way for me to fit in there -NO TVs!!! I didn't think this was possible in 2017 -no wifi! -terrible food! -airplane looks old and unsafe"

Мінуси: "The UAI crew in Kharkov didn't know how to check me in. They didn't understand the inputs they needed in their Computer for my KLM/ Ukrainian Airline itinerary. It was horrible. After more than 1,5 hours they were able to give me one boarding pass to Kiev. And in Kiev the nightmare was even worse. I spent each minute of my layover time to run around begging for help. Nobody had a clue and was interested to help me. I needed to get mad and curse in order to be sent to the desk #1 with their technical expert. After another excruciating 20 minutes with absolutely unacceptable customer interaction I was handed the two boarding passes to Amsterdam and Detroit. 0 points in customer service. At times I thought I'll have an heart attack. Lousy as hell. Obviously the so called partnership of KLM and UAI is not a good idea, because this piss-poor experience is falling directly back on KLM (and in my case Delta Airlines, of which I am still a fan). KLM should either dump them of educate them and make them follow their standards."
Мінуси: "They don't have personal tv monitor and they are playing some 15+ years old movies. They don't have new plane and the seats are some broken. One of the worst airlines ever."
Плюси: "The staff and the food, and the modern aircraft. Toilets were OK, but none in the rear of the aircraft."
Мінуси: "Economy class leg room for tall guys. Overhead light not directed correctly and couldn't be adjusted. Spent hours doing online check-ins and boarding passes, there was no counter to drop off baggage. Instead, had to check-in again. This caused an extremely long line. There was no provision for counter check-in for seniors, such as myself, and people with infants and young children. There was no electrical nor computer plug ins. Quick delivery of baggage at terminal."
Мінуси: "The flight itself had no problems, but UAI has serious problems when it comes to checked baggage. A fee is required in order to check baggage, as with many other airlines. But the UAI method was complicated and required sending your payment information online without receiving back confirmation of receipt and payment. Because of this, in Kiev I was forced to pay (twice) to check in my bag even though I had already paid online, since there was no way to prove this and staff claimed they had no record of my payment. UAI needs to fix this now as I will not fly again if they cannot keep track of these simple issues."
Мінуси: "Goddamn service required purchase for almost anything, even though it was a three hour flight"
Плюси: "No food. Bad attitude at check in They had a delay and kept us 6 hours on the plane instead of deplane. Just horrible service. Avoid it if you can"

Мінуси: "When I got to the Odessa airport, they tried to charge me for my bags even though they were free under my ticket. I had to go see a manager to keep from paying over $100 extra."
Мінуси: "They did not let me on the plane. This is the second time this year Ukraine International Airlines has done this. They did this in August also. So the choices are hire a taxi or wait a day. There are dozens of taxi drivers waiting each day for the people Ukraine Airlines bumps off flights. I took a taxi to Kharkov for 150 dollars last time. This time I am stuck in Kiev. To say it is a bad airline is an understatement. They did this others also."
Мінуси: "On the day we left check in for most flights was very slow resulting in delayed departures .... Including Ukranian International Airlines. The Prague airport needs major improvements to better handle the number of people it serves. The check in staff appeared to be disorganized and not service oriented."
Плюси: "I came with low expectation , overover they out preformed 1. 1st flight from BKK to Kiev - (very) old plan , when you enter it feels like "back to the 70's" but it was ok overall : good value for $"
