Security at Frankfurt was so poor. Of the potential number of lines available, there were only two operating despite the number of passengers, most of whom were late for their connections. It took us over 30 minutes to get through. Luckily the connecting flight was delayed over an hour."

The business class was the same seats as coach the only thing is they have nobody sit next to you on a middle seat . That was not a comfortable seat. That was not a business size seat .very uncomfortable . No entertainment I will never fly with Lufthansa to Israel again I'm top of everything One of my surfboards got damaged badly and I have to file a claim in the airport. Very disappointed"

Мінуси: "the flight was delayed by 50 min reason was because the flight crew was stuck in a traffic jam from kiev city centre to airport by 1h. the flight crew stayed overnight in Kiev city centre which is 30-40 min drive away from city centre and had time to own accord to have a walk around the city centre in the morning. So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

Плюси: "I flew round-trip in Business Class from Munich to Kiev and then back to Germany via Frankfort and both flights were on time. The dedicated business class check-in line and advance boarding process was smooth - as were both flights. The cabin crew on both flights were very good and all spoke English well. My chief complaint is with the European Business Class seating model (3 across with center seat empty) - which does not afford much more leg room or seat pitch than in economy class. On the plus side you don't have to get in a fist-fight with anyone over the overhead bin storage problem since there are less people in business class and hence more storage space."

The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Мінуси: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

We were allowed a cabin bag and a small hand-bag in the flight but as we were among the last half of the passengers to board the flight we couldn't find anywhere to keep our luggage and the crew had to take them away from us to store them somewhere at the back far away from our seats. As a result we had to wait until all the passengers got off the plane to get back our luggage and we were the last two passengers to get off. Unpleasant!"

This airline needs some serious help, because my flight to Ibiza was also a terrible experience. Would 10/10 NEVER fly with them again."

Despite having already checked in online, Ryannair apparently thinks I should have spent my holiday hunting down a print shop as not to incur their "get a printed boarding pass from an unpleasant ticket counter employee" fee. No boarding pass kiosks and unclear why they would not provide a digital one upon online check-in. Or rather it became clear as I handed over my debit card. Seats are intentionally designated apart from your travel companions so you'll pay more to have them switched to sit next your friend. Cabin is extra cramped. Ryannair is all-around terrible by budget airline standards."

Мінуси: "All the process was tedious. If you dont print your boarding pass before hand, be ready to pay about $25 a piece for them to "print" it. (not even printed, is handwritten). Between other things. Not enough characters left to tell everything. Overall, a terrible airline."

Мінуси: "Chaos over seating families together, one family of two adults and two infants got moved twice, another family was moved once due to allocated seating not putting families together. We eventually offered our seats to try and help out which eventually the reluctant crew accepted. Emergency exits row passenger was allowed to keep their handbag and another had a plastic bag under their seat. (Regulations state no bags at emergency exits). One passenger was chatting using his mobile phone during taxi out. Captain having exited the flight deck for a break then opened the cockpit door and whilst remained open then proceeded to have a nice chat with the cabin crew. Crew were having a bad day. Food was over cooked and nasty. Seat comfort apauling no elbow room and no legroom, still as Ryanair say you only get what you pay for whereas I’d rather have value for money rather than just a cheap and nasty experience."

It was confusing and I had not been prepare to use internet too much on my vacation abroad. This made it very confusing and difficult to try and do emailing on my old phone. And Not something any of the other flight bookings I made required. Or had such a high charge for not doing. Why isn't just buying ticket enough? Why did I need to do an added checkin, with such a high cost. And the people at airport were not understanding or helpful at all. What a hassle and pain to spend same amount as ticket itself practically."

Мінуси: "It was not clearly stated anywhere that a boarding pass must be printed beforehand, as most companies allow use of mobile passes or downloading of the boarding pass onto the phone. Their website did not allow downloading of the boarding pass on the phone and I was charged a 15 Euro fee for "checking in" at the airport when I had already checked in online. I will not be flying with this airline again, the other airlines are cheaper when considering all the ridiculous fees and poor customer service."

Плюси: "The only decent part of flying with Ryanair is that the flight attendants were courteous and we got to our destination without crashing in flames."
Мінуси: "Absolutely rudest staff I've ever encountered, with hidden fees and archaic check in, poorly explained check in processes unlike any other airline. You could not pay me to deal with these people again. And uncomfortable seats to boot. After the extra charges at the airport (had to pay 15e just to print my boarding pass) and nasty attitudes, I say Aer Lingus is a superior choice. Ryanair truly has earned their reputation as World's Worst Airline."

Мінуси: "Last minute online check-in notice, if you miss it you have to pay a $45 fee (per person) upon check-in. First luggage is not free either ($45?), Boarding took two hours of waiting in line."

Плюси: "The flight was very good and excellent staff."
Мінуси: "The system for check in very difficult getting response for some questions impossible it took over an hour to check in on line. I found the experience very stressful. Will not fly Ryan Air again. I was told by staff check in yourself or pay 44 euro each there were 2 of us. Both in our 80 s. No kindness at all from check in staff."

Мінуси: "Unhappy about having to pay 45euros because I couldn't print boarding pass. I bought ticket in June, started travelling Sept 2nd and flight was for Sept 29th. Not having access to internet and printer during the 7days prior to the flight cost me 45euros. Thanks."

Мінуси: "Flight was hour and 20 minutes delayed with no communication of why. I was stuck in an underground hallway with other passengers that whole time. Paid extra to catch this earlier flight and because of delay I still missed my plans in Rome. Seats are squished together. Absolutely no room. Nothing was complimentary and food we purchased was gross. Will never fly Ryanair again!"

Мінуси: "I purchased an allotment for luggage and when I was checking in, the computers apparently didn't show that. I was able to show emails that confirmed my purchase, but check-in took a very long time because of the inability of the worker to confirm my purchase. After that, I didn't appreciate how warm the plane was during the entire flight."

Плюси: "It was a direct flight."
Мінуси: "The seating arrangements were not respected, and the crew did not help. Everyone chose different seating, and as a family trying to seat together, it was very challenging. This flight was not worth any of the savings, and based on our experience, we will try to avoid Ryan Air in the future."

Плюси: "Flight was fine; took off almost on time and landed fine. Service was cordial"
Мінуси: "Not used to flying this airline. Their business practice calls for 45 euros/passenger check in fee if not done online prior. With 4 of us traveling, that just added 180 euros. Then, one of our carry-ons was deemed too big, had to be checked-in for another 50 Euros. The flight was not full and the carry-on could have easily fit in the cabin where there was plenty of space left. Overall the staff felt sorry, knew it was an expensive proposition to just have a piece of paper (i.e. boarding pass), and late checked in suitcase. We will certainly avoid Ryannair all we can when traveling in Europe next time around."
