But still the leg room would have been ok but the middle seat (second row behind the bilkhead row) had the front passenger's entertainment system arranged across the footwell, not sideways, so it completely blocked the footwell and prevented any stretching of the legs. I am a tall passenger and this caused much discomfort on the flight, I had to keep getting up to walk around. They also pressurized us to decide quickly. our each check in baggage was over weight 1 KG or less than 1 KG due to faulty scale at home. Instead of giving us a choice or advice that you are allowed two more hand bags. They pressurized us to make one baggage over weight from all 7 bags and harassed us to do it quickly because they are closing counter in 20 minutes. That's how they charged me another $65. Also they lied on the counter that your seats are in a row but when i went into the plane our seats were separate. Lesson learned don't trust the person over the counter of Qatar airways."

It is stated in their menu that snacks like cup of noodle is available through out the flight but only when you stand up and get it from them. Very poor service. I will never fly Cathay Pacific again. That will be the first and the last."

With mostly everyone vaccinated and everyone tested, requirement to keep the face covering on between taking the bites seemed a little excessive. Seat assignment - flying with my daughter were assigned seats at opposite sides of the plane, when asked for change was told that there were no 2 seats available together which proved to be not true when after boarding was complete."

After talking to 4 different people at cashier booths for an hour, we finely got tickets with Austrian lines to our destination city. I wish that Borispol Airport team could be more prepared(provide more customer service personal) to solve the problems such as a flight delay in order to serve better the passengers in stressful situations."
Плюси: "Nothing. It was ok at best which is fine on a good day."
Мінуси: "Flight out was late due to the bus being late picking up the crew. We had to run for our connections. On the way back we were delayed again , leaving 20 minutes to make our connection. Security at Frankfurt was so poor. Of the potential number of lines available, there were only two operating despite the number of passengers, most of whom were late for their connections. It took us over 30 minutes to get through. Luckily the connecting flight was delayed over an hour."
Мінуси: "Notifications for Change of Boarding Gate is not very effective. It is dependent on internet connection and may lead to missing flight connection. It happened to me, in spite of the wifi connection at the airport. Some airlines would put up an electronic notification for the change at previously known Gate. It's also possible to miss Airport voice messages due to temporary impairments travellers suffer from the previous flight. You can call out a passenger for all you want and still miss passing out the message."
Плюси: "Thanks for continuing to offer complimentary, hot meals on your international flights! Crew very friendly. Despite being in economy cabin, crew attempted to make it a good experience."
Мінуси: "Long flight, bathrooms start to look ugly. Incoming plane landed way out on the tarmac, obligating passengers to be all packed into shuttle bus which took a long time to get to terminal."

Мінуси: "the flight was delayed by 50 min reason was because the flight crew was stuck in a traffic jam from kiev city centre to airport by 1h. the flight crew stayed overnight in Kiev city centre which is 30-40 min drive away from city centre and had time to own accord to have a walk around the city centre in the morning. So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

Мінуси: "McDonald's type food. I couldn't eat it at all. TV screen with very slow response, almost impossible to use. Very frustrating on a long flight."
Плюси: "I flew round-trip in Business Class from Munich to Kiev and then back to Germany via Frankfort and both flights were on time. The dedicated business class check-in line and advance boarding process was smooth - as were both flights. The cabin crew on both flights were very good and all spoke English well. My chief complaint is with the European Business Class seating model (3 across with center seat empty) - which does not afford much more leg room or seat pitch than in economy class. On the plus side you don't have to get in a fist-fight with anyone over the overhead bin storage problem since there are less people in business class and hence more storage space."
Мінуси: "The "European business class model" is not that great when you are paying a premium price to ride in Business Class. I think the prior 2 x 2 arrangement on each side with larger (and more comfortable) seats...plus more legroom and seat pitch...is preferable."
