I don't know who to blame in the first wrong text, I don't know why and how the suitcase was lost, I don't know who torn it, but in general it was all very wrong and inefficient."

I always fly first row to be able to work with my laptop, however due to a last minute plane change the new A321 did not have a 1D or 1F, only 1A and 1C. I had booked 1D, but was moved back to 5D with absolutely no option to change back to the first row to finish my work. I had to sit sideways to be able to work, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."

I ended up paying additional $750 CAD just to change my itinary. This was a very sad experience will never use kayak or recommend to others. My booking number is T28V67. They should have customer service agents to advise people."

Мінуси: "Where to begin? During the booking process, there was no indication my travel partner and I would be flying Air Canada, and not Lufthansa. We were seated in the last row of the plane with painfully little legroom — even for two women of relatively small stature. The plane was not equipped with modern conveniences of operational wifi, music, or any other means of entertainment over the ten-hour flight. We were nearly an hour late to depart, but were unable to hear anything over the speakers regarding the cause for the delay, nor could we hear any of the flight attendants' safety instructions. What we could hear, however, was the surprisingly loud and nearly constant DINNNGGGG of the passengers' call buttons as they summoned the flight attendants. Because the flight was an overnighter, we attempted to sleep, but it was nearly impossible to do so due to the noise. I had earplugs in and could still hear the chimes, which were positioned right above our seats and made for an unpleasant experience and cranky travelers. The food was subpar as expected, but it would've been nice to be surprised with something resembling a fresh piece of fruit or vegetable. The flight crew was polite and one of the attendants took pity on us and offered a complimentary shot of whiskey, which partially alleviated the discomfort of the experience. That man is a saint and we surely hope he is better taken care of by this airline than we were. Overall a miserable experience. Will definitely rethink flying both Lufthansa and Air Canada in the future."

But it took more than 20 minutes while mid way waiting for clearance to leave for the plane. The service bus did not turn on the AC while we waited even though we complained. We were suffocating. They said that I had enough time and that's my fault - I even should be thankful that I don't pay for another flight that I am going to be flying in 7 hours. Bottom line: I got to Kiev at 9:20 PM and moreover, the flight landed 30 mins late. It never happened to me, despite I've been more than on 25 flights. I am shocked by employee's behavior and the situation in general. Would never recommend Lufthansa airline to anyone."

The passenger next to me was such a large man his arms and shoulder came way over into my seat space and I had to sit in an awkward and very uncomfortable position twisting my back for the entire flight. I cannot believe I paid extra to be in this position. My back still hurts from being in that position for 9 hours. I was miserable the entire way. And I paid extra for this discomfort. The big guy was plenty comfortable as he took up my seat space and slept well. Not happy at all with the flight and how Lufthansa crams people into seats."

This resulted in my having to run to my gate after waiting on the long line at customs and I barely made my flight. This should not have occurred- I should not have to run to my gate from one flight to another especially when I raised this concern to an employee of Lufthansa as well as a customs officer."

I’m not taking a plane to go shopping, and the fact that we were asked to buy 4 different types of items in 2 hours was excessive."
Плюси: "All but one crew member where excellent. But the one girl. Made it perfectly clear that the passengers where an annoying part of her job not a pleasure. She had a sour face on her all flight. Everyone was talking about her."

After waiting 40 minutes in line to check in, we were made to go to another office to get boarding passes. Even though we arrived 3 hours before the flight, we barely made it. Ryanair tries to put as many obstacles and charges in your way before you fly. You have no recourse as you would miss your flight if you don’t pay the extra charges. During the flight, the whole purpose of the crew is to sell duty free goods. This airline is the worst! I’d pay more to another airline, just to avoid Ryanair."

Мінуси: "Checking in at the Marrakech airport was a nightmare. People had to guess where to line up. There were two lines. A woman working with passengers seemed efficient and friendly. Unfortunately, I was not in her line. The dude who "helped" me hated the world and everyone in front of him. Their computers were down, and he had to hand write the boarding passes (?!). He really resented doing this for people and let them know. Once at the gate we had to get in a line, to get in another line outside, to get in another line to board, and of course we sat on the tarmac due to delays. I had to check a bag at the gate for being slightly too big. That's fine. But really, I end up paying what I would for a more professional (not "low-fare") airline. No one wants to be here. Not the employees, and not the passengers."

Things work differently which is fine but the airline should really inform you that in order to progress through to passport control you need to go to the check in desk (even though you checked in online ages ago) to get a stamp. It took ages and ages and the lack of communication was annoying. Ryanair sent out an email warning about longer security waits but didn't specify. The problem is most people who travel Ryanair don't have bags to check in so naturally like every other place you would go straight through. And if that's not the case then tell people!!! Very frustrating."

The app informed me that this was not a mobile boarding pass which I could oinly get from the web site which wioud not work on a smart phone. At check in counter, I was charged 100 Dirham ($10) to get a hand scribbled boarding pass. I got a series of anxiety inducing emails before the trip which were completely unnecessary."

There weren't enough staff to deal with the passengers and when problems occurred it meant the queue just stopped moving. Despite arriving within the 3 hour window it took 90 minutes to get checked in. The girl behind the desk was very slow and had to deal with a number of argumentative passengers who should have been dealt with by a supervisor so as not to disrupt everybody else. Poor problem management"

Мінуси: "*Extreme delay: - Our flight was supposed to take off at 5:35pm but was delayed to 12:10am due to technical issues. - There was a plane in RAK that could've have been used, but Ryan Air decided to use it for the flight to Paris instead despite the fact our flight was earlier. *Terrible customer service: - No one answered the phone, and we could only chat with them online. - We had a connecting flight out of MAD to JFK which we were nervous about missing, and was hoping customer service could help us with an alternative options to get to MAD. - Instead, the only answer they could give me was to take the RAK > MAD flight 2 days later and that was our only option. They did not seem to listen and understand our issue. *Poor and inconsistent communication: - RA sent out emails saying check-in would close 1 hour before our flight, but when we arrived at the airport, the screens displayed check-in to close 40min before scheduled departure. - After the delay, emails were sent to call customer service, but when you dialed the number they provided, you get a message saying their offices were closed."

It is really hassle travelling in Ryan air for inside flights when you have already came from US to Europe. you need to keep your luggage in storage or pay heft money at Ryan air... They don't even give free water! I agree The money you save on a Ryanair flight is not worth the absolute hassle they put you through, especially considering that you're liable to pay the difference in fees anyway."

It's really an affront to the senses."
