And i paid for my selected seats to which i am asking for a refund because what happened was unacceptable. When we addressed our concern, the lufthansa employee told us that u cannot have buses for all the passengers in a situation of a delay.... unacceptable.... how is this the client's fault to miss a flight due to a delay?"

So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."
Плюси: "I flew round-trip in Business Class from Munich to Kiev and then back to Germany via Frankfort and both flights were on time. The dedicated business class check-in line and advance boarding process was smooth - as were both flights. The cabin crew on both flights were very good and all spoke English well. My chief complaint is with the European Business Class seating model (3 across with center seat empty) - which does not afford much more leg room or seat pitch than in economy class. On the plus side you don't have to get in a fist-fight with anyone over the overhead bin storage problem since there are less people in business class and hence more storage space."

With our previous flight delayed, the application did not process in time, and we missed our connecting flight. As a result, we were stuck in Poland for 24 hours, leading to lost sleep, added expense, and much frustration. Customer service in Poland was helpful but extremely slow. Many customers needed help and it took about an hour for each customer. We waited in line for hours. We were not charged for a new flight, but we did spend 10 exhausting hours in the airport before we had everything resolved and were able to leave and get a few hours of sleep."

It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

They left the entire group of people alone in the gate and did not return until the flight had landed. Everyone was sitting on the floor, clueless. We did not know where the plane was or when it would come. I also paid extra for priority boarding to ensure that my bag would have space in the overhead compartment so I would not have to store it under my seat. However when the remainder of the passengers boarded the aircraft, they took my bag out from the overhead compartment to put another passengers bags where mine were. They had me put my bags underneath my seat. This would not be a big deal but I am an above average tall person, so it forced me to be quite uncomfortable for the entire flight. When I tried to tell the flight attendant that I paid for priority, she ignored me and walked away. 2/10 would not use airline again. I would rather pay the extra to be treated better."

And for whatever reason the landing was very hard/abrupt that people screamed. If I had the choice I wouldn't fly this airline again."

I have never been stopped for my carry-on luggage *knock on wood*, which I'm sure may have been slightly over the limits, and it has been greatly appreciated. Very friendly crew, and relatively painless boarding process."
Мінуси: "The ability to check in online SOUNDS like it will save time, but this is my third Ryan Air flight where I have stood through the line to get my documents checked, been approved, and then gotten all the way to security where I have been told my boarding pass won't scan. If anyone is reading this, I would suggest checking in online, and then just having them print you off a boarding pass at the desk. That boarding pass will for sure scan once you get to security, and will save you the hassle of getting in line twice!"

My flight change fees were also as much money as my initial ticket. I almost missed my flight because of the extra time required to add in and pay for all of these fees. All told, at the end of the experience, I ended up spending 400% of the cost of my initial ticket. Be wary, be informed, read the fine print, and then be prepared for shamelessly overt marketing, uncaring bored male flight attendants, and a shabby dirty plane covered in cheap vinyl and bill boards. Next time I will pay any price to avoid this experience."
Плюси: "This airline gives cheap ticket prices because you have to literally pay for everything including bags that are srandard carry-on luggage on any other airline. Their carry-on container measurement is so small no luggage could actually fit in it. And whatever you do check in online before you reach the airport cause they will charge you 45 euros just to print your boarding pass. The plane itself is large but cramped and their selection of snacks is dismal and overpriced. The service was not good and I won't be flying with them ever again even if they were giving away $50 flights!"

The staff at the airport was even worse than the on board crew they were EXTREMELY RUDE and not helpful in any way; they were only interested in trying to overcharge you for every little thing. I HOPE to NEVER fly with Ryanair again."

After standing in the Customer Service line for assistance because the kiosks kept charging our credit cards and not printing anything, the Customer Service agent told us we had not paid despite our receipts showing we had. Wasted another 30 mins going through that process. Hidden Fees galore. Thankfully I had read through all the emails from Ryanair, both marketing emails and flight related, to have noticed all the additional fees. This meant my friends ended up paying double what I did for their flights after all the additional fees. The boarding process out of STN was incredibly inefficient, but that has little to do with Ryanair. The gem in this whole experience was the in-flight crew- kind, calm, and incredibly pleasant."
