Мінуси: "Before I start my complaint I would like to say that my family and I had 6 emirates flights this year and 5 of those flights were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our traveling with emirates but this 1 flight came out to be the worse flight of my life. I made online check-in and chose our seats and all was successful but when we reached the airport and I opened my app, it displayed that online boarding pass was not available. After moving slowly in a long queue, when I reached near boarding counters, an official checked my name in a list and informed that there was some new tax applied on us and thus I had to visit counter 5 or 6 to pay that tax. We joined the queue of counter 5 but it was not moving at all and I noticed some people being served at counter 5 who were not in the queue, thinking that counter 5 might take longer, I joined counter 6 queue where there were only 1 family and 1 passenger ahead of me, for next half hour we stood there but that queue didn't move. Finally after some time another counter called me, he confirmed that I had made online check-in. We were given boarding passes and were asked to wait for tax processing, After another 15min, we were given all papers and were requested to move to the immigration counter. After immigration when we were going through final security check, the emirates official asked me to hurry up, I showed him that the security process was going on in front of him, upon that he asked why I was late to airport, I informed him that I made online check-in and I was required to be there 90min before the flight but I was there 150min before the flight and it was in front of him how long the tax processing took, upon that he said that I should have been at the boarding counter 240min before the flight and that I should be aware of the facilities at the airport (although it was my 1st time there). I had not made any complaint on what had happened so far to anyone and I was not rude to anyone although I was with my wife and 1.5 years old son who was crying coz of warn weather and thirst, we couldn't provide him with water coz we were standing in queues all the time. But hearing such comments from Emirates official were quite unbearable but still I stayed calm and reached at the gate. When I handed over the boarding passes, I was told that my boarding pass was missing and I was quickly blamed by emirates officials that either I reached there without a boarding pass or I had lost it. When they checked in their system it showed that I was already boarded, I understood that they gave my boarding pass to someone else but they kept on saying that I had lost it and also informed the same to plane crew, then they made a manual boarding pass for me and let me pass the gate. We were the last passengers to enter the plane. When I reached at my seat, there was someone else sitting there, upon taking attendant's help, it was discovered that the passenger sitting there had my boarding pass."

My friend Emily Bayne was having a major discomforting eye allergy attack. Emily eyes were burning, dry, turning red, and very itchy and she wanted to go to the bath room to run warms water over her eyes, however she had the food tray and so we push the attendant help button. But when the flight attendant came to see what we needed and we asked if she could please take Emily's food tray, she just said I will come back later for that. So I told Emily just go to the bathroom I will hold your food tray. Emily Bayne was seated in the middle and I had the aisle seat, 44H. While Emily was in the bathroom I complained to another flight attendant what had happened, she took our food trays and then told her supervisor what happened. The supervisor came shortly and assisted Emily by granting her request and providing her with two warm wet towels, and later 5 more. The supervisor and the other attendant that I complained to continue to check throughout the fljght to see if Emily needed anything else, which was nice and accommodating. The flight after that incident was good, as the supervisor immediately corrected the insensitive act of his flight attendant."

I don't know who to blame in the first wrong text, I don't know why and how the suitcase was lost, I don't know who torn it, but in general it was all very wrong and inefficient."

He was a fairly large man and constantly bending over in the isle to chat with his family. His infant was being attended to by his wife who constantly paced around to shake the baby (I'm sure the baby was annoyed as well). The baby finally spat up on the floor and seat. Everyone in the family could not sit still more than 5mins at a time, jumping up, moving around, switching seats, passing items. The men turned the area into a social scene/bar. I was too distracted by all this activity hovering over me to enjoy reading or relaxing. I constantly had rear ends in my face, and I constantly had to dodge and lean in my seat. The aforementioned tall man even had the nerve to fold away my television monitor when I dozed off so that it would not be an obstruction for his activity. By then I'd had enough. The This flight was terrible. Non of the staff requested better conduct or mindfulness of the other passengers. I believe the airline should strongly consider having a separate space for large families, families with babies, or at least have a code of conduct to which passengers should respect for the sake of every paying customer's ability to enjoy such a long flight."

