I ask for hotel they said you have to make visa cost 60 dollars and you know I have to pay taxi and Chang money... Pla Pla, Actually this is not respecting and very bad organization. 9. I didn't make visa and stay from that time until 3.pm in primum lungs. 10. I went to Saudi airline deck to take my boarding. 11. They said you have extra baggage, I explain them that I payed already to turkish airline. 12. They said you have to go back to turkish airline deck about this extra kg's. 13. I did going back to them they said we cannot do anything, leave one bag here and we send the other one later. Actually this stupid airline and this stupid employee's dealing with me like a stupid, all my time I walk every where in that stupid airport, they just gives me orders and I have to follow like it was my mistake. 14. When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. Announcements, even if they come - come not loud, simultaneous with other announcements - so impossible to hear. Scheduled gate is moved every time too."

The flight was not held for me and other passengers and when we arrived at the gate they were oblivious of the fact that we had been held up in what seemed to be a Km long security line."

As I gave up, I was also informed there was no more room in the overhead bins, so not only did I end up sitting in the middle (which I loathe), but also with my carry-on under my feet. I’ve always been a fan of Lufthansa, but I’m a little disappointed this time around."

I always fly first row to be able to work with my laptop, however due to a last minute plane change the new A321 did not have a 1D or 1F, only 1A and 1C. I had booked 1D, but was moved back to 5D with absolutely no option to change back to the first row to finish my work. I had to sit sideways to be able to work, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."

They did show movies but the sound quality was poor and my headphone jack did not work so I had to share with my husband. They offered no explanation for this, since their website clearly promises individual screens for international flights. When asked, the FA simply said "this isn't our usual plane for these types of flights." However, we had the same issue when flying to Frankfurt with them, so the company seems to just be lying. The food can barely pass as food. Everything was ice cold except the main dinner entree, even the bread. The only vegetable available throughout our 8+ hour flight was shredded carrots absolutely swimming in mayonnaise. The boarding process was exceedingly slow and they would not allow use of cell phones for boarding passes, although their check in provides the attachments. This required probably 1/4 of those boarding to have to step aside to another line for a paper copy. Again, no apologies or explanations from the company. Overall, I wish I had shopped around a bit more and chosen another airline. International flying is supposed to be somewhat enjoyable, even in economy class. Instead, this was the longest 8+ hours of my life."

Actually, I was running there and got to the gates at 9:40 AM but air hostess said that I've already missed it. They said that I had enough time and that's my fault - I even should be thankful that I don't pay for another flight that I am going to be flying in 7 hours. Bottom line: I got to Kiev at 9:20 PM and moreover, the flight landed 30 mins late. It never happened to me, despite I've been more than on 25 flights. I am shocked by employee's behavior and the situation in general. Would never recommend Lufthansa airline to anyone."

After the first one resolved, we were inches away from takeoff when the captain came on to tell us something went wrong and we would need to be towed back to the terminal. After waiting for the ground crew to come rescue us, we started pushing backwards but then forwards again. Captain came on and said the problem was fixed. Once we landed at Toronto Pearson from Mexico City, there were no available gates. The movies see election available through streaming on Air Canada Rouge had fewer movies and shows than the tablet you could rent from the airline."

It made for a good experience because i like looking out the window. However,I did not appreciate having to pay for it. I believe that since we incur a plethora of microcharges for everything on the plane ticket that it should include picking your own seat without a separate charge. It is likely a matter of time before we will be charged extra for salt on our pretzels."

Мінуси: "The overall checking process was horrible. Nobody to provide help in Mexico City. We ended up spending extra time on line even though we did online check-in. One of our bags never made it. Which was very frustrating since we were traveling with two kids and were the last to leave waiting for the bag that never made it. At Newark, the lady that handled our missed bag claim had little customer service skills. All she said was that it was common for stuff like that to happen. Just that experience might make this the first and last time I use Air Canada again."

Мінуси: "Moving through security and customs in the Toronto airport was incredibly slow, with 4 or 5 checkpoints, all with lines. Staff were polite but there were not enough of them. We almost missed our connecting flight, and our bags apparently did miss it, because they have not yet arrived in Chicago (see previous comments). Air Canada should have seen the problem in terms of timing with the connecting flight and expedited better. Will try to avoid Air Canada in the future, especially if there are connections in Toronto."
Мінуси: "We had huge trouble at front desk since now Canada asks Mexican citizens for visa and while booking the flight there was no mention to this! We almost didn't make it to the flight, only because we have double citizenship and we could board with our other passport. Front desk made us a lot of trouble in accepting the other passports because the name is not the same in both documents (one married last name other one with single last name) Strongly suggest adding a pop up when there are specific visa requirements."

Мінуси: "air canada moved the flight time up an hour earlier, so I missed the check-in cut-off. I never received an email from kayak or air canada that my itinerary had changed. On top of this, air canada wanted $150 to book me on a later flight (which, after protest, was rescinded). My guess is that air canada is vastly overbooking some flights, and this is a technique to shake some passengers loose and force them onto less-full flights. Shady."

Given a seat first in the exit row and naturally had to have that changed as I could not assist others. Placed even further back in the plane. It took the full three hours plus since deplaning the Austrian Air flight to get to the Air Canada gate."
