Secondly, I think that if this airline became the best airline in 2017, staff should care about their passengers’ stuff more than they do, so backpacks or suitcases don't lose parts or get crushed during flights. When I got my backpack back, I thought that someone had used it to play football. My backpack had lost some parts, and some pieces of it were torn!"

DO NOT GET A WINDOW SEAT, WHATEVER YOU DO. It was a 7 hour flight and I was SO MUCH PAIN. Horrific. The flight staff was rude. I will never fly Qatar again under ANY circumstances. I would rather travel months by boat, or even walk for years on end then go through that 7 hour experience. Qatar's cheapness lost them a customer!"

These areas were not close to each other too and made it very difficult to find where to check in. The economy area was actually hidden away and made it difficult to find. It was so difficult that they finally started letting economy people check in at business class since everyone was getting lost. I am sure with time they will resolve these minor issues however."

And another guy he want to enjoy with them and asked me to change a sit, i want to sleep and i though it will be better for me. But its not. They are talked more louder. And the problem is when they are getting drunk, the guy back to his sit and take something in his cabin, because he can not control his actions so some stuff from his bag drop down over my head also my body. I was mad but how should i do? Point at his face and tell something bad? Oh i can not. canbin crew just comes and say sorry with me. That is a bad flight that i ever had. You treat customers well but you should have a limit. Im so disappointed about my flight of that day. Thank you"

Generally, they have on-board WiFi Internet, however for my return route of 21 hours both flights had no wifi which was disappointing. This is unprofessional because if you are planning on having WiFi to respond to work emails and it is not available once you are already in the air there is nothing you could do but get stuck. Never does this happen with Lufthansa, Turkish, Etihad. Disappointing."

It took 48 hours to reach from JFK to AMD (It supposed to be 20-22 Hours). Do you think Should I fly with emirates Again? If yes give me One reason. Thanks. Any feedback appreciated."

Swiss Air will not correct the small free space capacity (both pitch and width) most assuredly. Thus, I now fully appreciate why fellow travelers embrace airplane knee protectors. "Don't leave home without them," especially on Swiss Air (emphasis added) !"

One cup of coffee with one sugar and one cream. Seats were very tight,no room to move. I have always used Swiss but this was such a bad experience, I will reconsider for next time. The directions were not clear on the control machine. It did not say to keep pressing start after each activity The flight was ice cold during the entire journey. Мінуси: "Food was the worst I've had on a European flight. I ordered special food that had n0 preservatives because of my stomach ailment. I got Molly's special pre packed horrible food all through the flight filled with preservatives and prepackaged. I therefore didn't eat anything. They kept giving me kosher food on top of it . That was worse. I did not order kosher food! So on my entire flight, I ate nothing. The hostess finally found a left over but it was horrible as well. A tiny salad with plain head lettuce, not like the Lufthasa food. This continued into breakfast. Molly food was unhealthy and inedible. I ate one piece of packaged cheese for the entire journey."

It also does not help when the attendants would not want to disturb a sleeping but have no problem allowing us to eat off a tray with our forehead touching the back of the seat in front. This happened to me on the entire journey on Swiss from Miami to Zurich to Cape Town. It is almost a health hazard not being able to move and forget about trying to even use a laptop because when the person in front recline her seat, you have no room to even type (and my laptop was only a 13 inch Mac.) I am a million miler on United and this is one of the most miserable flights that I have taken. I also don't like the fact that we cannot get seat assignments until 23 hours before departure- not even for preferred travelers."

Мінуси: "After a long saga with no help in making my connecting flight on the same Turkish Airlines, they gave me the boarding pass and told me my luggage was fine to carry on board for the partner airline they put me on. At the gate, that partner airline's reps (or Istanbul airport employees -- not sure) yelled at me that I had too much to carry on board and forced me to hastily check a bag with personal items I did not plan on checking. Needless to say, that also delayed my reaching the final destination even further because I had to wait for the luggage and it was already 1:00 in the morning in an unfamiliar and rough foreign city."

They charged alot of mone to rebook for the next day"

Finally, someone at the airport helped in re-booking our flights but I have yet to have anyone give me an answer regarding compensation! In addition, we are traveling with an infant which isn't easy but we had the bassinet seat on our original flight. Now it's sold out for the flight tomorrow and no one will assist in trying to help get us better seats. I understand things are out of your companies control but being in an airport with an 18-month baby isn't easy and no one in this company has made this crazy travel schedule easier. I would like someone to call me back or email me with something that could maybe be done to help us! No one at the call center will help!"

PASS THE BUCKET.. -NO CONCERN FOR BUSINESS CLASS SERVICE. PLEASE TELL THEM TO GO AND TRAVEL IN ALITALIA, SWISSAIR, UNITED, DELTA, VIRGIN (THE BEST) ,BUSINESS CLASS AND SEE HOW THEY PAMPER THEIR CUSTOMERS FROM CHECK IN, TO GREAT AND AMPLE GOOD FOOD AND CONTINUOUS SERVICE. -UNLIKE THY STALE, FROZEN FOOD. Getting luggage in place used to be a simple and minor issue, now it occupies much of the time, energy, and attention of the cabin crew as well as the gate crew. I realize this is making money for Delta but the cost is being paid by people being hit in the head with luggage and the crew's unavailability to deal with other issues."
