Мінуси: "Departing flight left 2.5 hours late. Missed my connection. No one from LOT met us at the connecting airport to explain how our transfers would work. Airport security at the connecting airport bounced us back and forth a few times before deciding we should enter the transfer terminal and hope someone from LOT was still on duty. LOT put us up in a hotel overnight and booked us on a flighty the next day. The hotel was 1 hour drive, 50miles, from airport. I reached my final destination 13 hours late."

One to check the bag and a second (upstairs) to pay. Both attendants lacked a sense of urgency. In fact, they acted like it was their job to go as slowly as possible. Even after I mentioned I was starting to feel stressed about the time. I overheard other attendants complaining about customers who check in late and expect them to move more quickly. I found their apathy offensive. To add insult to injury, they lost my bags. Having paid $85, which I think is outrageously and obscenely expensive, I'd at least expect my bag to be well taken care of. Sadly, it wasn't. The lost luggage counter was also apathetic, though I realize they are not LOT/Luftansa."

Плюси: "The food was good for an airline. on business class dreamliner from Toronto to Warsaw the seat is comfortable, if a little short for a 6'5" person. In the sos called "buisness class" to Israel the seats are as crampped as any cattle class of a low cost. I wish those idiots that invented "euro club" would understand that it is a first class ripp-off and that if they are only flying two people per side using real comfortable seats makes faar more sense. In short - euro club is BS of teh worst class."
Мінуси: "The atitude of teh staff on teh flight was OK. Other than that very sour including teh check-in and teh businss club. Going through the border control in Warsaw took 45 minutes. Luckily the flight was delayed. In short, the attitude is strictly old fashion eastern block. On the dreamliner business classs the TV's did not work, but in any case they are way too far (about 6 feet) from the passanger for comfort. Very impractical."

I have to catch another flight from Warsow and crew on bort did everything to help us. It was said another plain is going to wait for us. NOBODY was waiting even we were late like 20 min.so we have to flight from Poland to Swiden and finely flight from Swiden to Riga. What we have out of out trouble ? Voucher go 10 dollars for food."