AFTER I PROTESTED, A TURKISH LADY SUPERVISOR SMIRKINGLY SAID THAT I HAD TO WAIT IN LINE SINCE THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON SERVICING! GO FIGURE!. VERY TURKISH APPROACH I WOULD SAY. PASS THE BUCKET.. -NO CONCERN FOR BUSINESS CLASS SERVICE. PLEASE TELL THEM TO GO AND TRAVEL IN ALITALIA, SWISSAIR, UNITED, DELTA, VIRGIN (THE BEST) ,BUSINESS CLASS AND SEE HOW THEY PAMPER THEIR CUSTOMERS FROM CHECK IN, TO GREAT AND AMPLE GOOD FOOD AND CONTINUOUS SERVICE. -UNLIKE THY STALE, FROZEN FOOD. BAD BREAKFAST, NO AMPLE CHESE SELECTION (ONE SLICE WHITE CHESE ONLY), OVER COOKED BAD BURNED TASTING TEA. -SERVICE: THE MALE STEWARD DROPPED SALAD ON THE NEXT SEAT AND IT STAYED THERE FOR 5 HOURS. Плюси: "There was no communication between aircrew and gate for transfers. There is a new additional check between gates and no passenger was informed. This security check was over an hour long. The flight was not held for me and other passengers and when we arrived at the gate they were oblivious of the fact that we had been held up in what seemed to be a Km long security line."

Many economy class passengers queued there and at the end they were all redirected to check-in desk #3, as that was designated for Economy class passengers (however not any Lufthansa sign was shown above. When I mentioned to the ground crew (Celebi) that they should improve signs and not mishandle travellers, the person in charge (Nikolett Magyar) said to me arrogantly that they are right, and nothing they would do to improve the signs and passengers' information. This is far what I expect from LH representative, even if subcontracted and not an employee. That behaviour made my journey sour as travelling - especially with not a budget airline - is not just getting from A to B, but an experience which is worth to remember for good reasons, but not certainly for bad ones."
Мінуси: "Boading priority was not possible, due to the massive amount of people crowding the entrance. Very hectic and uncoordinated boarding process. I always fly first row to be able to work with my laptop, however due to a last minute plane change the new A321 did not have a 1D or 1F, only 1A and 1C. I had booked 1D, but was moved back to 5D with absolutely no option to change back to the first row to finish my work. I had to sit sideways to be able to work, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."

Actually, I was running there and got to the gates at 9:40 AM but air hostess said that I've already missed it. They said that I had enough time and that's my fault - I even should be thankful that I don't pay for another flight that I am going to be flying in 7 hours. Bottom line: I got to Kiev at 9:20 PM and moreover, the flight landed 30 mins late. It never happened to me, despite I've been more than on 25 flights. I am shocked by employee's behavior and the situation in general. Would never recommend Lufthansa airline to anyone."

Плюси: "They were really good with checking in my excess baggage and my two cats. Cats travelled well and arrived as expected. Check in at O'Hare was very friendly. In the air, flight attendants were very accommodating and friendly. All luggage and cats arrived! The plane from O'Hare to Austria was very nice!"
Мінуси: "I think I have gotten used to Asiana's and Korean Airlines'. It just didn't seem to measure up to their business class service. The food (which has been highly rated!) I found to be just mediocre. Maybe it's because I was living in Asia for eight years and had become more accustom to asian cuisine?? I didn't love the seat either. When you recline, your feet are cramped inside a small area under the seat in front of you. It was cramped. The ability to customize the seat recline was limited. I like being able to move the head and feet into my own customized position. The business class seats from Vienna to Amman felt like coach."

Customer service contacted the plane immediately, but we were told they were not there. Clearly little effort was spent to find them and Austrian Airline has not helped."

He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."
