British Airways is significantly better."

Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

In bewilderment I asked her in English to repeat herself and she sarcastically repeated what she had said, in French, I asked for her to speak in English (which she had done to me previously on this Paris to London flight) yet again she scolded me in French. I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."

I was told that with Layover I would receive my check in bag for Hotel stay. the attendant took a discription of my luggage for other united employees to tell me it would take 3 hours to retrieve my luggage. They didn’t even try to look for it or help me. Then what’s the point of taking my discription down? Now I have to stay at a hotel with nothing on me. So ridiculous and rude."

We then had to sit on the runway for 40+ minutes until we could take off. Since we were traveling with two small children, it would have been preferable to spend those extra 40 minutes in the terminal rather than on the plane."

This causes huge problems for already cranky travellers and slowing down your process of clearing your planes. No wonder air rage has been in the news so much lately. Won't be flying United anytime soon."

Then when I got to the correct gate I asked that assistant why there was no announcement of the change. He proceeded to tell me I didn't need to yell at him. The flight itself was fine and he had good aisle seats and wheelchair at all points, but the lost luggage with the important meds caused a problem. We hope United found it."
